Lennys Burger

We haven't gone to Lennys in over four years because of the consistent over cooked burger meat. Well we went tonight and ordered the cowboy burger medium rare and got the same hockey puck patty that we've gotten so many times before. My wife and daughter-in-law wanted funnel cake fries, (which is why we went in the first place), and they didn't get the strawberry sauce or any powered sugar. Back to not ordering from this restaurant again. The fries are always very good and that would be the only reason I wouldn't give this restaurant a zero if that was a choice. With so many other choices for better burgers, you'd think the management would strive to do better.

The food is good, the service is just okay. Prices are a bit much, and they hit you with an extra 'surcharge' that they don't advertise nor tell you about when you use a card to pay. That's not an ethically sound practice.

We've been coming here on and off for years. The food started to decline the past few times but we gave it one more shot and this time they knocked it out of the park. The burgers were perfect and the cinnamon malt was absolutely wonderful.

This place has potential as a great burger place because in the past this place was phenomenal!!! Used to go with my uncle around 6 years ago. Now, this place is hit or miss. The last time I got a burger here which was last year the bread had mold on it. It is a bummer that places that have had a great reputation don’t care to upkeep that consistently.

I got my food to go but I ended up eating it in because I never got the shakes we ordered ? but it was good except don't order the cherry cheesecake shake not good.

I was super excited to try this retro food dive and stopped by the drive thru. Its a very long slow wait as they only take one order at a time and don't move on to the next car until the previous one has left. I got the Mexican burger combo and a shake to try out a little of everything and it was okay, it came out to $17 for a burger combo and a shake which was pricey for fast food so I had high expectations. The Mexican burger is super spicy and oozes cheese, I think this is one for people who can handle pure heat better and was way spicier than any other jalapeno style food I've ever had. I love spicy food but this literally has my face on fire and my mouth won't cool off. I wouldn't try it again. The shake was okay, but the food here wasn't special, wasn't affordable, was just very very average at an above average price so I hope they at least pay the employees decently.

We went through the drive through which I do not recommend. The girl taking our order seemed very confused. She did a read back of our order and we corrected her on 2 items. We got to the window and it was still wrong. The boy at the window was polite but "fixed" our order by just adding on the cost of the items that were missed. Then someone else handed us the food stating the missed items were in the first bag. Trusting them we drove off...got home and the items that were added on were not in our order. I called and they apologized but when I asked his name he said why do you need my name.My burger was crunchy, my husband's burger was pink in the center, my son's burger was cold and the sweet potato fries were a squishy mound of mush.The loaded tots were also soggy and the chili cheese fries, we did not order, were loaded with chili but hardly any cheese. The only thing I would order again would be the regular fries(we actually ordered onion rings) and the milkshake. I have not been here in years and will probably not be returning any time soon.

I went here with my dad, way back around 2012-2013 (probably), he lived in the Galleria Apartments, so it was a very short walk over. All i can really remember is eating (obviously), and the food was AMAZING. It's been several years now since I've visited, because i no longer live IN Arizona. But it's definitely a nostalgic memory for me, considering i loved what i ordered. If anyone is thinking about eating here, i honestly DO recommend it. If i was given the chance to come back and eat here again, i would.

Not impressed. Service was not great. Did not answer the drive through. Food was mediocre. Onion rings and grilled cheese was soggy. Burgers were not great. I Was hoping to find a great mom and pop burger shop. Sadly this is not it.

The food here is delicious for fast food, however it doesn't deserve the term "fast" food. Customer service here is the worst I have ever experienced. Whether going through the drive through or eating in, they take ages to get your food to you. I am a patient woman, but it gets pretty ridiculous here. In addition to this, they have gotten my order wrong on at least 5 or 6 separate occasions now. I just feel that the employees don't care much about how well they are doing on the job. That all being said, I will still give the restaurant three stars for good food. Despite my complaints, I am still willing to go back now and then. It is now up to you whether you find it worth it or not! Thanks for reading my little review.

Absolutely love my glendale Lenny's, by far this spot has the best service, best management team,and the everyday employees that take my orders are always kind,fast and willing to go above and beyond, ive been going to the 59th and peoria location for years and the crew that is there now,is by far THE BEST!!,ALSO,THEY WON BEST BURGER IN TOWN,STOP IN AND SEE THERE AWARD AND TASTE THE REASON THEY WON BEST BURGER!!! Place is dirty . It used to be extremely clean . Employees all of them wearing dirty clothes and unkempt. The plexiglass in between booths is smeared and greasy . Not acceptable .

The funnel cake fries are listed as "with caramel dipping sauce" but we weren't served the sauce until we brought our order back up and asked about it. My pineapple shake didn't look or taste like it had any pineapple in it.

Service was incredible though a little slow (NOT the reason for leaving only 4 stars). Having worked food service though I can tell the employees are likely overworked and when I asked them they aren't allowed to accept cash tips (which is why I only left 4 stars). Please let your employees reap the benefits of giving good service and i guarantee things will pick up. Will change to 5 stars when this is addressed or changed.

Food was Greasy. Inside was dirty. Employees don't clean tables when customers leave. I had to ask fir a table to be cleaned and then the kid comes with a dirty towel and wiped the table down but it ws still dirty. Won't be going back.

Lenny’s Burger dinner is a legendary place. Worth stopping by to get a burger (good selection) and a shake. The selection of shakes is big so you will have to choose between several different flavors.4/5 stars just because the burger was cool (not the average warm).

Good greasy burgers. Prices are okay but with everything have gone up. Decent selection of different foods. Parking is difficult. Handicap parking non existent. Handicap seating not available. Drive through is hard to maneuver. Food is good. Hot and fresh. Staff are nice and helpful

Ugh, Figured I would give them another try, the last two times I've been here to get a mushroom Swiss burger, both times it was dry and gross, this time I went to the drive-thru to get a mushroom swiss , and in the picture on menu the has tomato and lettuce so I said I do not want lettuce or tomato, and she assured me that it does not come on it, but when I received my burger it definitely has lettuce and tomato on it and the burger is cold and dryer than a crouton... I'm very disappointed that this a third time and the last time I'm going to Lenny's.

Came in this afternoon thru the drive thru. Employees were very respectful and nice. Especially since they look fresh out of high school. The only downside of my visit was the young lady with red hair in the back, who kept walking back and forth in front of the window i heard her saying how much she hates her job and will be leaving soon. I find that extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. The other ladies were delightful and my food was amazing.

I've never had the food, but the service is slow, the resturaunt is a bit messy. They forget items. Just from my Uber Eats experience, I wouldn't eat there if I didn't have to.

Combo meal ask for no onions got thousand islands dressing put on it it's pretty disgusting but the burger itself was bomb like bomb meaning good like fantastic and Lenny crops to you man

I asked for two sides of ranch for my fries, and was charged for them. Which I don’t mind however they did not give me those two sides of ranch. And I called them 10 times and they would not answer. Absolutely upset with the fact that they won’t answer their phone especially knowing that they have people driving from all parts of Arizona, y’all really need to start double checking items in the bags because that’s a little ridiculous.

Ordered a party melt. Patties have gotten smaller. One of the things I love about patty melts is the grilled onions which they forgot to even put on. Disappointing
