I think they've closed down. They had an "Away for Vacation" sign last month and its since been removed and they have not been open.

Always on point. Appears to be a family owned business. They work hard and provide decent well made food. I ordered the salmon burger and received everything according to what I requested. I’d advise to call and order ahead or else you’ll be waiting 10-15 min since they make food to order and not ahead of time. Sometimes you just want a decent fresh burger, or salmon burger, and Burger Factory has just that.

Told them a specific order and the put what they wanted instead. The chicken burger seems like frozen chicken just tossed in the fryer for 5 mins and out. Didn’t enjoy it

I ordered here and had a delivery driver not deliver my food and marked it as delivered. The staff here made sure to handle my issue and empathize with me as well. I really felt like my issue mattered here . They sent a new order out with a new driver and I’m very grateful. The food is amazing here !

It’s a real bang for your buck place, ordered a double cheese with an egg and a soda, and it came with free fries 3 choices at that the seasoned fries were really great and the meal was filling as hell didn’t need to eat lunch at work 10/10 would eat again????

I like this location a lot for burgers I believe it's black owned and I'm not just saying that because I'm about just black owned businesses if you look around the competition is all fast food businesses that don't cater to their guest like these guys do they do a burger right

It was ok everything on the burger could use a little more except for the bun it was too much bread. I guess if you get the double it would be more tasty. I added avocado and didn't even know it was on the burger

What a nice place! Fast, friendly service, good value, and they take great care when preparing the food. The buns are made fresh locally from Baked In Brooklyn so i knew I was in for a treat. I really enjoyed this meal, can't wait to go back soon.

This place is my go to, no cook Friday dinner! So far I've tried the jerk turkey burger, salmon burger and beef cheese and they were all delicious. The staff is amazing, even when it gets really busy and hectic. You may need to call a few times when its really busy too, but it is definitely worth it. You won't be disappointed!!!

I have eaten here on a few occasions. The calypso burger and salmon burger combos were delicious. When I called to place my order and requested sweet potato fries, the employee informed me that he would wait until I get to the location to make the fries (so they wouldn't be soggy). That made my day ? Delicious food + considerate employees.

Ever since they switched over to burgers only this has become my favorite spot in the area! Staff is super friendly, shop is clean and well kept, and the burgers and fries are awesome & fresh. Way above fast food but priced about the same. Quality is more in-line with a really nice diner, but less time and money. Can’t recommend them enough!!!

I've ordered many times from ubereats. One of the late night clutch restaurants. The go to when it's 10 or 11pm at night. I went in person on the 6th of January and it's a nice place. The burgers and steak cuts fries are amazing

First of all, let give it up for this black own business! I came to this restaurant twice, both time I was attracted by the smell. The burgers are amazing , I try their Jerk burger and their Calypso burger Aka the Pineapple burger, which I loved. They also have Vegan options. I'll say if you ever in the Crown heights section of Brooklyn it's a must have.

This restaurant recently opened near my home in Jamaica Queens, and I have to say I'm very impressed. Not only is the food great, but the people are always pleasant and friendly. Good customer service is hard to find these days. The interior is very clean and nice looking as well. The only suggestion I have is possibly adding drinks to the burger combos. Nevertheless, I think this place is great and I will continue to give them my business as long as they keep doing what they're doing.

This quaint space is a diamond in the rough. The service is friendly and inviting. The interior architecture is unique and gives the feeling of comfort I like to be around when I eat. The food is just the icing on the cake. One word : Delicious!

Great food! Give it a try! Underr burger spot! The food is simply amazing! From the time you walk in and you see the food being made and the sweet smell of food being cooked, it's just great! More people should know of this place ..right now I think mostly locals go there and people who stumble upon it from the ubereats app!

Ordered from Brooklyn Burger Factory for the first time off Uber eats. I was skeptical of ordering because you never know what to expect when ordering off Uber eats. However, from the minute we opened the bag we were excited because of the tantalizing aromas that filled our tiny Brooklyn apartment. The food was delicious! I had the jerk salmon burger with sweet potato fries, my fiance had the regular salmon burger with plain fries. There was so much flavor in each bite, compliments to the chef! The food was not greasy or overcooked, the visual was appealing, and the seasonings were on point. I called the restaurant to inquire about something and their customer service was also spectacular! Will be eating from here again.

I order from here through UberEats often. Their salmon burger is always amazing! It’s the Sauce. That sauce is just delicious. The fries I love as well. Perfectly seasoned no ketchup needed. 10/10 foodUpdate: They changed their delivery menu. No longer serve their smoothies for delivery which I’m very disappointed aboutFood still good though

The food here is so good. Love the burgers and the wings. Crunchy but covered in sauce *_* and the burgers come on a delicious bun. The service is really friendly and it's also just a cool chill spot to relax and eat. They also have good healthy options the salmon burger is delicious and the kale salad is poppin as are the juices. They also offer a variety of herbal teas and for the kids some good quality ice cream.

The food was great! The UBEReats driver said that the food smelt so good. My wife had the salmon burger and she loved it. I had a cheese burger and everything thing on it was fresh. Also, had wings and they were seasoned perfect. Really love the food and can't say it enough a must try.

Absolutely great experience. This place has great food , friendly and fun workers and was just a diamond in the rough. I found it by accident while visiting a client, and from now on it's my spot ... highly recommend , wish more places would take a lesson from this joint.... oh , and I had an ice cream on the way out......the best . Keep up the great work.
