Now that I’m older with my own kids, this spot was recommended by my parents who came across it searching for an asian market. The food reminded me of all the filipino house pot-luck parties as a kid. Nothing but filipino goodness. They had every menu item available. I ordered bbq pork skewers, lumpia, beef caldereta, beef steak, pork adobo with rice and pancit. Even complimented it with a Sarsi root beer. Highly recommended for you older Filipino’s missing your childhood. Filipino comfort food no doubt.

I have tried many Filipino restaurants throughout the Phoenix area. This place is the best. The food here is absolutely amazing! Highly recommend!!

The food portions are generous, and the value for money is much higher compared to other Filipino restaurants. （Yesterday, when I ordered chicken adobo from another restaurant, I only got three pieces of chicken!）

I love Halo Halo Kitchen. They have the best food in the Valley and aren’t far from the freeway. Lechon Kawali and Halo Halo are my go-tos!

We stopped in on a whim, and had an early lunch. The place was packed with people, and the tables of people refilled as quick as they emptied. The food is delicious, the prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere of the place was very different from what I am used to. 10/10 will be back again!
