I work in the plaza and love coming here for lunch!! Kaci is always so friendly and attentive. She always makes sure our order is correct and we have a great experience!! Always highly recommend

My family and I came from Indiana. Never heard of this place until son and his girl friend who lives here took us. The place very clean, kinda loud but otherwise relaxing good vibe place. Waitress was great and got all of our orders correct first time. 7 of us. Food come out hot and very very good. Amazing fries and burgers. Although, the not your mommys eggs needs some kind of spice. Kinda bland. I had the strawberry lemonade. Best ive ever had. Price was good for the amound and taste. I will definitely be back and would recommend others here as well.

Excellent, attentive staff and wonderful variety on the menu. Only complaint / improvement is for the bacon hummus: it was pretty hard and solid instead of smooth and easily “scoopable” onto the house chips and veg.

Delicious burger ? in town. Ingredients were super fresh, loved it. The server was very friendly and made us feel warmly welcomed as it was our first time! Definitely one of my favorite burger place.

The burgers were great however the service here is not as good as the Dilworth location. Felt so transactional at this location. If I want transactional I go to a fast food place. Ironically, many dying even do that anymore

Good burger but service was poor. Place was dirty. Probably would not be back. And avoid the deep fried devil eggs. No flavor and the eggs were rubbery. That was a waste of money

Sorry I didn’t take pictures of the food because as soon as I got mines I went in on it, my husband had create your own burger, onion rings and I had the honey fried chicken breast and fries.

Not a restaurant issue as much as my order choice? I got the Badass Burger. It was so tall nobody can eat it as delivered. I tore it down and ate it with a fork. Wings were very good. Guest had a milkshake which was also very good. Nice waitress, good service too. Just be careful and know what your ordering.

We had dinner here last night! The fried pickles could be thicker. It was mostly breading. Their mac and cheese is GOOD, my daughter had. My son ate all of his kids meal so the tenders were BUSSIN BUSSIN to him. I had a nickys patty melt with fried chicken breast and it was great. My SO had the honey hot chicken ... something like that and he it said it was really good. The atmosphere was busy. Our waiter checked on us numerous times.

First time here. Had the bacon bacon burger with tots n a house salad. Learned alot of sauces and dressings are in house made. So impressed with quality of food. Excellent customer service from everyone. And the great relaxed easy going atmosphere. This is a great place to grab a bite. They also have something for everyone. Burgers, chicken Sands, apps, and salads.

Always get fried pickles when I go. Love them! Got teriyaki salmon burger this time. Great sandwich. Has sweet potato fries under the meat...nice! Got onions strings I as my side. Put them on the sandwich too.

Food was not good. I placed a togo order and the Buffalo chicken sandwich was fried so hard the knife wouldn't cut it. The Buffalo sauce had no flavor and the "seasoned" tator tots had no salt at all.Update: I reached out to whoever requested that I email them in response to my review. Phil asked me how he could assist me... If you ask me to email you regarding my feedback then how are you asking how you can help me? You would have been better off not responding all together.

Food is good, but the service is what makes it! There is a server name Meme, amazing always makes sure you are enjoying the food and having a good time weather you are with family coworkers or friends. Keep it up !

This place was super hyped up by everyone, so I went in having huge expectations. Price wise, it was up there with the mass of all the highend burger places, so you'll be looking at paying an average of $22 a person. I ordered the "Badass Burger," which is what this place is known for. Looks wise. It looked so crazy haha it was awesome wont lie. overall taste and quality was kinda sub par, maybe I got a bad burger that day, but it wasn't super good tbh, I would give it a C tier. I think 5 guys are miles better, but this place is good. I guess i was expecting more. Probably wont go back, unfortunately. Definantly give it a shot still cause. Let's hope that I just got a bad batch :)

Best burgers I've had in quite some time. The food is flavorful, service is good, and the atmosphere is comfortable. You can also purchase beer, stouts and IPA's. Great place for a girls lunch, and a family outing.

Food was good, pretty pricey, skimpy on the sides. We ordered a chicken sandwich $13 with a side of onions rings +$4.75 (only 4 onion rings), and a burger $13 with a side of truffle fries +$6.

Excellent burgers! I had the "make your own" burger and my partner had the "bad and burger". Both were cooked perfectly. They came out hot, cheese was all the way melted, fries were hot, sweet tea was great, and the house made chips appetizer with French onion dip was very good. Our waitress was patient, friendly, and attentive but not in an annoying way. We will definitely be back here!

O. M. YUM. Took my boyfriend here who's a big burger guy and he absolutely loved it! We really liked the tater tots, but the nachos really knocked it out of the park for us! Pretty affordable too for a nice burger place!

Delicious burgers! I had the magic mushroom and my coworker had the one with deep fried bacon! Bring a bib!! Service was excellent. Prices are average. Plenty of yummy offerings on the menu.

I’ve only ever gotten bad daddy’s to go so I’ve never taken pics (sorry about that) but I’ve had their burger, turkey burger, and grilled chicken, and they’ve all been really good. I like the Parmesan truffle fries and tater tots. And their bad daddy’s sauce is my boyfriends favorite sauce in the world.

Great tasting, beefy made-to-order burgers, jam packed with high quality toppings. Side items come in generous portions as well. The kitchen seems efficient as the takeout service is relatively speedy also.

OMG I'm in love as a prior executive chef the burgers were fresh hand-cut fries with sauce and a wide variety of alcohol even some of the stuff I buy from the store that I can find at restaurants they had definitely will be back

Came here for a business lunch and as the name implies, they have burgers with any topping you could imagine. They also have a variety of other menu items all which are served in a timely fashion (considering we were there for business). My only complaint is that a Medium burger came out with the bottom bun soaking wet. Either the bun isn't strong enough or the burger isn't lean enough. The flavor of the burger was good and fresh, so no complaints there. Will revisit for sure.

Food was nothing special, sweet potato fries were lukewarm at best. Waitress was excellent. Bathroom was FILTHY!If I had gone in the bathroom before eating, I would not have ordered. As the saying goes - dirty bathroom, kitchen is worse

Went here for the first time last night. I tried the Salmon Teriyaki sandwich and it was delicious. Great portion size, full of flavor, and the food came out nice and hot. The atmosphere was pretty chill and the staff was cool. Definitely enjoyed my first experience here and I just love the Salmon Teriyaki sandwich. All in all I had a great first experience and will be returning.
