The young lady at the counter has an attitude problem like I should be the one catering to her..... The food is wonderful but the cashier Shanice p needs a reality check... No wonder the tip jar is empty

Service can definitely be better, no one greets you, not very friendly staff, no one recommended anything, girl that took my order seemed very frustrated at my order with many items.

I only had the shakes on this visit, my first, and they were very delicious. A little on the pricey side for me. So for me it would be a once in awhile treat. Looking forward to trying their food items on my next visit.

Just started coming here but we've been coming frequently & the food has been amazing, it's fresh & delicious. However the night crew seems like they're mad that you're there. It feels very unwelcoming. Ordered nachos once, asked for extra jalapeno even offered to pay extra & it had 6 pieces of jalapeno total that's it. Another time we came in they kept putting the flat lids to our food on the counter with the part that touches our food facing down, touching the counter. I know that's a small thing to notice but it's not very sanitary. I even asked for another lid and they did the same exact thing with that one too. We keep coming back for the food but the customer service always makes us question if we should go there again. Especially because we're spending about $40 each time we come in just for dessert for 2 to 3 people.

One of the best Latin treats places I've been to. Epi was all by him self and was still able to help us in a timely manner, despite it being busy. Such a great place ill definitely keep coming.

Not what it used to be. I went for a banana split and the portions were poor. I was excited when it first started off and the management was great but now I feel there are kids operating this store. They have very little knowledge, are super slow and give tiny portions. Very disappointed. I doubt I’ll be back there any time soon.

I took my family to eat there.. we spend 30 dollars. The food no taste. Chamoyada tasted like it had bleach in it.. I dont care about the 30 dollars.. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN..
