Always a great hot and fresh pizza. I got the Meat Market pizza and it was delicious. We’ve been here over a dozen times and have never had a bad meal. They are always consistent and very friendly. Definitely recommend this location.

We went for an early weekday lunch. We both got burger platters with a soft drink. The drink station was clean and the napkin cutlery section orderly. We were actually the first dining room party. The dining room was clean and orderly. We thought that the food took longer than it should’ve since the place had yet to get busy. The silverware was filmy meaning the dishwasher water wasn’t hot enough. Also, they have pretty flimsy napkins. The burgers were good and have that familiar Loop seasoning. The bacon on the one burger was very good but they skimped on the cheese. The steak fries were crispy, which is good because sometimes steak fries can be pale and mushy. The side of onion rings were also good and crispy. Overall we had a good lunch. There were a few minor shortcomings like the cloudy cutlery and lame napkins, but all in all The Loop is a reliable local favorite.

Five stars for the service we received last evening. We had a large group and I had made a mistake on my order. The manager made it fresh and had an amazing attitude! Kitchen was quick. Service was outstanding! Food was good! Kudos to the managers that were working, you could tell they cared about their staff and business.

Have not been to the Loop in awhile.. got tired of mediocre food and less service (also remember when you went to the loop because the burgers and salads were exceptional) Went today and will give absolute kudos to the improved flavor and quality of the food. It was very good and filling. We had the Greek salad add grilled chicken and a burger and fries. Portions were good and there was value I what we received. What was disappointing was the lobby and attitude of some of the staff. We went to pick up our food at the counter (they still give you a buzzer that alerts you when it’s ready) and when we asked for the utensils, ketchup etc we got what sounded like a groan and a head nod in the direction where we were to get it ourselves. This young lady could not have been more bothered by us! Then, we had a difficult time finding a clean table.. they were all cleared but not wiped down at ALL! We watched the young man walk the restaurant 3 times and cleared but NEVER wiped a single table. Disappointed and as much as I liked our food will not be back. Not all the staff was bad.. there were a few who were working really hard but the couple that were not and the apparent lack of customer care and cleanliness was enough to sway me from going again for a while..

The thing that sticks out from here? The absence of a "thank you" from anybody.When I ordered at the counter and put $$ in the tip jar there was no thank you...( For the tip or for the food order.)When I picked up our meal 10 minutes later after shopping at the Publix, there was no thank you from the lady who handed me our food and our milkshakes.When we came home to eat , I had eight french fries in with my portobello mushroom burger. Eight french fries?We live in the San Marco area and drive down to this one just for the nice drive but I'm not sure we'll be going there more often.The competition is fierce for the consumer dollar.There are many options for people to eat and places to eat.Nobody at this restaurant thanked us for spending our 38.00 with them.It should be mandatory that all employees say thank you.And the food was just average. Even the eight french fries I received with my burger.

Always a favorite place for my family and I. Yummy juicy burgers, hot delicious steak fries or onion ring( my favorite), huge fresh salads and wonderfully delicious shakes. Like soups? Love the tomato bisque soup. Plenty of seating, curb side service. Always clean. This Loop is great at hiring our local high schoolers. Always great and friendly service.

Paid for 3 separate orders for 11 people. Place was not too busy. Several orders were wrong. 1. Loop cheeseburger with blue cheese. Told them three (3) times bleu cheese. Got NO cheese at all. Checked receipt which showed charge for cheeseburger but not extra charge for bleu cheese. 2. Chicken sandwich with bacon. Got no bacon. Receipt showed $1.99 up charge for bacon. 2 other mistakes. With that many people, wasn't worth hassle to complain.

Came across this place one day when I was out and was hungry but didn’t want fast food and wanted to actually sit down and eat….it was really good! You place your order at the cashier and then pick where you want to sit and are given a buzzer to let you know when your order is ready. Will absolutely be going back again! Very Yummy and great people work there too!

The shake was really good. The price for my Bacon Cheddar Burger was kinda of high. For the price I would rather go to restaurant on a the water. The sandwich was just average . My wife got the Grilled chicken and Jack and she said she prefers the Grilled chicken at Chic FIL A. This was our first time here and if we would come back it will be just for the shake. I personally don't like when you spend $37 for a meal that you have to order at the register and have to come get your food.

Bland and lacking in seasoning. We tried the loop burger, salmon sandwich and cheese pizza. The pizza was good. The french onion soup didn’t taste fresh. It is cafeteria style ordering and you grab your own food at the front. No waiter.

