Burger Lounge

I've eaten an Burger Lounge for many years and love the food. Have been craving their turkey burger all week and finally ordered it tonight. I was horribly disappointed. The burger patty was so thin, only about 1/8 inch thick. Could hardly taste any basil in the patty. Got a gluten free bun and that was huge. The entire burger was VERY dry, hard to eat. This is the 2nd time I've had unsatisfactory food from this location. In the future I'll try a different location to see if it's any better, but not this location again.

EXCELLENT burger, excellent French fries...and I generally don't like most places flavorless fries. Atmosphere is plain, small, inconsequential. We ate outside at very small table which I appreciate in this new wave of COVID. STAFF IS GREAT!!

I love this place and they work will with my dietary restrictions [gluten and dairy allergies] and the food is absolutely delicious. I can't get enough!

5 star service. Polite staff. Order was made to perfection. The restaurant is clean and restrooms were clean too. A+ and highly recommended. Parking is a little iffy during lunchtime hours but still worth it. Keep rockin guys awesome job?

........been going here for years..........the classic burger is one of the best, simple fresh ingredients............get the 1/2 and 1/2 when ordering the fries and onion rings, both are that good.............oh and the staff is always chill and nice..................

The revised menu is much easier to understand and the service is consistently friendly and as fast as the quality will allow. They've added a lot more veggie options since I was last there. The turkey burger was delicious and not as messy as it used to be. I recommend the 1/2 & 1/2 fries/onion rings combo. The onion rings are crispy and salty, as are the fries. I'm a fan of the craft sodas and lemonades too - tonight, I had an Arnold Palmer made with the brewed iced tea and lavender-mint lemonade, and it hit the spot!

Pretty expensive for what are essentially fast casual burgers. The burgers are good, especially if you're in the mood for more of a sloppy/unhealthy/fatty burger, but I feel like you could get the same experience at five guys for half the price.

Waited longer than stated on my online order, but not long. Order complete. Delicious. Convenient order online. Just miss the salad they had and could add the chicken to it. Bring it back!!!

Burger Lounge is known for their grass fed beef! All of their burgers are good and I especially like their fries! If you’re in Kensington and looking for a good burger joint than this is what you’re looking for! Highly recommend!

The lettuce wrap is great. Honestly you could serve these burgers on cardboard and they’d be amazing. The beef is as good as it gets but they also have a ton of vegan food and separate all their cooking surfaces to keep everything vegan from ever touching meat or animal products.

I did take out when restaurants first began to open up again.The staff was friendly and the burger was good. I enjoyed the shredded lettuce.But this is a place that I would visit and eat at again.

We were headed to the ice cream shop down the way but discovered they had gone out of business. So we stopped into Burger Lounge just to get milkshakes and root beer floats. Everything was great!

Bison burger is good. Make sure you do get it medium or medium rare for perfect taste. Fries have good flavor, but they are served cold for some reason.

Absolutely delicious burger…I had the SOB and the caramelized onions and sauce were amazing…staying not to far away on vacation and I will be back before I leave

I ordered online at the BL website for pickup and with the short time I was inside that location I was warmly greeted by a tall male employee with glasses that was friendly. My meals were warm and tasty. Just based off that, I will continue to go to this location. It’s a major difference than my unsatisfactory experience at the Hillcrest location back in February.

It is a very small, busy space, but the burger was fantastic and perfectly cooked. The onion rings were nice, but the fries left something to be desired. The star of the meal were the lavender mint and hibiscus lemonades.Staff was friendly and helpful and worked efficiently to get the huge amount of delivery orders they had out the door in a timely manner while still giving great service to the customers eating in.

Burger lounge has the best burgers in town. Quality ingredients. However they don't know how to cook burgers right. They often overcook them. Their standard is "medium" but their version of medium is no pink in the middle so actually its well done. Medium rare? Same thing. I've ordered them rare thinking it would end up medium rare(because they overcook) how I like it but it actually ends up completely pink lol. Maybe they'll figure it out one day.

I came in around 6pm on a Thursday and the place was packed. They do have vegan options which is good. Food took about 25 minutes but it was worth the wait. The vegan Impossible Burger was quite good. The fries were good and they gave me several flavors of sauces. Overall good but pricey and slow.

Gotta love Burger Lounge for its consistency and great quality of ingredients which always makes a great burger! Had a Classic and customized it with grilled onions (replacing onion slices) and WAS GREAT! Their Bun is always toasted making it even better with the BL 1000 sauce! Highly recommend the fresh cut fries and their hand scooped vanilla shake w fresh whipped cream for a drink!

The best burger I've found besides in n out. The fries are so good and potatoey.. the burgers are so beefy and juicy. The hibiscus lemonade is to die for. I usually get kids meal but the lounge burger is where is at..

Great paleo Great Onion rings. I would give it five stars but I think as good as it is here a little overpriced. I'm willing to pay good money for a burger and some onion rings but $26... Is a bit much in my opinion otherwise service freshness taste everything else perfect

Seems like it has gone downhill. Used to come all the time. Today food was burnt. Burgers used to be big. Today the cheese slice was bigger then the meat. I ordered a shake and when they brought the burger I had to ask for the shake.One employee was sick. Runny nose he was wiping with his shirt. They were talking about how sick he was. Most employees were not wearing masks.I am sure I will come back but just have to lower my expectations.

Prices have been raised about a dollar. Basic hamburger now costs $10 +tax. I've had enough. That's excessive to me. I think I'd rather get a pizza.

Came here on a weekend and dined in. Overall a good location if you are looking for a handcrafted burger that uses fresh quality ingredients. You will be paying more here cause of the ingredients but worth it. They tend to be crowded and can take time to get your order.

I was immediately impressed by the warm environment walking into this restaurant. Even slammed with delivery orders all staff took the time to acknowledge me and make me feel welcome. Michael took my order, and Vanessa introduced herself to me and even personally delivered my food to where I was sitting! The service was superb- from the knowledgeable staff to the incredible burger (I mean incredible) I was extremely pleased and will definitely be coming back soon. Thank you Burger Lounge!

Burger doesn’t taste like anything except cardboard. They forgot the cheese on a cheese burger. And forgot a side of fries. Costs way too much for a poor product. The produce and meat quality is so poor it tastes like synthetic.

Awesome spot! I got the chicken sandwich and it was great. The bread was soft and tasty; the fries were on point as well. It's a small place but it doesn't feel crowded. The workers were attentive and chill. Definitely gonna go back
