Liberty Burger

I like their turkey burgers a lot. Not dry like a lot of turkey burgers tend to be. Otherwise it's a fine neighborhood burger joint. They do have a bar and a pretty ok beer selection from what I've seen but I usually just have the Burgers.

We usually eat a late lunch around 2 and with a somewhat empty restaurant, our fries and onion rings were cold. Burger was okay. We have been coming here for a long time and we were a tad disappointed with our experience today.

I say one of the top burger joints in town. There is only one other place in Dallas that can compete with Liberty burgers. If you like a medium rare burger govhere they are on fire. They have a nice bar as well.

My wife and I came here for dinner, she ordered the “Napa” and I ordered the “South of the Burger”. Hers was very good and flavorful, mine was decent but I wouldn’t get it again. The skinny fries and the onion rings were pretty good.

Really good for a fast food kind-of place. Burgers are great, service is great. Milkshakes are really good, just a little pricey for what it is. Really good for a quick bite with kids.

I've been here a few times, and the service is usually not the best. My fiancé and I went today and ordered 2 fries and a shake, because we wanted a quick snack and it was on the way home. It was in fact not a quick snack, because we sat there for 20 minutes waiting for the fries. Our shake was out within a couple minutes of ordering, but after waiting so long for the fries, it was totally melted and we couldn't eat them together. The fries were also cold, as if they had been sitting out for a while. If I wanted gross cold fries, I would've went to McDonald's; at least I would've gotten them quickly. Probably a good place to get a burger, but anything else is likely to be a disappointment.

Incredible burgers! I had the Nooner and it was delicious. Hearty and filling without being too heavy. The cashier, Christian, was really nice and made our dining-in experience even better. Very reasonably priced food, too. Great lunch spot, we will definitely come back here.

Great burger joint! Tried the Ahi burger and it was very good. Loved the sweet potato fries as well. Wish I had tried a shake instead of the macaroon ice cream sandwich (which was good but not a shake.) looking forward to trying other things on the menu next time. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating.

I had the Western burger, Very good. Ordered the skinny fries, not so good, thin sticks of nothing, no fresh potato taste. Staff okay, not super friendly. Almost $14 for these two, expensive for what you get.

Best burger I've had in years. To be blunt, no other place in the area compares.I had the nooner with sweet potato fries, but will return to try other options.Worth the extra money for a higher quality burger.

We went tonight for the first time and we really were not impressed. For two burgers, two fries and two drinks it was 30.00 dollars, plus they wanted a tip. The burgers were nothing to write home about. Will not be back.

I loved this place I’m a vegan and they had an impossible burger that they can put into any of their burgers and sub and remove to make fully vegan. The Person Who checked me out Scoot was very knowledgeable of what had dairy in it and what didn’t. And the GM Scott was very nice he checked in on us made sure we enjoyed everything and made the experience all the better. And the food is sooo good I ate it before I could take a pic ? but highly recommended.

The liberty burger and skinny fries is my husband's favorite, while I prefer the Torches and onion rings. If you haven't tried the raspberry Chipotle dipping sauce, you really should. It's delicious! It wasn't crowded at 5pm on a Thursday and we ordered on the app to dine in. It's clean and the staff are friendly. A sign on the door says masks are required regardless of immunization status. There are a few tables in the breezeway easily accessible from a side door. There is also a full bar with a bartender to serve drinks, including beer on tap. Music was nice but not so loud you couldn't have a conversation. We had a great experience.

The food was great. I ordered the sweet heat burger, Big O onion rings with raspberry chipotle dipping sauce, and a fruity pebble-flavored Joy macaroon ice cream sandwich. Every item was well prepared and de-licious. I'll definitely be back again.

