Aioli Gourmet Burgers

This is a fantastic little burger spot. Super fun and clean atmosphere inside and outside. You can dine on the patio with your pup as well as play giant jenga with the kiddos or friends. The inside is very friendly and clean. They serve a few bottled beers, 2 draft beers one an ipa and the other bud light, cake slices from a local shop and AZ Lemonade Stand lemonade which donates parts of their proceeds to local charities like the Joybus Diner and other charities like the Mālama Maui Arizona disaster relief charity. The food is amazing. Very flavorful. Staff is very friendly. Today I was served by Maurice, he was great. Seems to be a very hard and friendly worker. They also have a great weekday lunch special... burger, fries and drink (including a beer) combo for $9.99 until 2pm. I would recommend for sure! Hats off to Aioli Burger. 5 stars for every customer experience category. Sorry, no pictures this time... ate it way too fast.

We had a great meal at the 32nd st location. We had dinner on January 26, 2024 for my daughters birthday. The young man who was working the front was amazing. I saw him running around making sure everyone was taken care of. He communicated clearly with all his guests, when we ordered he immediately let me know they were going to take more then normal time to get our food, we appreciated the heads up. He did not stop at all the entire time we were there, it was a busy friday night. He was great and we kept commenting how great of a worker he was, and how well he was handling the stress of a busy shift. Well a few minutes before we left we saw him go back into what I assume was an office and come back with, who I'm guessing was a manager. We were mad for this young man. He had been running around all night providing great service and manager was in the back the entire time? Why wasn't she helping him? My husband is a restaurant GM, we both worked in restaurants as staff and management and would never have done that to an employee. The manager helped him with a gift card and then said you need to clean these tables. We had seen him pick things up on his trips back to the kitchen, he had full hands all the time, and she had no clue how busy he'd been but was quick to let him know he had fallen short. We left frustrated for him, and frustrated that a manager would choose to not help and leave customers to wait longer then necessary, or at the very least clean the tables sooner so people had choices in where to sit. I give 3 stars because of the manager, the young man who helped us deserves more then 5 stars. But with management like that I'd be surprised if he stuck around to provide that service. It's hard to find great workers these days, you've certainly found one in him, it would be a shame to lose him because your manager doesn't help.

Best burger, fries and shake I’ve had ever!!! I hade the white truffle, mushroom and caramelized onion burger. Med rare! Perfect! The fries were hot, crispy and soft inside. Minimum salt! The Aioli sauce was soooo good! The onion rings were PERFECT!!! Real onion rings!!! The beverages were delicious!!! I will always go back!! The best!! Oh, the price was a perfect 10 and the same price than Mc D’s but REAL FOOD!!!!!!!

Delicious food! Amazing service! Our host Maurice was absolutely incredible! Give that man a raise! My family and I went in for burgers and had the best time. I’ve been coming here for years and one thing is for sure: you cannot go wrong at Aioli Burger. Seriously, everything I've tried is delicious. My favorites are the Fresh Prince, the Black & blue burger, signature loaded fries (with extra pickled red onions) and the elote. ? They recently introduced house made mason jar lemonade and it is just as delicious as the food. There’s a reason the chef won Chopped and why this restaurant continues to win Best Burger in the valley every year. Look no further and go eat here now.

Burgers were way overcooked but otherwise tasty.Note: The proprietor answered my review by saying to bring this to the attention of the staff, but that's not so easy when it's a take out and we didn't know the burgers were overcooked until we were 5 miles away.

Personally, I think it's overpriced because of the quality of the burgers. They're good, but not exceptional. A $13 dollar burger turns into an $18 dollar burger with minor modifications. And then they forgot my fries after I paid $50 dollars for 2 burgers and a child's chicken strips. How do you forget the fries? That's a sin.

Nothing to write home about. The burger was gray and lacked flavor other than salt. Sweet potato fries were over done, regular fries just ok. Bathroom was not clean, and if the bathroom is not clean, either is the kitchen (so they say). Ketchup pump was broken so we had to take the lid off and scoop it. And the Aioli sauce was just okay. Our party of four was so excited to try it, sorry, probably not coming back and we love burgers. N. 32nd St.

Aioli burger is a reliable burger in the neighborhood to help scratch that fast food itch. I enjoy the mushroom swiss burger. The service is always top-notch, even when busy. Stay for the meal if you don't mind fryer smell

The staff are fantastic. The shop was busy on the sunny Sunday afternoon when we visited and as a result, the kitchen was backed up. They communicated this to us with sincere apologies and sent out part of our order first so we would have something to snack on. I had the falafel burger and it was top shelf. The patio is sunny, food was great and service was perfect.

