Hatch It: Green Chile Burgers & Tacos

Oh my goodness. Delicious!! We got small portions of several since it was our first time there. The stew, parole, green taco, santa fe burger and green chili beef were ALL DELICIOUS!!! WE'LL BE BACK. Course next time we'll get the hot chilies on the burger as we didn't feel the heat with Med.😉🌶They even have fresh green chilies to buy. Nice touch! We were so hungry we forgot to photograph the food. 😂😋😋😋🌶

I saw a similar response on their green Chile pork burrito. It’s was full of fillers with very little meat and I did expect it to have a little more kick as it was mild. We also had the street tacos and was surprised it only had the meat, cheese, and 1 piece of cilantro.

What a gem! Amazing food, great offerings inside and just overall good local spot to hang or take out. Green chili stew was fantastic. Burrito was great too. Coming back to try the bakery (fruit pockets) and the green chili burger. Beer selection supports it!

I love this place. I finally stopped in after driving by a couple times and was delighted by what I found. Hatch Green chilis are so delicious and everything tastes fresh and like it is homemade. Their tortilla chips, queso and salsa are also delicious. There is a little market in the space next door that sells homemade pastries, coffee drinks, salads and sandwiches and more. I mention this because I like to first get a hatch green chili burrito and then a coffee as treat after. Also, the green chili stew is a 10. Chunks of pork and potatoes, and savory broth. Yum!

Enjoyed either every bit of the way. Being mostly plant-based ? ? I don't eat much animal products but I am fresh out of nyc 9 months so as a foodie I will eat new food and divert from plant-based for the experience and this pla e did not disappoint. The lady at the counter was very pleasant and helpful. The tacos were beef and one chicken I believe.

Excellent ambiance, funny crew, and damn good burgers. Enjoyed the extra fried crispy fries. The restaurant has a high-top booth tucked away in the corner that is good for a quiet bite. Will come back again.

We love this shop. The owners and employees are all great to chat with, and the food is wonderful. Go for the burgers and breakfast burritos, but try the posole, tacos and loaded fries.

Have eaten next door and really liked it so decided to try the burgers and tacos and WOW!!! The green Chile pork taco was amazing as was the Chimayo burger. The steak taco and hatch burger were not quite as bursting with flavor but still satisfied and surprised us with their delicate flavors. Will be back for more!

Freaking awesome burger! A coworker and myself swung in here to grab lunch and to be honest we almost drove by because it looks ghetto-ish from the outside but we stopped anyway and GLAD we did! Super friendly staff and the green chili burger is absolutely to die for! Unique and clean on the inside! My coworker loved his tacos as well Next time I'm in the area I'm stopping again!

Had their hatch chili burger. Ran into the place while driving down the road and glad I did. Everything appears to be hand made, veggies were fresh and their bread was on point. Then I saw their desserts. I ended up cheating on my diet. All good. Worth it!

I am so grateful that I stumbled upon this hidden gem in Uptown Phoenix shortly after moving to this area! I have eaten here multiple times since finding it, and I can tell you that this is a restaurant that I will never get tired of! There are so many different dishes to choose from… from bagels, to burgers, to fries, to pizza, to burritos, to green chili stew, to pastries, to green chili bread, and so much more! Everything is made from scratch daily! I have never been disappointed no matter which item I choose! Right along with their food, their customer service is unmatched. They treat you like family from the moment you walk in their doors! Their prices are extremely budget friendly, and their food is 5 star quality! I can go on and on, so I’ll just end with saying that you will not be disappointed checking out Hatch-It Green Chile! The only downfall is that after eating here, no place else will ever compare!

Hatch It has the best breakfast burritos and street tacos in Phoenix! Highly recommend the steak street tacos and the veggie breakfast burrito. I find myself craving one daily. The food is quite spicy though if you're not used to spicy things.

The burger and the loaded fries were absolutely insaaaane. Hatch chiles were super dynamic with flavor and warmth. The loaded fries were ONLY $2.50 and were like eating Hatch Chile poutine.I tried three green chile cheeseburgers when I was in Santa Fe last year and I wish one was as good as Hatch-It’s! Everyone was also super friendly and the menu is vast and wondrous.

Just put in an order for the second time since finally giving these guys a try. The woman on the phone, Liz---at least I think that was her name...I hope I remembered correctly, was an absolute joy to talk to while placing the order. Hands down, one of the best steak burritos in the valley and they don't skimp on packing that burrito. She told me that they switched from the thin meat they were using before to tenderloin that is marinated for 2-3 days...you can taste the love in their meat, which I am licking my lips in anticipation for. Can't wait to put your meat in my mouth, Liz ♥

Casual dining with a small but very tasty menu items. What I have tried there I have been very happy with the flavor and value. They sell wine, beer, various salsas , of course green hatch chiles, alongside a very good bakery. HIGHLY recommend the pies also. A full pie needs 24-hour notice but they are excellent and made from scratch.

Burgers with hatch green chillies, pork tacos!!!!!!! Finally somebody did it!!!!!!Match 23rd finally made it, got green chile stew, green chile cheeseburger, a giant bag of roasted chopped hatch chilies, and the owner was gracious enough to give me a couple bags of the amazing chile rye bread! I'm so glad somebody loves Hatch chilies like I do!!!!Totally worth the trip!

This is an outstanding family run restaurant and they recently expanded to acquire the entire building. They make everything scratch made fresh each morning including baked artisinal breads. They have sandwiches and pizzas on one side. The pizzas take about 15 minutes if you want to call in advance. The green chile burrito and burgers are excellent. The family and staff are very pleasant and polite. Try the roasted cherry tomato salsa. They also have roasted hot hatch chiles to go, as well as a variety of jarred New Mexico salsa.
