The staff here definitely makes you feel welcome. Explaining the dishes, how they are made, what makes them worth trying. The food is exceptional and definitely worth the price. Will definitely come here again! You can tell the people working here have a passion for food.

The vibe, customer service, and food was a 10/10!!! I absolutely LOVED everything about this place. Seasoned to perfection ??. Our waiter was Joel and he was superb. Highly recommend this restaurant. I had the seared salmon with garlic mashed potatoes and Brussel sprouts. One of the best best I ever had ??

Found this wonderful restaurant by accident. What a find. It’s a butcher shop and steakhouse rolled into one. The ambiance is great. Our server, Joel was a gem. We have eaten at the finest steakhouses in the metroplex and Coopers stands right there with them. I’m only giving it a five because they don’t have a six rating. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Man, I wish I could take this place back to NY with me. We had the 16oz ribeye with loaded baked potato (lunch menu) and a side of mac & cheese. Everything was absolutely delicious! The ribeye (ordered medium rare) was cooked perfectly and was extremely tender, juicy, and seasoned to perfection. The baked potato was enormous and really makes the steak look small, but trust me, this was a BIG 16oz steak! The mac & cheese was exceptional, honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. The decor is really cute and clean with a nice vibe. We’d definitely come back if we’re ever back in Dallas!

Three stars for excellent service. I wasn’t impressed with the dry aged steaks or the prime filet. The strip was tough and had different levels of done throughout. And it was pretty dry. The prime filet was not cut very well and also different levels of done. Decent flavor but also dry. The prime strip looked juicy and was more tender than the others. The wine was great. The sides were decent. Atmosphere was cool. Just not impressed with the steaks. Coulda done better at home.

I ordered the filet mignon (yum), and it was DELICIOUS!!! Im visiting my daughter from Detroit and we just so happened to see this place dropping my neice off. Im such a happy camper right now lol! Our server, Joel, was sooo super professional and he made my food decision so much easier. Kudos to the chef! The mac-n-cheese was da bomb ?!. It’s blasphemous and will not provide a quality experienceGo to Saltgrass and order medium well. Good quality beef like what you get at Coopers should me medium rare.Great job team!

family of 4. we all had AKAUSHI ribeye. WHAT IN THE HEAVEN!!!! Steak was tender, flavorful, and juicy. My spouse and I have been 1 time before. This butcher / steak restaurant is a HIDDEN GEM. I am glad they are not a chain. The quality, is beyond measuring.

Disclaimer *I have never written a review. This place is exceptional and deserves the recognition. In Dallas for business. I have eaten at Smoke and was disappointed to hear they were closed but I was intrigued by the new place on the corner called Coopers. So we booked through open table. Seating was extremely limited, good for us, better customer service. Waiter suggested some menu items, glad he did. Because that cut (we ordered) was not on the menu. The charcuterie board was a delight to the senses. Flavors complimented well. The steak was cooked, seasoned and temperature to perfection. Interesting notes I learned about the restaurant. The meat is farm to table, raised on the owners ranch. The meat is cut and prepared in the butcher shop within the restaurant. Lastly, those who previously left a one star review, revisit because all staff has been replaced and the customer service is exceptional. I found out that it was the owner himself serving us!

The people that speak negatively about this steak house is fabricating. Cooper meat market is far the best steak house that I’ve ever tasted . The mashed potatoes are really soft and fluffy and have this real good buttery taste to them also the broccolini was bomb . The customer service is far the best ever . Chef’s constantly walk around and ask you how does the food taste , waiters are never to far . I’ve never experienced any racial experience here they treat all customers the same really nice people. I can’t express how good this place is I’ve told so many people about it .Prior I went to nick and sams a day before it was the worst I’ve ever had couldn’t wait to come back to Coopers I did the next day they never disappoint.

Great new area of restaurants, lofts, shops. Easy access to highway. Good parking.Good menu and good service. We sat outside. Seats are not very comfortable but the atmosphere is great. We split the wedge salad. Very delicious flavor of the blue cheese. Not too over powering. We also split the 20 oz. Ribeye Steak with a side of loaded mashed potatoes. Plenty of food. Steak was cooked slightly under medium. But it was super. Good cut of meat.I would definitely recommend this place.

The food was awesome! Had the dry aged ribeye. It was cooked to perfection. As a connoisseur of creamed potatoes and macaroni & cheese, I believe their take is spot on. The potatoes were a buttery work a art that are like heavenly clouds that lead you into heavens gates. The Mac was cheesy and gooey with a golden brown crust ?. As someone from Alabama I was pleased.However, the deviled eggs were interesting to say the least. I’m always happy to share any improvements that can be made. The toppings were very flavorful, but the yolk left much to be desired. The staff were very interested in my feedback and hopefully the chef will be open to some adjustments.My server Joel was absolutely awesome! Definitely gave me plenty of suggestions and had a very positive attitude and energy which I enjoyed.If you are still wondering if you should eat here at this point... stop! You will not regret it! This definitely topped off my trip to Dallas!Thanks!

