Burgers are awesome! Salads as well!! Me and my family enjoy the food! We're sad to see the building demolished now, I’m assuming due to the recent fire!!

When I go to Dallas Tx to visit my daughter Jacqueline and her husband Jordan they always take me to STACKHOUSE. I never had soup till I had Demetrius home made tomato and ovalemenum<sp> soups. I will be in Dallas for another visit next month and am said to find out that the restaurant is closed to a fire. When it reopens I will be back there to enjoy the food, atmosphere, and the people that work there. YAHSU Demetrius!

The food is exceptional and huge portions! I usually order the turkey burger special, but I usually change the sweet potato fries to regular ones... they are huge! They even have options for my vegan homegirl ! They have an up and downstairs! There are inside and outside sections. This is my go-to chill spot... whether I'm doing paperwork or running away from it!

Best to wear safety glovesWhile eating. Otherwise, you will have to wash hands before leaving. Hands get bacteria on them quickly. No sense in getting sick trying to eat hamburger & french fries. Also, parking is very tight.Leave large SUVS elsewhere.

Burger pattys were tasty, however I wish they would’ve added cheese. Rather tasty $20 for a simply a burger without cheese or fries for a carry-out

One of our favorite Burger places in DFW. Every time we are doing events in Dallas, we want to stop and eat here. The best think on the menu is their burgers. Pick the one you like and enjoy. They also have good happy hour deals if you are visiting during those hours.Special mention of the fried mozzarella. Those triangles are so good.

The vibe is just right for a private good time. I loved the balcony and live dj the night I was there. And the staff and owner will make sure you feel right at home. I will let the food speak for itself. Yes it's that good. So stop by and have a drink , watch tv inside or outside and enjoy some good food.

I didn't have a chance to taste their food but it smelled AMAZING. On Sundays from 7-11 they have live entertainment in the roof top and it was one if the best times I've had in A LONG TIME. The $5 margaritas are delicious and its just an all around AWESOME VIBE. I can't wait to go back.

Great burger and small but nice beer selection. The onion rings were thin, salty and on point. The coleslaw was the sweet mayo variety I’m a fan of and on point as well.

Two words...Always Satisfying. No matter what time of day I decide to stop by the food is always fresh, filling, and delicious. The Turkey burger is a must try at this spot and although the regular fries are great, I will always order a side of their sweet potato fries.

Great service, didn't read the small fine print that the patty melt was served on rye bread, that totally messed that sandwich up. The macaroni and cheese was overrated it tasted bland but the burger and onion rings were great. The service was really excellent though, that's what would make me come back and try something else.

Crabcake burger and salmon burger; loved the salmon burger but not the crabcake burger. Large portion sized meal. Place was busy, small seating area. Staff are very attentive; saw staff making seating available by cleaning tables and breaking larger table set-up down to accommodate more guests. Would love to go back and try this place again!

I travel for a living, so I'm a bit picker then some.Had the Gryo here, absolutely the best one I've had in years. Huge portion, totally amazing lamb, best tzatziki, even better than my homemade.Only criticism I have is I prefer my onions and tomatoes chopped up.Also great drink prices, patio and rooftop dining areas.

The food is delicious! Great daily specials! Nice atmosphere! Honestly The Best Fresh French Fries in the Dallas Metro! We eat here about once a week! The Stackhouse is a hidden gem among restaurants! Not a chain, family owned with lots of experience in different kinds of cuisine and American food as well!!! Also, portion sizes are easily large enough to share! My husband and I almost always share what we get, and that saves us a little. For the quality of food, Excellent, and the size portions, it is a Very Good Value! Combos with drink range from about $11-$15.

My family and I visited there on a slow Sunday evening after taking family portraits at a nearby studio. The staff was very patient and helpful as they took our many orders. The burgers were great! They just "hit the spot". I had the classic with queso, and it was great. My wife said the turkey burger tasted like a regular burger. The fries were perfect. Just overall a great spot for a great, classic burger! Kudos to the team for serving us that evening. We'll be back...

After my husband was released from Baylor Hospital (within walking distance), we decided to eat at Stackhouse, since we were so HUNGRY! OMG - it was SO GOOD! It's in a little house that we've driven by lots of times, but never stopped at. (For some reason we thought it was a pancake house!) We parked in the back and came in through that entrance. They also have a pretty patio and a rooftop bar, but it was hot, so we ate inside.Anyway, we both ordered a cheeseburger all the way and an order of onion rings to share. It was a LOT of food ... and all SO delicious! We sat inside at the counter against the window to the patio, so we got the beautiful views without the heat! (It's July in Dallas!) When our food came, we chowed down. It was SO good, and for you picky onion ring lovers, they are HOMEMADE! So good. We took half of my burger home, because it was just too big to finish. We will definitely be back!

idk why but I've been on a burger hunt lately and trying different burger places in Dallas. Stackhouse is definitely up there, just under Rodeo Goat for me. More flavor than Blue's. Base single patty of $9 with pickles, onions, tomatoes, lettuce. Everything else is an add-on and extra $. But the burger is a good size and if you get fries you'll definitely get full. They definitely pack the toppings and I had to take out some of the pickles because it was overpowering but overall a good burger (single + smoked gouda). Fries ($4) were solid, and I got the vanilla milkshake ($6) and I really liked it. Tasted homemade and they added something that I can't quite put a finger on but added texture to the milkshake. Overall very impressed and would definitely go again.

