The service was excellent, the server was very attentive and fast. The portions were very good. I ordered the cheesesteak and it was bigger than the ones I get anywhere else. Food was tasty.

This is one of my favorite places to go and have many laughs with great food and drinks. The food is always fresh and delicious and the service makes it even better. The bar staff is top notch, they made me feel part of the family since day one. The menu has a wide range of food to choose from and the prices are very affordable. I always know when I'm going to Jackie Boys I will have a great night.

Great all American cuisine. Good selection of beers on tap. We had mostly starters - zucchini fries, wings, onion rings, quesadillas... My friend had a house special drink - the Relaxer. She loved it. Good quality food, friendly service, fun atmosphere.

Had a wonderful experience! My waitress, Jasmine, was incredible! She was super nice and took very good care of my mom and I. The food and drinks were great and decently priced! Look forward to our next visit. :)

Not a family friendly restaurant. Came in on a Monday at 3:30 for a late lunch with my family including my niece and son. From the moment we sat down an overserved man at the bar began yelling obscenities (probably 20+ f-bombs along with other choice words) while talking to the bartender and another patron. I notified our waitress and asked if she could ask if they could minimize the foul language while we had two young children at the restaurant. She said unfortunately she could not talk to the guest about using foul language and was not allowed to confront them. She said she would tell the bartender and turn up the music. It was embarrassing to have such foul and inappropriate language being yelled throughout lunch. It seems like the management would rather let this place be a suspect day drinking bar than a restaurant or family friendly establishment. I would definitely avoid if you have kids with you.

We attempted to order takeout one day. Called the number advertised and learned it was for the other location in Concord so be sure to verify which location you are calling. Upon calling the correct number they stated they were not taking any more orders. Totally understand understand being a new restaurant and the current environment we live in. However the delivery of the message could have been a little more customer service focused. Next day we attempted to order for pickup and were told we have to come to the restaurant to order and wait. So off we did it took an hour when they said 25 minutes and again can understand with the environment of today, however when they checked the status of the food they just walked by without letting us know how much longer we had to stop and ask them. The food itself was decent my first time I was not blown away but my husband said it was good and compares to what he has had at the concord location. Finally this is subjective to you and only for informational purposes no one in the establishment was wearing masks. Take that for your personal preference just an observation made. Also observed a lot of staff standing around and they were busy. However it could be they have a lack of kitchen staff. Also observed everyone walking out was smiling so service must have been good inside.

I was very shocked since they were right next door to chex restaurant. I stopped at Jackie boys grill & tap after work to grab something for me and my teenage son for the first time I walked in and wow great atmosphere great customer service the food I just want to say thank you all for coming to the community to bring us some real enjoyable delicious great foodies .I was so happy and so pleased the Philly cheese steak with all the trimmings was delicious the chicken tenders was lightly breaded great texture very juicy and the fries are just the best awesome the burgers the shrimp everything was awesome . I was so pleased with the customer service I couldn't wait till I got home to try my meals and I would efinitely be there this weekend to try unch m10:00 a.m. to 2:00 thank you all for the great customer service that you all have provided me this evening I am very pleased to be able to have a great place to come to in my community that I ain't suppose so fast I wasn't able to take any pictures LOL provide great service. With great food.

It seems like this place must be very new. The food was ok but nothing to get excited about. There was only one waitress and service was slow. They didn't have much in the way of alcohol to choose from and didn't know much about mixed drinks. Very little seating. However, the staff was very friendly and I wish them well. I was also pleased to see the staff wearing masks.Made a return visit to Jackie Boys the other day. And I'm very happy to say they are coming along nicely. Everyone is very friendly and happy to accommodate you. Service has improved and the food is very good, appetising. I had a French Dip sandwich with fries. Very tasty and even the fires were perfect.Everyone is practicing safe distancing and wear masks. We felt very comfortable.So here's to you Jackie Boys, see you soon! ?I had received a very nice response from the owner, (which I can't seem to find) that really made my day. So to the owner, I was hoping for outside seating. I haven't been back lately but I am planning to be there soon. Oh, and my very favorite drink is Bailey's over ice. First time here today for lunch - Neil and Ian were GREAT! Very friendly and personable - the Supreme Philly Cheesesteak sandwich was the bomb! Haven’t had that good of one since being in Philly!!!! Also ordered the All American burger which was awesome! Fries are excellent as well as the coleslaw! WE WILL BE BACK! THANKS GUYS! Will tell all our friends!!!!! Sheryl and Trish!!!

