Pinky's Westside Grill

Oh...my...gahhh!!!! This place was amazing! My wife and I stopped in while traveling through and will definitely be making this a main stop in the future. Everything we ate was amazing. Don't pass up on the banana pudding either, best I ever had and the service was excellent. I don't review much but this place deserved the effort!

Even though this location is not standalone, you definitely feel like you’ve been transported to another place. The decor is awesome, the food is great, and this was the first time that I experienced team Service and I really enjoyed it! I had the smoothest old fashioned, and I will definitely be bringing my family back.I have added pictures of my old-fashioned and my smashed Greek burger.

The menu and food options are great. Good for vegetarian, GF, and even some vegan. Don't love the way the food is served in disposables but it's so good.

Such a cool place!! Food is fantastic. Staff was great. Atmosphere and vibe is unique and very cool. Consider my 4 stars a 4.4!! Only reason it didn’t earn 5 stars was proximity to the road. Wednesday afternoon / happy hour the traffic noise was LOUD. Don’t get me wrong, I’d come back in a heartbeat, for the food, service, and of course great company…

I had the homemade black bean burger let’s just say it was a 10/10 and I had the sweet potato fries as a side and they were delicious. Will definitely be going back next week.

Overall not great. Drinks were good but they had lots of restrictions on what you could drink. Waffle fries were overcooked both times. Servers were friendly but service was slow.

The crab balls are amazing with tarter sauce. If you want something light, then Hummus platter is so good! It come with tomatoes, olives, pickles, and the pita chips that are light and flaky. I enjoyed that the most! I have never been disappointed here! Enjoy!

The food was extremely bland and overpriced. Our expectations were so high and ultimately we hated that we even had to pay for our food. Drinks were good but definitely a waste of money.

Awesome late night meal! We were able to get in right before they closed and we were so glad we did. Great service and the menu options did not disappoint. I see why they were featured on “Diners, Drive-ins and Dives” with Guy Fieri. I had the Green Chile Pork Sandwich and the flavor was perfect.

This is my first time here. It took awhile for my daughter and I to decide where we wanted to eat for lunch. Super Random...Cool atmosphere...It was a lil confusing at first with the servers moving from table to table....and annoying ? I could hardly decide because someone kept asking were we ready...or did we need something or is everything ok...it great but every like 30: seconds was crazy ??‍♀️...Well the best part was a drink on the liquor menu called Crazy KESIHA.... And that's my name ? and it tastes amazing ?? Soo that alone made my afternoon....The food was definitely different and tasty ? I will definitely go back and recommend...

It was my first time there. The staff are friendly and quick to respond. The place was almost pack. I tried a few drinks, one Cesar salad wrap with a twist of BBQ sauce. ( Don't try that again). One drink wasn't strong the other on had too much ginger. But again the staff was playful. I will need to check them on their strong side. Hamburgers.

My husband and I just had the nicest and yummy experience at Pinky’s. The Pinky’s Margarita is fantastic! I also enjoyed the chicken tacos. But most importantly… the service was outstanding ♥️ Thank you to Kat and the lovely bartender. You ladies made our experience great!!

Pinky's is unique...But kind of cool. The service was spot on which is important. I had the corndog shrimp with sweet potato fries. The shrimp is unique but I really liked the flavor. They serve the sweet potato fries with Honey mustard which was a great combo of flavors. The banana pudding was really big and delicious. Liked this place but it is probably not for everyone. It was worth a try.

They recently remodeled and it looks great! The interior has a bunch of private booths. The patio layout can fit more tables I guess. It was confusing at first because you enter through a different door than before, but it's really an upgrade. The food is delicious as usual. I love the regular burger, and you can get a decent GF bun here.

Had Pinkys 3x and its so good. Food is fresh and well prepared. The potato chips are amazing! Perfectly thin and not greasy, but lightly crisp. I ate a whole basket and made myself sick. Staff is super nice, vibe is great... everything is just so flavorful, def a "CLT best of" spot.

Went to eat here for my daughters graduation. There were 6 of us. My son has allergy to wheat and they have a great glutton free burger. The food was good everyone enjoyed it. My wife found a hair in her chicken tacos. We didnt make a fuss. Total bill was 105 out the door plus the tip. It didnt take long for food even tho they were packed.

I don’t know how this chain is still riding in the coattails of a very dated Triple D visit. Neither the food nor the service lives up to the hype. We not been back in a couple years after our last disappointing trip and decided to give it another go. We remained unimpressed and will be taking our money elsewhere.

Wow, the chili cheese waffle fies amazing. I also had a pork sandwich with pineapple( can't remember name) very very good. Service struggled we struggled getting are drinks refilled.

LOVED. IT!! Service was so quick! Got my meal in under 10 minutes of ordering it! Food was great too, and the staff was quick and friendly with my order! Hush puppies are TO DIE FOR!! Not overly flavorful and has a nice classic taste. Atmosphere is great as well, the music and the decoration around the walls is always fun to look at

We went here tonight for our sons birthday. I got the pork loin and pineapple sandwich and it was very dry. The pork was sliced paper thin and it had barely any flavor. I was able to maybe eat 1/4 of it before I just couldn't do it anymore. My son got the white trash burger, and it had the same issues, bland and dry. His was so dry it was to the point where it was crumbling apart. The kids popcorn chicken was the only thing that was decent. I don't really have a complaint about the chicken, although the fries were cold and hard. The decor is cool and the staff is really sweet, but the food ruined any chance of me coming back.

I really enjoy eating at this restaurant.I work in the hospitality industry in a management role, so I’m quite picky about what establishments I spend my time and money in.The food at this location is consistent. Some of the menu is creative, stuff you won’t find elsewhere. Some of the menu is staples executed well, you’ll be satisfied but maybe not blown away.But what keeps me coming back is the service. This restaurant executes “team service” as good as I’ve seen it.No worrying about “when is my server coming back around?”, everyone working is your server, and the staff make it clear. They watch the guests with an eye for detail, and are all willing to deliver excellent service.I really enjoy dining in this restaurant, and the service is the real reason why!

If you’re looking for a EXTRA large burger (15oz), go here!!! Lol.I found this place when I came across it on the TV show Diners,Drive-ins and Dives quite a few years back. The atmosphere is fun, and the food the family had was good. Worth a try if you haven’t!

I have very rarely had the amazing service that they offered, attentive, kind and on point. We never had to wait long for anything and the food was great. Had a nice laid back atmosphere and was just a pleasant visit. I definitely suggest people go there.

Not bad, service in the restaurant I've always remembered to be fine. For the price of the food though I definitely expect better. Everything is always extra salty (maybe you have to be 3 bud lights deep before you can really enjoy the food) and greasy, which I'm totally cool with, but not for $10 entrees.

Nice / chill atmosphere, wonderful service, & food was hot n fresh. The fish tacos & hush puppies were pretty good, but the buffalo chicken wrap & chilli / pimento cheese fries stole the show! Amazing flavor! I highly recommend Pinky's for a quick bite to eat / nice vibe!

Okay let's get this straight. I may have chosen the wrong food. I ended up getting the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and was extremely disappointed because I've been to Nashville and had it from the original place. It didn't taste anything like Nashville Hot Chicken. I didn't care too much for the taste. It was over seasoned and just wasn't really hot. I also got french fries with cheese on them and that was pretty amazing. Overall my experience at the restaurant was okay and I might go back just to try a different sandwich or an appetizer.

absolutely delicious. I had heard about this place a couples times and decided to give it a try so glad I did. The crab puppies were crispy and delicious while the viking dog was a classic but large corn dog. definitely will be back.