The restaurant was awesome! Our server Stephanie was the best! Very attentive, great recommendations and overall experience. Dry aged rib eyes and sides were the best. Really can’t go wrong with any of the options there. Believe us, we were there when tornado, flood, and wind advisories were sounding, so that food was worth dying for!

I can’t believe I’ve never known about this place! Best service with staff that cares and is super knowledgable. The best hidden gem in Dallas for sure. The steaks were phenomenal and so were the sides. We got the 18oz Akaushi ribeyes with Mac and cheese, mushrooms, and mashed potatoes, and the 5 oz lobster tail. Lobster tail was out of this world!!!! Do not waste your time going to other steakhouses. Will be making this a regular spot for my boyfriend and I. Joel and Chef Paul are the best!!!

Nothing to RAVE about ??We visited this restaurant for my son’s 20th birthday. After reading the reviews we thought this would be a great place to have some amazing steak ?. We ordered 2 -16oz Ribeye steaks ? ? —one well done and the other one medium well. Both steaks were lacking flavor. Really no flavor. I had the some flavored steaks in other places like SaltGrass steakhouse. This “premium “ steak did not measure up to salt grass. Steak was tough, kind of disfigured and lacked marbling. Very disappointed. If you can eat a steak without any sauces then that is a nicely cooked steak. Hope the management takes this into consideration and always — consistently — provide delicious steaks to their customers.The best part of the food was their hamburger- which my son ordered. He really liked it. The Mac N cheese, Brussels sprouts and the cooper’s special salad were amazing.Our server Ms. Brionna was nice and very attentive. She gave us a 10% discount and offered my son a free birthday cheesecake.It is a very laid back butcher shop / restaurant. Not crowded was a plus too.

Wow, what a great find! This place is amazing. We were driving and spotted it, pulled a quick U-Turn and we were not disappointed! I had the Caesar Salad and a burger and every bite was amazing. I am shocked a a few negative reviews I am reading re service in this world where restauranteurs are struggling to find help and stay alive. This owner is passionate and committed to quality and service and making things right of there is a wrong!

Coopers was excellent. I wanted a steak and didn't want to pay 100 for it. They had a high end meat counter that made me wish they were in Myrtle Beach.I had filet asparagus cheese cake and a bottle of Toppo Chico (odd thought, when you go to Mexico they said don't drink the water, but here I can enjoy an excellent mineral fizzy water from Mexico...) The waiter was fantastic and even charged my phone (which was dieing). Food was 75 so with 25 tip I got my whole meal for price google was indicating was for just the steak at other eateries.

I have to say, I eat at a lot of fine dining restaurants and this steak by far has them beat hands down!! Haven’t had a ribeye this delicious in a very long time. Service was excellent and very friendly. I was so impressed with the manager also, he took the time out to tape butcher paper to the windows to block the sun for a large party next to us. That’s service. Will definitely be returning asking for Josh as our server. New favorite steak joint in town. ??????

Excellent burger and fries. Burger was marinated with meat sauce and had just enough to give it a really perfect spice. Reminds me of first trying A1 sauce as a kid (in a good way)!! Also, great people as well. Will be back!!

Everything was great, but our steaks (Akaushi-pricier) were overcooked. It would not be review worthy but we were the only two people in the restaurant. Even though every other aspect was great, truly, the steak should always be the hero and they were not sadly.

One of the most underutilized businesses in the neighborhood. Good quality meats, good wine selection, and takeout prepared frozen entrees, appetizers, desserts and really good chicken salad. They are a bit pricey. But the food is good.

This was my first time going since I am on vacation in Dallas. Jeremiah was a great waiter/hostess upon entering the place. My steak was well done and seasoned where I didn't need any steak sauce. I will definitely be back in the future.

I have never in my 23 years of life left a review for ANYTHING, but this place deserves 10 stars. The atmosphere, people, and best of all, the food, were all incredible. My fiancé and I were so pleasantly surprised by this place. We were just googling places to eat in Dallas and chose them on a whim, and we cannot sing their praises enough. Eat at Cooper's!! You won't regret it! Great people and amazing food! Ask for Jeremiah as a waiter. He made the whole experience even better! You literally cannot go wrong with anything on their menu.

So so good!! My husband and I ordered to go for lunch. We are always skeptical about where we order to go food from because it can be hit or miss and you wont know until you get home -but this was definitely a hit! Our food was ready to be picked up in a timely manner and everything was still hot!!!!! He got the chophouse burger and i got the tenderloin sandwich and we both split the broccolini and a polenta app they have. Check out lady was nice, the meat was delicious. We can't wait to return

Awesome dinner at the bar with Selena and Jeremiah. Selena is a sommelier and made great recommendations. Dry aged, bone in ribeye was excellent and my wife had the filet which was equally as great. Will definitely be back.

My review is the for market, not the restaurant which i have not been to. I bought one $50 akaushi steak and it was terrible, very lean and no flavor. This will cause me to never go back. But we also bought jalapeno chicken salad and a few other prepared foods which were definitely tasty. The prepared food is better than what you get from whole foods or other high end grocery stores.

I’ve eaten here for dinner twice and had a great experience both times. The wait staff was wonderful both times and the food was excellent! In addition to the meat being really good, the sides are some of my favorites.