So sad to say that aioli burger is not what it was a few years ago. I’m not sure if the ownership has changed but the quality of the food certainly has. I was actually embarrassed because I spoke so highly of this place and as a chef people take my food recommendations pretty seriously ad upon my last visit I was so seriously disappointed. The quality of the meat has gone down and the buns are no longer the perfectly toasted brioche style I knew and loved. Please bring back the good stuff I know I’d be willing to pay more for a great burger.

Nice and cute restaurant, but food wasn't the best.I ordered the White Truffle Burger and it had far too much cold aioli sauce that completely overpowered the burger and made every bite seem cold. Fries and the macaroni bites weren't bad, but not outstanding either. Not a bad burger joint, but despite the many awards seeming to hype it up, wasn't all that special.Other than the food, I like that it is a very local, community based restaurant. The staff were nice and happy to help with recommendations. Very chill family friendly restaurant.

This was our second visit to Aioli Gourmet Burgers, and we're so glad that we returned. Excellent burgers, and the peanut butter chocolate shake is amazing. Even better than that is the staff, who were all welcoming and attentive. Karen's wonderful in the front of house, and it was clear that they have a lot of regulars who stop by. We'll be back whenever we visit the Phoenix area.

My buddy and I had work to do next door and decided to stop in, glad we did. Best burgers in town. We also had fries and the pretzel bites which were fantastic. Service was great, friendly staff. Definitely be back

Unfortunately, the service is terrible. The burgers aren’t bad(the reason for the generous 2 rating), but who wants to be treated badly by the staff when you are spending your money. It may be bad luck, but it happened more than once, so plans are to never return since there are lots of good burger places to pick from. So, if you don’t mind being treated bad, go for it.

Hole in the wall with a (dog friendly) patio. Burgers truly are AMAZEBALLS! Loved the sweet potato fries. My friend had a salad. Prices are exceptional.

Wonderful service at 32nd and Shea, and the burgers were delicious. 3-stars because the salt was so heavy on all fries (sweet potato, regular and loaded fries) that they were inedible. The portion on the onion rings was also really small for the price in my opinion (6- 2" to 3" size rings for $5).

The food, as always, was great, but what really impressed me was the service. I called in my order, and spoke to (I believe) Brian. He also waited on me when I picked up my food. He was SO pleasant and friendly! He will be the reason I visit more often, as well as the yummy food(classic Aioli burger, California burger, fries and onion rings).Brian is an asset to this establishment.

Came here for dinner takeout a couple of days ago. It was the first time and staff was friendly and place was clean. My issue is that it was $50 for 2 burgers and couple of sides. I know every thing is going up but I thought that was a bit much. However, my burger was delicious! I would come back for another burger without the sides.

I came here today for an early dinner and overall , I had a good experience. I ordered the Italiano burger which was very unique and flavorful. The French fries were very fresh and seasoned very well and tasty on their own. It is, in my opinion , a little pricier for the experience that you get but all in all, it was very expeditious. In addition, the attendant at the front was very friendly and helpful with suggestions. We live close by, so this is definitely a good option to come visit in the area. It’s kept up very clean and they have multiple TVs as well. Thank you!

So glad we stopped here today. Delicious food. These are burgers done right. We also had the fries, onion rings, and wedge salad and all of those were very delicious as well. This staff was very friendly and hospitable. Will definitely be back the kids and me and my wife loved it. The bread was fresh and the meat was cooked perfect and very flavorful. It is obvious to use high quality ingredients here

Aioli burger is juicy and delicious. I love the sauce inside with the bacon. I order the burger medium well with sweet potato fries. They have lots of tasty dipping sauce for the fries or to add more in the burger. I come once in a while. Also, if you like corn on cob. They have it with cotija cheese and other stuff. It s really good.

Second time coming here: ordered online this time. It said 30 min for pickup at 6:55pm… and still waited another 15 min here. Very disappointed. Not convenient to wait this long after placing an online order! Plus it should’ve been med-well but it was well done with no pink. We also ordered cannolis and the entire middle portion was an empty shell. Just barely fill the ends and clearly not enough to reach the middle. I think this was our last time here because the wait was not worth the quality.

Burgers are great and the loaded frys are delicious! Only downside is that the burgers never come out well done, there is always a decent amount of pink.
