The food is great i got a grilled cheese with bacon and fries. The fries were hot and crispy love it lol and the sweet tea was the right amount of sweet i definitely recommend :) 🤗🤤

i'm vegetarian but am freaking obsessed with the mac and cheese here. it's to the point where i go to the farmers market JUST for the mac and cheese. it's so good 😭

We ordered the sliders, and they were delicious! We just wanted a quick little bite, and they were the perfect size. The staff here was very friendly also. The Brisket had GREAT flavor, the pulled pork was ehh okay, I would definitely recommend the brisket!

Chose a beautiful T bone steak at American Butchers. They cooked it to perfection, and the fries were extremely fresh and delicious. The texas Philly was incredible as well. Highly recommend! I am visiting Dallas and wanted a Texas steak, and I got it without the high restaurant prices!

Perfect spot in the farmers market for a beer and choice of burgers, pulled pork, steak, brisket, hotdogs, etc. My favorite is the steak and cheese but today had a burger. This place has consistently friendly service. I’ll continue to visit often.

My wife bought a raw steak at the market and let them cook there. It was a brilliant choice because the flavor and tender of the steak were fantastic. I recommend the french fries, too.

Ending my search for the world’s best French Dip sandwich here. Absolutely incredible. Also— from reading the owner’s responses, you can tell they truly care about the quality of the food they serve, which is hard to find these days. Props to y’all.

The food is super delicious . One of the best option is to build your own burger. It’s very good for Group. I highly recommend a place. Overall, I had a wonderful experience.

So many choices in this food hall but I’m glad we choose this place. All meat is fresh and the food was cooked to order which makes all the difference. We had burgers and fries, the burgers were absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend.

I stayed at an Airbnb across the road from the Dallas Farmers market. For my last night in Dallas (and the US) I wanted a proper Texan steak, I noticed on the menu that if you bought a steak at the butcher (next door) they would cook it. They cooked my 1.7ILB Texan Rib eye beautifully, also nice beers and very friendly staff

Marjorie was amazing! I think that was the name of the young lady that took my order tonight. It was an all girl crew tonight but it was the taller one that took my order and I think cooked it. Very impressive customer service and Texas Philly, I’ll be back. I live across the street, with good and service like this, there’s no need to go elsewhere. Keep up the good work ladies.

It’s pretty snowy/icy out, we are from out of the area. We were fortunate enough to find that the Farmers Market had a few spots open, originally it wasn’t our plan to stop there, but it worked out that way. The hospitality is wonderful. Although they only had two people on shift it was ran very smoothly and timely. The brisket and beef burgers were downright delicious, even the fries. The burgers were extremely filling, and the fries are crispy in all the right places. The tap choices were amazing as well. The best part was coming up to tip, and finding out that they donate all tips to help fund scholarships for children. Really amazing food and staff, with a great mission. Will definitely be back when we are back in Dallas!

French Dip is pretty good.Looking for some lunch in Dallas and we came across Farmer’s Market where they have a bunch of shops and food places. I opted for Beyond the Butchers. Saw their Daily Specials menu and went with the French Dip.Sandwich was really good. Great sauce and a nice helping of meat. It filled me up good and everything just tasted right. They don’t offer a pickle? Well that’s fine. I enjoyed my sandwich.The staff seemed nice and inviting.I would recommend coming here!

WOW! AMAZING place! Great style and service, but the food is great! I had their build-a-burger, and it was exactly as ordered, cooked to perfection, and the meat was incredible! One of the top five burgers I've ever had in Texas!They have a butcher shop two doors down, and all of the meat is fresh. That makes sense, being inside a farmer's market, but it raised the bar for me. I'm definitely going back the next time I'm in town!

Highly recommend this place! My husband and I had Texas Burger and Texas Cuban and we both loved Texas Cuban. Of course the burger was good too but the Cuban sandwitch.. is another level! So so good. It is the best food I've ever had in the US. Texas Cuban is a bit spicy though but I love Spicy so I loved it. And the beers were good too. If you are looking for a place to have a good meal at Dalls Farmers Market, this is the place you should go. The staffs are super friendly too. Thank Beyond The Butchers for the great food and time! We will come back next time we come to Dallas. :-)

Good service while sitting at the bar, food tasted great. We were a little bummed that they keep Angry Orchard on tap instead of our local cider that tastes better and costs the same. :(We used to come here a lot, but we gave up trying to switch their cider tap and now we focus our business on places who support other local businesses. Maybe we’ll try again in a few years. Cheers!
