It's easy to see why Rusty's is so popular. There are so many great options and everything was delicious. Of course you have to expect a bit of a wait when you come during the peak lunch hour, and it's a small spot with not a ton of seating, but we were able to sit on the covered patio and still be quite comfy, on a day with decent weather. I highly recommend this place, but be prepared to be patient - trust me, the food is worth the wait.

I’m giving this restaurant a 3 star best the food is actually good. But not once I’ve been in there and I’ve been treated the same as everyone else. I get looked at in disgust😓. I have taken something back once and the manager was totally nice but it’s so many mixed feelings. I will say the food is good tho.

My Go-To for a Good Ole Greasy Cheese Burger & Fries...SOoo delicious!! As a bonus, it's on their Tuesday lunch special menu. Do yourself a favor and check them out.

Pastrami sandwich, small fries and a small drink $14.25 not including tip... Very good price considering most places charge $15 for the sandwich alone... Very clean and well organized as well, plenty of outdoor seating which is another great option...

Simply put the best hamburger and fries you'll get in Charlotte. I have been eating here since I was a child and the food quality has never changed. Great locally owned and operated family business!
