Definitely a place to go if you want a burger - few other options besides a hotdog or egg sandwich (eggSandwich not bad). A few canned beers to choose from including three local breweries when I was there. Appears a few mixed drinks are also an option. Sweet potato tots were on the sweet side but authentic sweet potatoes were used. Fries are really good. Outdoor and indoor seating. Nothing fancy.Stand in line to order and pager for when your food is ready.

Great food and great music only issue is no keto buns but hey nobody else does that so being out just means the keto people in Charlotte are enjoying the option

I ate with my wife for lunch last Wednesday, 4/19/23, at Ace No. 3 Concord Mills. We each ordered the Berry Bacon Jam Burger single patty with fries and a drink. The food came out, and it definitely did not look like the pic. I took the top of my bun off to notice maybe a tea spoon of the bacon jam. My wife's burger was the same way. This was crazy to me seeing as though the burger in the pic had this jam just falling off it. Our cashier came out and I stopped him, showed him our burgers, and all he said was that we ordered the single patty and not the double patty in regards to how much jam was not on our burgers. For the price of these burgers, in single or double form, they should be made better and less deceptive. We shouldn't be told that ordering the double patty burger would have gotten us the the looks of the Berry Bacon Jam Burger in the pic behind the counter. You should make it the same way everytime. The fries were fine and so was the drink, but the burger was lackluster and dry and was more like a cheap, fast-food burger than anything else.

Hands down best burger I’ve had in Charlotte! Pickles are fresh the sauce is amazing and everything was cooked to perfection. Not to mention i ordered right before closing and still got good good customer service.

Ace No 3 is a favorite of mine. This was my first time visiting the Concord Mills location though.My husband and I shared:- The Ace Burger- Burger Madness - Grand Prix Pepperjack- Fries- Confetti Cake ShakeThe Ace Burger is the one I always come back to as my favorite no matter what else I order. I enjoyed the rest of the food too.As painful as it is to give them 3 stars, the service was absolutely awful while we were there. We stood at the register for 15 minutes, completely ignored because they were busy. There was a huge line of people behind us too.I understand if a place is busy, but at a place that's fast casual, I would expect them to take our order so we can sit down and then there may be a longer wait for our food.The only reason we were ever able to place an order is because we went online (while standing at the register) and placed an order. So basically, they serve online customers, but not the ones standing in front of them. We saw many people leave because of how ridiculous it was. I have no idea if they ever took orders the entire time we were there.I still love Ace No 3, but I wouldn't go back to this location. I'll stick to Belmont/Myers Park from now on.

I love the burgers here. Food is always great! I usually order a single burger because the regular double burgers are too much. Fries are enough for 2 people to share. Love the walk up window to pick up your to-go orders. Also enjoy the inside dining and the outside dining area on a nice day. The outside area has a few little things for kids to play with. Very cute.

Ace has consistently good burgers and fries! They are much better than McDonald's or BK..I eat here twice a month and never regret it.

Not a $10 Cheeseburger! Tasty? Yes. $10 no. Fairly plain flavor. Plus another $5 for a drink and fries! This is not a $15 lunch! Go to Culver's or Freddy's same great taste or better for less money.

Never been an decided to give it a try an I'm really glad I did because it was really good . The sweet potato tater tots was the best I have ever had and now I want more of them lol very addicting for sure an will be back .

If McDonalds, Burger King and ACE Hardware had a three way baby, it would be this place. Here's why: The hamburgers are frozen patties, and mine was Luke warm and dry. I swear ACE buys their fries from same supplier as Burger King and the ACE BURGER is simply a Big Mac without the third bun. The third "parent" being ACE Hardware is that a single combo at ACE is an insane $12. (one of the highest priced burgers in the market next to Five Guys)The service here however was really good. Something the first two burger joints mentioned, cannot claim.Wrap it all up and I can't say we will return. Huge disappointment like all of the other "craft burger joints" out there.

It's a nice place our car club meets there every Thursday at 6 nine people good food just nut alot of options could use a larger selection. All in all good place.

1st time there, Ace No. 3 rivals none other than… In-n-Out. Maybe better. Yes Virginia, there is an east coast burger rival. Best burger I've had here in the 6 years I moved from southern Cal. Fries are really awesome too. I had the Ace burger, 2 patties, cheese and comeback sauce on a briochet bun, yum ?!!

They once again got our orders wrong. The burgers taste like they don't clean the grill well or at all. Overly priced for nothing, find elsewhere to go. I won't eat here again.

Ok so this place is pricey for what you get. The high rating is for the awesome service and pleasent staff. The burgers were just so so. To be honest you can get a better burger cheaper without going too far down the road. I won't be back but I wish the staff the best of luck.

I went to this place with my daughter I bought her a jn burger and a side of fries with an apple juice. And bought my self a cheeseburger with a side and a fountain drink her burger did not have anything on it just the meat and the bun and my burger wasn’t the best at all all together with a 15 percent tip they make you give out when ordering the food came out to $31 way over price would not recommend at all. There is better burgers out there at better price

Service was quick. Fries and burger was good. They do have keto buns and sweet potato tots if you need a different option. Milkshake was a hit. The bar has a decent selection as well. Outside seating is available.

Ace No. 3 is a great addition to the Concord Mills area. We recently visited for the first time because of a school spirit night fundraiser. I wasn't sure what to expect, having been a frequent visitor of the burger spot that previously occupied the space. However, Ace No. 3 is offers a completely different and more elevated experience and food.When we first walked it, it took our family of 4 time to get acquainted with the menu. Everything is sold ala carte, which ends up being on the pricier side as there are no kids meal options.We ordered 4 veggie burgers (1 w/ a lettuce wrap & 1 w/ a gluten free bun) with a side of fries and a side of sweet potato tater tots. We also ordered 2 apple juices and 2 fountain drinks. They ended up being out of sweet tea after being told they were making a fresh batch. They were nice enough to give us a coupon for a free burger on our next visit.Good service and good food! I hope they stick around!

Four stars only because of the price. The hamburger was delicious-seasoned perfectly, but I'm not sure it is worth $8.65. The sweet potato tots were good and served piping hot, so if you like tater tots, you would enjoy them.

Deciding to try it out?DO IT!Great Burgers! Awesome shakes! Onion straws were so tasty and the sweet potato tots with a horseradish type dip was AMAZING!The Manager was so nice (we had a kiddo in need of a nap, big time!) and the rest of the staff was friendly too.This was our first time here, it will not be our last!

I don't like the concept of buying each item, there are no combos, you end up paying almost $20 for a burger, the fries were overcooked and the service is a bit slow. the hamburger was tasty

Great burger joint. This place is like a five guys but less expensive. I got the ACE on a lettuce wrap which was very delicious and their fries were on point. For my wife and I with waters to drinks was around $21.

Good burger! Better than Five Guys. Fast Casual. Pretty pricey though. Burger, fries, beer was $42 after tip.I get the angle they are playing but I won't be there more than once in a 2 week period, if that.Milkshake / ice cream didn't try. Seems well done though.

With friendly speedy service ACE surprised me with their flavor! Cooked perfect and seasoned well my burger and fries hit the spot right on time! And I enjoyed the fact they sold IPA. I mean a refreshing beer and a delicious burger who can beat that!