Very good burger place. Came on a Monday night, there was no wait and food came out fast and fresh. The onion rings are huge and so good. The turkey burger is also very tasty and gives you a fresh feeling versus a normal greasy burger leaves you feeling like. 10/10 recommend this place

I’ll tell you what…this was the best burger I’ve had since I don’t know when. It was THAT good, perfect. I ordered a liberty burger, plain & dry with extra cheese and man. It was just perfect! My new favorite burger place.I got their skinny fries though and they weren’t that great. Next time I’ll try their thick fries and see how they are! I regret not getting the thick fries but they were more expensive so that’s why I didn’t get them.Overall the burger was AMAZING

Excellent burger!! My family loves a good burger and we've hit all the joints in the Dallas/Ft Worth area many time. Today, my son and I stopped in right when they opened for an early lunch and boy did it hit the spot.I went with the BOM (burger of the month) and it killed! Sweet potato fries and an order of torches (look it up) made it a bomb of a meal.Nothing disappointed and I will be looking forward to my next trip!

We're regulars at Liberty Burger, and it's good but a bit inconsistent. Their meat is decent quality, their toppings are fresh, and their fries are shoestring cut and tasty, but they don't always get the cooking right on the burgers - we always order med rare, but sometimes they come out medium well to hockey puck. We still keep going back, so it's not an all-the-time problem, just occasional, and when they're good, they're quite good.

I seen this place on a food network an they were making the nooner burger an so I told my wife I need to try this place out. So I took my family today an there food was as good as it looked on tv..But the place is pretty dirty! Floors got mud all over them an need to be swept. Also the tables are all sticky like no one cleans them. But I would recommend for the burgers. Just need better maintenance.

Plenty of seating area at the time when we went. Employees wore masks which was reassuring since dallas is seeing covid spikes again. Employees were all nice & friendly ?. THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS!! I don't usually have good experiences with veggie burgers cause they tend to be hit or miss. But The Woodstock was so good ? ate it all. Will definitely visit again!

They do a $4 Upcharge to substitute a vegan patty I got a burger only and my wife got a burger fries and a drink and it was 40 bucks. Good food but overpriced.

First time visit!! The restaurant is amazing, love the decor. Customer service was excellent and the food was really really good. The only thing I would change is probably requesting my burger be cooked more well-done versus medium, because the bottom bun unfortunately soaks up a lot of juice and becomes soggy from the medium cooked burger. The young man cleaning the tables was very meticulous so cleanliness standards are way above normal for most restaurants. Just as I was finishing dinner, I saw someone with a shake and really wanted one, but I said my next visit I will get one of their great shakes. Thanks for a great dining experience!

Have been here multiple times. In short - good burgers disappointing fries & sidewinders. Plain sidewinder fries are usually under cooked and hard, no flavor. Reg fries are mostly fry no potato. Sweet potato fries and onion rings are good.

The food, fries & ice cream was delicious. They have different options for local beer and even have Root beer for non-drinkers. Friendly service and clean location parking can be fun if you drive. Great experience overall!

I enjoyed the fact I could have a gluten free bun and they asked me how I wanted my burger cooked.They have beer on tap, which is easy to miss the way it is located in the restaurant.The dining area is a bit cavernous so it gets loud easy making it difficult to hear with just a few loud patrons.

There are certain mysteries in life that we may never know the reason why they are that way. For example, if most people have two feet why do I only find one shoe in the road? But there's no reason to wonder why the burgers at Liberty Burger taste so good. It's written on the wall: Liberty uses a combination of tenderloin and brisket in their meat. Also, I was asked how I wanted my burger cooked (medium-rare) when ordering. The sandwich itself is served on a warm brioche bun with your choice of toppings. I opted for no cheese so I could savor the beef and a side of shoestring potatoes. But the best thing I had during my last visit was some of my friend's onion rings. Wow, fried perfection. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because Liberty is a little pricey. The bill was over $30 for our party of two(for burgers!). Is it worth it? Don't take my word-experience Liberty Burger for yourself.

We have eaten here a couple of times and the food tastes great each time. We tried calling and placing our order ahead of time but no one picked up the phone and the website kept defaulting to a location in Wyoming so we had to go in and wait. The service was good, we did have to check our order before leaving as we did not receive the fries we ordered. But we will go again when I am not in the mood to cook.
