when i lived by this place and i was balling on a tight budget , this was my favorite place to go . being a picky eater and very critical of food , i can definitely say that this place has got it on them . very very flavorful , very nice customer service , and cheap . i would definitely recommend this place if you are looking a reasonably priced and good food !

We moved here from California 2 years ago and MISSED our FAV Pastrami place TheHat, we found our new Pastrami go to here in Arizona!!! Cravings=SATISFIED. There's more food here for us to try, we'll b back to Burger Shoppe SOON.... DELICIOUS ? ??????????

Whomever is making the Breakfast Burritos is a super star! Please go to the 35th/Thomas location and train them how to add eggs and meat to the potatoes! The lightly browned and crispy tortilla is over the top. Worth the extra drive to this location.

The service was worth a smile but when I had questions neither the cashier nor the cook had answers. The meat was unseasoned and I wasn't impressed with roll it was put on. The people were very nice and the place was mostly clean although they're was a little food and trash on the floor. The food was ok and made fresh but it was a little expensive for the quality of the food. I probably won't be going back.

I went to this place based on Google reviews. Food was okay. Service was adequate. The dining room was atrocious. Tables were left messy for the whole time we were there. We had to ask for napkins to clean off our own table before we ate. Not acceptable!

This is a really great place that serves a good burger and fries for a great price. Stopped in the other day and ordered breakfast, was blown away by the portion size for the price. Definitely will be going back.

Why do Pepole complain about roaches lmaoYea it could use a little cleaning but this is the only good burger shoppe restaurant nothing beats it I’ve been going there since i was pretty young I recommend get the combo it’s good and as for the roach infestations idk to much on the rumors but no matter what the food is good and I recommend eating there

This is always my to go spot when I'm in need of a pick me up when I have forgotten to eat when I'm out and about, if u haven't tried there small beef carne asada street tacos u definitely need to, and there pancakes with that nice hot syrup is delicious, I luv there hash browns done well, my kids luv there burgers as well so definitely bring ur family over and they have TV's there in which u can watch games on there while ur eating. Only sad thing is I miss enjoying eat there salsa because of my throat cancer but u must try it they are so good.

Cooked to order and delicious. Burger shoppe is phoenix's fast food spot and I would choose this place over in and out or whataburger any day...yes fighting words. Get the colossal burger and figure out why pastrami is way better on a burger than bacon

The absolute best restaurant in Arizona! So many different options of amazing fresh delicious food. Friendly, helpful, professional employees, very clean & sanitized & organized, They follow Covid-19 pandemic protocol to the T. Better then Denny's McDonald's Taco Bell & felabertos combine! I go here all the time & highly Recommend "Burger Shoppe" to anyone who Wants the best fresh delicious & mouth watering food options in all of Arizona!

They call it the burger shop but they sell every cuisine you can find in America they have about 50 menu items if they narrow the menu down and focus on burgers they may be able to provide better quality and be able to make at least a halfway decent burger. The french fries were fresh though.

This little restaurant should be a travel destination, if not just for their breakfasts! They take the time to blanch (partially prepare ahead of time, as many good restaurants will) their hash browns every morning. When they they are actually cooked and served, they are thoroughly cooked, yet crunchy on the outside and softer in the middle. The cook is a chef who knows how to prepare food in advance for the best eating experience, and that extends to their absolutely fantastic omelette selections, among others. Perhaps the best hat tip to find eating establishments, in my opinion, is the extremely generous portions, which are absolutely priced modestly. This isn't cheap fast food. It is high-quality ingredients prepared expertly, and delivered much faster than expected due to fresh preparations of ingredients each morning. Now to the taste. I haven't had a breakfast that I enjoyed the taste of as much as I have Burger Shoppe for years. It was fantastic, from the fresh chopped flavorful tomatoes, to the cheese and meats in my omelette. I am still raving about the great taste of the hash browns. The quality, quantity and price are winners, with the great feeling of a business that truly cares. The front counter staff was phenomenal. Our person was sweet, kind, and incredibly helpful in making our food choices. They have maximizes comfortable space in a small restaurant that is a pleasure to eat in, with ample room to spread out and even watch the news on the T.V. which was at a comfortable volume without blaring. It was as close to home as possible, with some booths unable to hear the T.V. and others interested to have a booth closer. It also has lunch and dinner selections that include burgers that appeared to be expertly seasoned and prepared as well, though I didn't have room to order and eat one yet because breakfast was much more than enough! Great people, great food and dining experience...great restaurant... highly recommended!Best,-Mark

This is one of my absolute go to spots. I will drive from across the town just to get one of my usuals. This place has a huge menu so there are many options to choose from. The burgers and steaks are cooked on an open flame which makes it that much more delicious ?. All of the food is prepared right in front of you. I strongly suggest this place. I can’t wait for them to open up so I can go grab some breakfast this morning lol. Also the pastrami sandwich is a favorite here.

Decent burger shop. Can't follow instruction. Ordered mustard, Pickles & onions. I hate ketchup. So they decided to add it. Dah.... Onion rings were spot on. Drink all cost under 10 bucks.

The food is ok, good not great, the bathroom stinks, there is limited seating, the tables don't get busd as often as they should, there are no trash cans just two large basins where you put everything and one of the employees comes by later to grab stuff. They accept EBT. Parking is literally right in front of the building. It is wheelchair accessible, but that doesn't mean that it's easy for people to get in with wheelchairs. I recommend this place if you have hot meals program on your EBT and no money. If you have money and you don't mind spending it there are plenty of other places that are better picks for breakfast lunch or dinner.

Wow, I just happened to be working in the neighborhood during lunch time, so this was my first time eating here. I can never turn down hot pastrami, so it was of course what I ordered. I originally found the place on Uber Eats, but decided just to go there and order takeout instead. I'm glad I did! Uber eats wanted an extra $10 over ordering in person!Anyway, I got extra pastrami and got SO MUCH FOOD! It was also delicious. Great value for what I got. I would have liked an option for a couple big slices of rye bread, but the rolls used were good too. If you get extra pastrami like I did, be sure to also get extra mustard and pickles too. Definitely gives Chompies a run for it's money. I'll be back!

Ordered online received confirmation that is went through. Drove here to find out their wifi sometimes doesn’t work so the orders don’t go through. Call to be sure or you’ll have to wait when you get there
