I just found a long hair in my burger! It was GROSS - I called the store and they told me that neither the manager or supervisor were at the store and just casually said okay thank you. Used to love this place but never going back again

I got the Nashville chicken burger and garlic fries.The burger had a nice sweet heat spice to it and was delicious. The fries were yumm too.The burger did have a lot of juice oozing out which was yumm but got slightly messy.

While originally intending to grab Chipotle, I decided to explore this place instead. I ordered the falafel burger, and it turned out to be a delightful and flavorful choice.The accompanying fries were absolutely delicious, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed them. They particularly loved the falafel burger, which was crispy and well-prepared.It's worth noting that the prices here lean towards the higher side, but it's definitely worth trying for a change of pace.Furthermore, the staff members were incredibly friendly, and my food was prepared and ready in just 10 minutes.

Great place to eat with Halal friends and I've eaten here a couple times. If you're a fan of just 1 type of burger, you can go for that. Or you can do some mini burgers if you can't decide.

Their wings and burgers are great and fresh.I have tried BBQ, lemon pepper, mango habanero...and they are all great.For burgers I love their Nashville burger ( it's a little bit hot).Service is good and fast. Seating area is kept clean.

There is decent parking around. Menu looked interesting. I like their option of two or three mini burger options.Their fries are goodMushroom swiss was ok . Came here with a group of friends after a long hike in Little Yosemite. The place looks like a fast food restaurant but the quality of food is way above that grade. The burgers (I had Americano) were great. The onion rings could be the best I had in Bay Area. The Buffalo Wings were good although a bit on the crispier side for my liking. I wish they had beer, then it would have been perfect for us. Still, it was a great closing after a beautiful day.

Overall:The food Here is labeled gourmet, but I wouldn't say it's gourmet. For the price you pay, I expected a little more from the food. I thought the whole experience was average. Nothing to brag about. Lots of the reviews seem like they are friends and family. Most of the reviewers have only 1 reviews and its to this place. Kind of shady if you ask me. I will probably eat here one more time to try other things on the menu, but I can tell you that you are not missing much if you pass this place.Food:Hawaiian Spice - Not really that spicy. It's an okay burger. Wanted to try a burger here and this was their 2nd recommendation. You can definitely taste different things going with the burger. The burger itself wasn't juicy like how everyone described it online. I had better Angus burgers. The items on the burger taste fresh. However, I would probably not order this again.Crinkle cut Fries - Their fries were actually pretty good. They gave plenty of fries. Probably one of the best I ever had of the crinkle cut variant. Overall I was happy with it and would order it alone.Service:It took awhile for someone to come to me while I waited at the register. When I asked for recommendation since it was my first time, they had recommend me the Nashville Chicken Sandwich. They did try to upsell me a combo me. They forgot to give me my soda cup. They did however brought the food to me when I sat down at a table. I noticed that they didn't give anybody place markers, but it appears they know who order what. While eating, you can see one of the workers filling condiments sauce from a big tub to individual to go sauce container. Shouldn't they be doing that in the back?Ambience:Modern look. Seats are all metal. Not that comfortable. Nothing seem to look original. They could add a couple of more table as the room itself felt very open and empty. There's a few words here and there on the wall, but not much to look at. The outside kind of looks sad, so you will see most people Indoor.Parking:Plenty of parking in the area.Restroom:There is one unisex restroom. When I was there, it was pretty clean. They didn't have any paper towels in stock, but they did have a regular dry hand blower.

Food was terrific and order came up fast. Was surprised by the spice that came with the spicy fries, but pleasantly surprised. They had a bit of a kick. The Malibu Bae chicken sandwich i had was super good. Loved the sauce on it. The avocado was perfect on top. Highly recommended.

First time at iniBurger. Had the waffle 'n out burger and the crispy chicken nacho fries. The food was amazing and highly recommended. Our server Novara was amazing and calm despite the restaurant being extrememly busy. Highly recommended

I really recommend this place for having delicious burgers. I got the Hawaiian Spice Burger which is my favorite one.It was really amazing.Great staffs and nice service. Nouara behind the counter was just a very welcoming person.

Double decker I ordered has no money’s worth at all. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The Counter person’s attitude is unexpectedly not professional and pretty rude, looking down on the customer.

Really a solid burger, love the 3 slider option it allows you to try 3 flavors. Much better quality than in- and-out if u ask me. Ingredients are much fresher and sizes are small so u don't feel guilty.

