I got the chili cheese burger, with fries, the chili was packed with flavor, fries were nice and crispy, will definitely be eating here again.

This place was opposite our hotel so we decided to pop in for a quick bite one evening. It always looked busy and so we thought we would give it a try. The service was casual, the guys working were fine but not overly friendly. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers with fries and Pepsi to go.The food tasted really good and the prices were very good value for money considering the LA area. Our bill came to $34 in total.

Ganz in der Nähe des aus der Fernsehserie Lucifer bekannten Gebäude, in den in der Serie sich das Lux befindet, gibt es dieses entrichtende Lokal. In alten Eisenbahn Waggons wird hier in rustikalem Ambiente burger und hotdogs serviert. Besonders die Chili burger (patty plus chili (nicht das Pulver sondern die Speise)) sind hier sehr zu empfehlen. Das ganze ist besonders empfehlenswert, zumal es noch kein Touristen nepp ist, sondern noch sehr authentisch und von einheimischen besucht wird.Günstig und gut. Von mir eine absolutes Empfehlung.Very close to the building known from the TV series Lucifer, in which the Lux is located in the series, there is this paying restaurant. Burgers and hot dogs are served here in old railway carriages in a rustic ambience. Especially the chilli burger (patty plus chilli (not the powder but the food)) are highly recommended. The whole thing is particularly recommended, especially since it is not yet a tourist trap, but is still very authentic and is visited by locals.Cheap and good. An absolute recommendation from me.

This is a place that really brings you into the old history of Sunset Blvd and Hollywood. It's just got such a local burger place feel, with great quality taste. Nothing gourmet just a good old fashion burger is all you need.

I use to eat here often because my work was around the corner. It’s been over 2 years since I’ve been to this side of town and let me tell you the drive did not disappoint. Food still tastes amazing, and staff has always been so welcoming and greet you with a smile. Love their chili and can’t beat their sweet potato fries. Hot dogs has to be of the best I’ve had. If you’re on this side of town stop by!

Carney’s is an old favorite of mine for the classic DOUBLE CHILLI CHEESE burger.Also included is a picture of their hungry planet burger which is a veggie burger. There is nothing fancy about this joint. It’s basic. Look at the menu before arriving a fast is a good thing when they are busy. This burger is really firing off flavor when it hits your mouth. Just visiting Los Angeles? Don’t miss this one. As of 11/15/2021 those two boxes 2 burgers and 2 large fries and 2 drinks was about $36.00One of the pure burger joints in Los Angeles that serves beer.

So simple but oh so good. It's more enjoyable to eat in but they pack it well in to go orders. Friendly staff. Prices may seem crazy for a burger joint but it's not an everyday food menu for me. So i like to splurge for it.

Don't waste your money, folks. I ordered a New York dog, it was not the big honkin' dog I expected. Instead, it was a tiny " grocery store " type dog. My wife got the Asian wrap, which was so hot the lettuce was shriveled to nothing, and it had next to no peanut sauce. Very disappointing. The fries were decent. Two stars.

haven't had a Carney's chili cheeseburger in a few years I forgot how good it was. I've eaten all the socal chili burger spots, this is the best. Double chili cheeseburger with cheese and chili only add ketchup. Been eating at Carney's since the late 90s when I was in high school at the studio city location, throughout all these years I don't think their burger has changed at all.

Glad we tried these dogs. If I could give 4.5 stars I would. The red eye New Yorker was awesome. I tried the Carneys too. I didn’t love the chili. This is why they didn’t get 5 stars. My wife’s burger was great. The train wreck fries ok but we’ll get the regular fries next time. We’ll be back.

It is on Sunset Blvd. West Hollywood area. On a train and it is great fast food. They are known for hamburgers and hot dogs. Their chili is meat based. I personally had a tuna sandwich and loaded French fries. I did not endulge in any meat products. However, I encourage those who eat meat to enjoy their meat selections.

First time coming here and we ordered the burgers. They were super moist and flavorful. The French fries are great but plain so you can add your own salt and dips. The trainwreck fries were amazing. They have grilled onions, American cheese, thousand island sauce and were devoured quickly.There is a small bathroom inside you can sit outside and eat or they offer inside diningThe staff was super helpful and quick with the food. Very busy there on a Saturday night. Check them out. Worth a stop for a great burger.

Decent burgers and food, nothing to write home about. What gives this place 2 ⭐ instead of 4 ⭐ is the hours. I'm a local and I cant eat here past 10pm any night as they may close coz they feel like it. Nobody knows the real hours, walk past and get lucky I guessEdited review to give 4 ⭐ as it was covid times and all restraunts were struggling with staff and hours... Was just disappointed on a few occasions. The grub is solid drinking food and the chili fries are bomb!

Came here for burger and sweet potato fries. Cashier has some cool / semi-magic tricks. The only issue is we asked for no mayo, pickles, onions, mustard on the burger, but he failed to actually write that down. So we got an order that was wrong. Food is solid though.

The food was amazing, and also very fresh. It’s a little tight but being a train car it’s no surprise. It’s a fun experience and it feels like you’re eating in a historic landmark. There’s a decent parking lot, the only flaw was the service was more focused on being quick than providing an experience. Otherwise, I recommend if you’re trying to find good burgers or hot dogs.

I hadn't been in years since I stopped working in Hollywood. This time I and three friends had been trying to get into the overcrowded Observatory and had given up. We wanted somewhere simple for my friend's mom with Alzheimer's so ended up here because I figured the train might jar her memory.So glad we stopped here for hand-crafted burgers and awesome crisp skinny fries. The employees made us feel right at home despite our sweaty shorts and t-shirts. I'd also completely forgotten how affordable Carney's is. Two double cheese burgers, large cokes and a large order of fries for the hubby and me set us back $24, about what we'd spend on two similar combos at Jack in the Box.Totally recommended.

What can I say, very good!! I had heard about this place and then my niece moved out there and tried it, confirming what I had heard! Service was fast and the guys were very nice! Forget Pink's, this is the spot for great dogs! The hotdogs have that irresistible snap when you bite into them. I'm a purest, so my go tos are the chili cheese dog or craut with mustard. If you are into chocolate chip cookies, they are worth getting a few for dessert.