I will start by saying, “hunger makes the best sauce.” We had just arrived in Dallas after a long flight. We found the closest, non-chain restaurant and gave it a shot. Immediately, we were cheerfully greeted by two young ladies, (perhaps twins?), they explained the menu and were very accommodating. We were able to sample a few types of beer on tap before being served ice cold pints. We ordered a patty melt, fried chicken sandwich, and burger with queso. Everything was amazing. Again, we were starving, BUT it truly was great food. The fried chicken sandwich was especially good. Deja was helpful and friendly, even as the restaurant picked up during the lunch rush. One order of fries was plenty for my family of 3. My son got a milkshake. It was hand scooped, spun, etc. haven’t seen an old school milkshake in a long time! It was great. Seemed like a popular place for a quick bite on lunch break, but would definitely come back to check out their patio for another beer and an app!

After I got my second shot to be vaccinated against the plague, I decided to treat myself to some of the local cuisine near the fairgrounds in Dallas. I searched for the local burger restaurants and saw that Stackhouse Burgers was an option. I’d heard good things so that is where I turned my compass.I arrived to find a cozy restaurant with a massive oatmeal cream pie available for purchase. I ordered a custom double with smoked gouda and bacon. (a mistake) and some onions rings. I also ended up buying the oatmeal cream pie and a proportionately large lemon bar.The oatmeal cream pie, I couldn’t finish. It was delicious, but too much cookie for one man. The lemon bar was delicious and I figuratively swallowed it whole. The onion rings were delicious, if flimsy. There was a large portion of them, as well. Well made! The burger! If I were to build a burger city and I needed a skyscraper for downtown, this is where I would buy it! Those 6 oz. patties were HUGE. Wonderfully cooked and seared patties that, with everything else, I had to contort my jaw into strange positions to get into my face. The smoked gouda was perfect with the burger and the bacon. The garden was delightfully refreshing and the whole sandwich made a puddle in my tray.Overall, I’d recommend Stackhouse for their massive portion sizes and delicious food, especially for the price. One burger for eight bucks is enough to feed my wife and kid together. Not to mention everything else on the menu. If you happen to be near the fairgrounds, give them a try, you won’t be disappointed. 5/5If you would like to read more reviews about DFW's amazing local burger shops, look us up on Facebook (@BurgerByteDFW), Instagram (@BurgerByteDFW), and Twitter (@ByteDFW)#DFWBurgers #GoodEats #Foodie #DFWFoodie #Burger #Burgers #DallasBurger #DallasBurgers #DallasFoodie #FortWorthBurger #FortWorthBurgers #FortWorthFoodie #DFWBurger #ShopLocal #ShopDFW #SupportLocal

?We found this restaurant after my extraction removal from an A&M dentistry appointment. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get an extraction since it was an impacted tooth. Fortunately, on the way back home, I found this restaurant by good smelling.I thought I was a house at the first and realized it was a restaurant. After I saw the high google review quickly I decided to go to this place. And we absolutely loved it! All the employees were nice and they consistently asked if the food tasted good. It was very tasty and moist flavor. The fires were very crunchy and especially the carrot cake was my favorite. ?*** Follow me for more emoji reviews ෆ ***

If you’re looking for a small “hole in the wall” place to eat, then Stackhouse is the place for you. A small place that offers big meals. You probably won’t find a better shop than Stackhouse.Stackhouse looks to be a converted house with the backyard turned into a parking lot. It’s located on the corner of the street and is easy to find and the parking is easily accessible. There’s room inside for about 30 people and some extra room outside for those that love the summertime air. The shop itself is very well maintained and very clean. Just note that the tables are kind of close to one another, but I didn’t think it was a big deal. There’s still plenty of room to move around. While the place is rather small, the quality of the food is amazing. The flavor in everything is absolutely delicious. You don’t even have to go get your food once it’s ready because they will bring it to you. The sandwiches are jam packed with everything you want. Stackhouse really gives you your money’s worth. It’s a really great place to eat and whenever I’m in Dallas again, Stackhouse will be on my places to go wat at again.Give it a try. You won’t be disappointed.