Actually this place is amazing. Super nice staff too, it feels family owned and operated. I got 3 mini burgers with some sweet potato fries. The falafel burger was legitimately one of the best falafels I’ve had in years. The mushroom and Swiss is also great. Definitely ask for Ini Sauce for the fries. I dunno what’s in it, but it’s delicious. Anyways go here it’s rad.

This is my first time dine in experience. The food and service are wonderful. Nouara quickly took our order and food is packed nicely. I loved mini burger idea which you can try variety of flavors. Definitely will come back.

Food was delicious! Really nice hostess and great service. We got the waffle'n out, Hawaiian spice, sweet potato fries and strawberry shake. The waffle'n out was the most unique and fun to eat. It was crispy on crispy on crispy! I loved the hash browns in the shape of waffles! The burgers were a great size for us. The sweet potato fries side was a good size as well. Strawberry shake was nice and thick.I would recommend trying this place!

I come here every week with my coworker. We have always have great service and food. I order the Americano burger which is so juicy and they put a layer of amazing sauce that is to die for. Their fries recently changed, which was disappointing at first site until I tasted them, then I was happy as they were delicious. The cashier, Nouara, was very sweet and helpful. Making sure that even during our meal everything was fine and asked if we needed anything. Definitely give this place a try if you're in the area, you won't be disappointed at all.

This place was soooo good. I got the 3 m'ini burgers and tried the mexicali, mushroom swiss and the hawaiian spice. I am struggling to decide and which one was better. Fresh sweet potato fries! I will be back everytime I am in Fremont.

A great find. Completely new to us. Glad we found it. First off, it’s locally and seemingly family owned. Well actually I think it maybe woman owned; which is even a bigger plus. We ordered online. The web app was easy to navigate. The descriptions were clear and the ability to modify was easy. The ordering and payment process was smooth. In the days of way too many take-away meals, the ease of ordering the meal is a big deal. Many bigger concepts could take notes.We arrived to a clearly signed and well lit establishment. There are a couple of tables outside and a few inside. I popped in to pick up our meal and was greeted with a warm welcome. The team was all uniformed in well-branded T’s. The interior appeared extremely clean. Digital signage and a multi-screen marketing display adds a lot of polish to the concept.I’ve worked in various aspects of this sector (international hotels, restaurants, wineries, etc) for 25+ years. This business is extremely well done; especially for a two location concept. The owner clearly knows her business. It’s exceptionally well thought out and executed to the same high standards. I don’t know the owner’s background but it’s clear that she knows this business well.Okay, the food. Right. It was delicious! We did one of the 4-burger variety packs. Everything was on point. Fresh. Flavourful. At the correct temp. The chicken burger and surprisingly, the Impossible burger stood out for us. The Swiss burger was pretty tasty too.Here’s one of the especially cool things about the concept. All the burgers/sandwiches are available in a mini-size - slightly more than 1/2 the full version. Example: a 1/4 pound burger (4 oz) can be purchased as two 2.5oz burgers for only a $1 more. Next time, we’ll go all mini burgers for more variety. In fact, I think the mini burger is the real selling point. Even if I wanted two mini’s of the same burger, it would be a better way to go than the full. A) It’s easier to hold and eat. B) you get a slightly larger portion overall. C) it’s actually slightly better value.Ok, long enough review. Go! You won’t regret it. My prediction, you’re going to find more of these gems throughout the state in time.

The food is amazing. Mushroom Swiss burger is so good it should be Illegal. Nouara is such a great customer satisfaction conscious employee. She goes the extra mile to make her guests happy. Overall all my experiences here have been very pleasant.

I ordered western bbq burger and Malibu burger. Both tastes delicious. The Malibu burger has fresh veggies and avocados. The staff here is very polite and attentive. Love this burger place. Don’t forget their ice cream, perfect for a hot day

They are so polite here. Very good service. Tables, floors, contests are clean. Good is good. Came out hot. Love the fries, they were crunchy! Got the Western burger (delish) but subbed with an impossible burger patty. Try the Stubborn Root Beer, it's good! Try this place out if you're in the area!

Surprisingly, unexpectedly outstanding - both food and service!Note: its not your regular fast food place, where patties are waiting stalled for hours. Food is cooked on order - so your wait time might be little longer than average fast food place.For me it was probably around 5-7 minutes - i chatted with girl at the counter, grabbed my soda from the fountain, checked emails and food was ready.But trust me - it’s worth every minute of wait!

Really great burgers, we got the 3 mini burgers which seems like a great deal, plus the nacho chicken fries. My favorite burger was the mushroom one, I would definitely get a bigi size of that one next time. The restaurant was clean and the service was great, especially from Nouara.