The food is always prepared fresh. The staff is kind and helpful.It is a great place to go get a leisurely lunch or relaxed dinner. The food takes a bit of time, but its always worth the wait. The sweet tea is phenomenal. I really like the punch card system!

I have eaten here several times and love the bbq bacon burger. The last time I went I was a bit disappointed. The burger was dry and extremely overcooked! However the overall it has always been great so gave it 5 stars.

As someone that is currently eating a strict low fodmap diet to heal my digestive system due to gluten and lactose intolerance, allium (garlic/onion) sensitivity, and IBS, I am proud to share my experience eating at The Loop.I ordered the grilled salmon sandwich with a gluten-free bun option. (It was so good!) They happily made it sans seasoning and sauces for me. The employees were all so super nice, helpful, and compassionate. I appreciate the two gentlemen being very aware of the ingredients, possible cross-contamination, and offering an alternate side (baked fries) that worked. I am so grateful I could enjoy a delicious dinner from The Loop when what I can safely eat right now is so limited. Thank you so much!

I think you have to dine in to fully appreciate this neighborhood eatery. We've done take-out a couple of times and it doesn't compare to eating in.Timing can be a question of luck...no line ordering as we went in around 6:30pm, but a long line to order as we left close to an hour later.The variety has really grown on me, from the burgers, steak fries through salads, pizzas and my new favorite - cauliflower-crust pizza.You have to go up to the counter to collect your food once your buzzer goes, but the staff are young, friendly and helpful as needed

I've been coming to this location for over 15 years and have never had a bad experience. Their food and service is consistently fantastic. My guilty pleasure is their blue cheese chips. I used to order a salad and the blue cheese chips to pretend I was being vaguely healthy, but my Boss Move now is to just order the blue cheese chips and that's it. SO GOOD. (I'm eating nothing but salad for the next 3 days to make up for those calories, but it's worth it!)

This review is for order I placed on August 19, 2021 only. I ordered a Swiss Mushroom Burger and the burger was so salty I couldn't eat it. Since that time my orders have been great. Fast forward to today. I ordered the Cheeseburger add bacon and cooked to medium temp. Everything was great except the burger patty was cooked to way past well done. It was even so burnt on the edges that it was like charcoal. I was very disappointed and couldn't sent it back because I had ordered delivery and didn't feel like waiting another hour for a different burger to be delivered. I don't want to give up on the Loop but a $25 hamburger that I couldn't eat just might be the clincher.

My family just ate here tonight. All was well until I sent my girls (13 and 8) to the restroom before we left. I was standing just outside of the restroom. I watched a young male employee go in there! I chased after him to tell him my girls are in there. He looked at me like I was the crazy one. I had to say "my GIRLS are in here" 3x and had to finally say GET OUT! before he finally left. He did not seem to understand why it was inappropriate for him to be in there cleaning while my daughter’s were using the restroom. It has shaken me up quite a bit. Be vigilant, parents!

Ordered delivery. My bf’s pizza was create your own and it was tasty. He let me have some of his because mine was actually horrible, and that’s hard to say about pizza. I got the fresh mozzarella with basil and they gave me one little leaf. Lol… the mozzarella was hardened and cold and all of the cheese came off of every single slice (not like how it does when it’s hot, it just all came off like clay). I may have gotten an unlucky hit with it being cold but the one leaf of basil is just pitiful. I’ll still try again in the future but please add more basil! Also we paid extra for the sausage on the pizza and there wasn’t much of that either.

The food is pretty good, but they are sooo slow. And there’s a ton of people working. On a slow week night there were 5 girls at the counter just standing around, when it took 20 minutes to get chicken tenders when we were pretty much the only family there.

Delicious food at a fair price! We got the goat cheese salad, tomato bisque, and the Cajun and jack cheese sandwich delivered and enjoyed everything! Definitely worth a try if you want great American food!

Besides being a Fan of the Loop from the early 80s...This location had impeccable Service that topped every Restaurant I have frequented in 2020 and 2019. Staff were truly all about getting your order correct, checking on you and clearing plates to coming by to check on our visit. They keep a clean place indeed. Food as Hot & Yummy as always! Burger cooked just right for my kid who is always with bad luck on her meat temp.

Everything on the menu is good here but the loop and cheddar is my jam so is the tomato bisque. I've been going to the loop for well over 15 years. They started in San Marco and Mandarin from what i remember.
