J's Casa Burger

First off this place is a hole in the wall. The guy at the counter has amazing customer service. I had the steak burger and it was worth it. It was really delicious great flavor cooked well great ingredients and decorations are interesting. Also, the fries are really good and the sweet tea was really flavorful.

I had they're double meat Ive really gotta say it's so good and has that old school feel to it and it's a good place to go to atmosphere makes u feel like ur in the 80s and the cook is nice and the guy serving is as well i would recommend for a big burger and fries definitely was stuffed

Good food and service. Have been twice recently, and it was very good. I got the Cowboy burger & Cheesesteak burger. Both were really good. Cheesesteak is a variation of a Philly cheesesteak and not just a typical burger. It was all really good. Small business with great owners.

They need to hire people I wasted my whole lunch break waiting on my burger, not only am I late I have to eat it on my way back to the office, I’m sure it’s a great burger but I don’t know that it’s worth getting me back to work late

Best burger in town ! They make everything fresh I saw the guy behind the counter hand cutting a potato for my fries , that’s awesome . He was also super sweet and respectful give that man I raise . Will be back!

Very good! Although it's a little"Hole in the wall" place, the food is very well prepared and very tasty! Very hot considering looks like a former shop or gas station and no a/c but worth the trip.

Wow! First time trying this place out and I realized why everyone loves it. Fast service and delicious food. Watch out though the chocolate shake is addicting! Check them out. You won't regret it!

Fast, friendly service. Call ahead and they have it ready to go. Burgers are cooked to order, so if you need extra done, tell them. Fries are a thick steak fry, and tator tots are real good. BLT is also really good. Prices have gone up.

I Have Eaten at J's Casa Burger in River Oaks, On Several Occasions and it Has Always Been Good! I Have Eaten Their Chicken Strips Basket and The Bacon Cheese Burger and The French Fries are Awesome! Best burger in River Oaks ,Tx. .Burgers are large enough to fill ones appatites with a side of steak cut potatoes fries and we'll..you will want to nap after this Texas size offerings. Meat on burger is thick so think twice before having a double chow down. And the steak fries are quite tasty alone and include yourself a Dr Pepper and one won't be able to leave without a refill.

The burgers were fantastic but the french fries taste nasty they look like they were being deep fried on old oil. I asked to talk to the manager the chef got an attitude with me I just told him to refund my money for the fries

My wife and I shared a double cheese burger and fries. I would compare our burger to a Whataburger except with fresher produce, and better quality meet that is hand molded just for you.

Excellent fresh food. My husband and I went there with our 3 month old and 3 year old around 7 p.m. so it was dark out and chilly out, the gentleman working took it upon himself to close the doors down so it wasnt as chilly for the kiddos. I appreciated that gesture so much!!! We will for sure be back

This was my first visit.Its kinda pricey. $12 for a Mexican Border Combo.I dont care for the thick cut fries, butthey were tasty with a dusting of seasoning salt!The meat patty wasnt seasoned at all. Not even with salt.The burger was big and juicy!I will try them again.

OMG ?, these burgers are sooo good ?!!! A friend of my daughter recommended it to me and they were right! We tried the junkyard burger, Hawaiian burger, Mexican burger, ? fries and onion rings. All we can say is, Everything was good ?, burgers are big size and made fresh! A little gem ? hidden in the mist. Will definitely be back!!!

Ordered an hour before closing. Cheesesteak was good. Quite a few pure fatty pieces. My wife's strawberry shake was pretty good. My chocolate shake had the consistency and taste of water. Probably the worst chocolate shake I've ever had and a complete waste of money. You spend $32 on 2 sandwhiches and 2 shakes you expect a little better quality. I asked them if their fries were thin or thick and they said they couldn't tell me because it changes everyday. They were lukewarm steak fries. Don't know why it was so hard to say that, look at your fries. Go to Grumps right down the street. I walked in with the food and the first thing I said to my wife was, "We should have gone to Grumps or Taco Bell. We would have gotten a better deal at both." Used to love this place when I lived in River Oaks a couple years ago but this was a far cry from the quality we came to expect.