Only four stars because I just went for a few beers and never tried the food. But rather than give it 3, the extra one comes from the awesome service we had. One of the owners made a point to say hello, the server was fantastic and it was a great experience overall. Recommended.

This is the place. Small, locally owned, great service. Been for brunch and dinner. Everything is good. Their shrimp and grits are reasonably priced and rival more expensive restaurant's. Mimosas are yummy. Evening cocktails are so pleasant. Their half pound burger can be doubled and it will eat you!

Best burger this corner of Charlotte! Take out is super simple with their online ordering app and the food is hot & ready in no time! Curbside pickup is a breeze and the staff is always friendly. We have made this place a regular stop when we order out. A definite "must try" in this area!!

The Philly Cheese Steak Supreme (w/ Provolone) was just perfect! It was without a doubt the best Philly Cheese Steak I've had since I lived in Philadelphia years and years ago. They have sweet potato fries, too, and give you a LOT of them. We had a team lunch there and they handled us very well--- the table was set up and ready for us, and the wait staff was very friendly and patient even as one of our bunch changed his order at the last minute. We gave him grief, but the waitress was very kind and didn't seem to mind.

We eaten twice in the mt holly huntersville rd store . The food is excellent. A family friendly location. Just good vibes! So far we have had the breakfast burger, Philly cheesesteak and steak quasidilla. Excellent. Thats all you can say.

Food is great, but the one man team running the front of the show is the real stunner. I don't know how he does it, but Neal manages to keep customers flowing in and out, running drinks and food, taking orders, wiping down tables, and bartending. This place is great!

Last Night we enjoyed Jackie Boys for the first time. Very short staffed but who isn’t now of days. The bartender worked her tail off, she was the bartender and the waitress for the entire establishment. The hostess was so helpful and would help deliver food. They worked as a great team making sure everyone was taking care of. Now on to the food… delicious! Between the Phillys, wings and supreme nachos we were super impressed. We definitely will be back.

Customer service was very nice but we weren't happy with the food. The medium well JB double cheese burger had one rare patty and one very well done patty. The grilled chicken salad had sour tomatoes in it.I'm sure they would have taken care of it had we dined in but it was take out and kind of a high price to pay to find out the food wasn't good.I'm not mad, it happens. A bit disappointed.The fried pickles were on point, though.

Here is why it’s a 5, for onion rings best I ever had, home made and big, not dripping in grease. Cheesesteaks although my take out order got mixed up ( stuff happens) it was still really good and considering the options in the area it was great, drink specials very good service friendly and on point so one minor hiccup w the to gin order but I can definitely say the food was awesome and by looking only at what was coming out of the kitchen good portions and appealing, ownership on site so it’s a 5.

1st and last time here. Maybe 6 customers at 12:30pm. Waited 15/20 minutes for waitress to take order, after placing order took 30 minutes to get our order.Philly cheese steak & loaded tater tots I ordered hamburger & FF. Hamburger was over cooked ( more like a hockey puck). Philly cheese was a pile of something on a microwaved bun. Needless to say we didn't eat half of it. Waitress never asked if we wanted refills. We would not recommend Jackie Boys on Mount Holly Huntersville Rd

Pro tip: if you water up your ranch, add a little cornstarch and salt so you actually have flavor.If you don't brine your wings, at least balance back the flavor with your sauce.So far the worse wings I had.

We came on the day the menu was changing the following week, hopefully they spruce it up a bit. The wings are jumbo, and the Philly and chicken steaks didn’t look all that appetizing when they were brought out for other customers. I checked before ordering lol. The $4 mimosas were the best part and of course the staff. We ended up going next door for wings though.

Had a family of 14 stop by for lunch one Saturday on our way home from the beach. They sat us quickly and service was great! The food was very good. We'll come back next time we go back to the beach.

We had the French Dip with Fries, House Quesadilla, and Fried Pickles. Had it To Go. The French Dip had no Au Jus with it. The French Fries tasted like the grease needed to be changed (old burnt flavor). The Quesadilla was not toasted at all, though the cheese was melted. The quacamole was very tasty. The fried pickles were barely breaded and were not very crisp, also tasted of old grease.

We went on Super Bowl Sunday. Food was excellent, as usual, even after the server screwed the order up. When it came time to pay the server would not let us see a printout of our order nor would she let us see the order in the hsnd held machine. She verbally told us the total was between $42-$44 (I don't remember the exact total) but when my husband gave her the card the total jumped to over $50. I have reached out to the establishment and have gotten no reply. This server overcharged, therefore stealing from us, and this establishment apparently does not care. The food is great but beware of the thieves they hire and apparently condone.
