Stood at the register for fifteen minutes while everyone ignored us, no someone will be with you shortly.Finally the counter guy came from out of the backend took our order.The food was worth the waitBurgers fresh and tasty, forget the fries go for the onion straws. Delicious.Seating is limited so is parkingBut the foods great

I have found myself here multiple times since I found this place. Not only are the employees and service wonderful, if you have to be gluten free this place is the jackpot! It allows you to enjoy a burger without missing gluten in the slightest. The gluten free buns are soft and delicious and they made sure to tell me the fries are not gluten free as well. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy a burger and milkshake!

Parking is rough but THE FOOD, THE SERVICE.. top shelf.Jaleel not only helped us out by coming outside to direct us with the parking, but he also helped us with recommendations and he was super kind and genuine throughout our entire experience. Best burgers and fries. The garlic mayo is good on the burger or the fries. My wife loved the veggie burger though said it may need extra sauce.

One of the best burgers I’ve ever had. First time attending and it won’t be the last. Burger and fries was hot, fresh, and seasoned perfectly. Me and my wife went on a Friday night and it was a decent crowd but food came out fast. Smooth $40 for a meal and it was definitely worth every penny. I appreciate you guys for checking in our experiences as well. Much love this way!

Great burger and great fries. I moved to Charlotte in October and I am happy I found this place. Now that the weather is getting nice, I am ordering food ahead on my phone and me and my dog have a nice early dinner while on our late afternoon walk.

The service was amazing and quick and the person behind the counter was super super polite. We came in 30 min before close for a quick burger and we're not disappointed. Definitely would recommend!

The food was very good. My 4 year ate every bit of his grill cheese sandwich. And that's a win to me. We also just enjoyed being back in the neighborhood. Being born and raised in Charlotte, it's nice to see that neighborhood come back to life again. We'll definitely be back soon, especially for the milkshakes during between 2-4 for $2.50.

Idk what that other reviewer was talking about saying "the Ace Burger tasted like a Big Mac Copycat!!"This burger was BOMB Kay!!..❤️??Didn't taste NOTHING like a Big Mac!!!Ordered the Ace Burger ? and added bacon, egg, Lettuce and tomato!!..This Burger was hitting!! ?Super fresh, fast service!, taste was on point ! I loveee me a good Burger so I will definitely come again!!I would of took a picture ? ...but by the time I thought about it, the Burger was halfway gone! ?‍♀️?‍♀️ will take a picture next time I go!! Burger looked and tasted delicious!! -Great flavor!Got some "comeback sauce" and chilli on the side . Honestly every single time we come here we have a good experience. But I’m writing today because the girl that took our order was SO nice. I don’t know her name but she had more of a golden brown color to her hair. She chatted with my partner and then when I ordered a grilled cheese she suggested I add an egg to it, which was dumb good ?. We both work in the service industry and upon walking outside both looked at each other and agreed that she was by far one of the nicest people ever to help us out in any restaurant. She deserves recognition! Love coming here.

Now that's what I call a burger! So delicious and so many awesome toppings! They also have these boozy milkshakes that are so yummy. Get one to share with a friend. I love sitting outside at the picnic tables while enjoying the outdoors and neighborhood atmosphere.

This place is hands down the best burgers around. I absolutely love their house made veggie burgers as well as their traditional cheeseburgers. The onion straws are so delicious as well! Super consistent. Love this place!

Really good burgers - love the fries too. Not sure if he’s the owner/manager/head cook, but the guy running the place definitely cares about his customers’ experiences. A neighborhood joint for sure, but you can tell people come from all over the city to enjoy the burgers!

Service, vibe, and food are all absolutely amazing. Probably the best burger I've ever eaten. Anybody who rates this place less than 5 stars is either a robot or a lizard person or simply doesn't enjoy anything ever. I live 6 hours away but will be sure to stop by here as often as I can if I'm anywhere near Charlotte.

Great burgers , in a low key neighborhood(Belmont) of Charlotte. The cashiers and manager were very accommodating and polite, inside was simple as well as clean. The menu too is simple, but well executed, and in my book K.I.S.S.(keep it simple sweetheart) can be all you need for a good burger! Definitely worth checking out ?

I love this place!! The best burgers, fries and shakes in Charlotte hands down!! Customer service is through the roof, the place is super clean, the food is always fresh and consistent. This is my go to for Burgers, they are so good I almost want to cry with each and every bite!! The owner and staff are all awesome!!

From start to finish amazing! Super clean and cool deco and ambiance. Seating indoors or outdoors. Super friendly staff, and the FOOD! Came here for the "Ace Burger" and they delivered on taste and quality! Also got the sweet potato tater tots, they were very good especially with the garlic mayo they can give you on the side. I definitely recommend this amazing place.

The fries are BANG BOOM BOOM EXCELLENT!!!!The burger wasn't spectacular,But the fries :( ....The service was excellent, restaurant was clean and the atmosphere is inviting..Little on the $$$ side of life but what isn't these days.

First time visitor, and I didn’t find anything to not like! The burger was yummy and messy as a good burger should be, the house made pickles were outstanding! The tea was nice and strong and not syrupy sweet, and the soft serve ice cream was probably the best I’ve ever tasted. Thick and creamy, and the chocolate was richer than any I’ve had elsewhere. Definitely worth checking out-I know I’ll be going back!

I waited so long to finally try what all the hype is about...just to be disappointed. I asked for a hambuger ...she gave me a cheese burger..that alone was enough to set the flavor of my burger since that cheese over powers everything.Second the garlic Mayo just tasted like regular Mayo and what was worse is they drenched my burger in the Mayo. I then proceeded to wipe it off my burger but then that caused all the veggies I had on it to come off because they were coated in Mayo. My bun was gone since it had become to saturated in Mayo.Third...my patty was over cooked to the point of it being dry on the outside. Not juicy at all. It's almost as if they knew it wasn't juicy so they added extra Mayo to make up for the lack of flavor and juicy the beef could of provide.Not sure I'll come back.msybe I'll try another location..

"THE ACE" is must try burger when visiting Charlotte, NC ?:Two 1/4lb chuck blend patties,American cheese, grilled onions,house made pickles,Comeback sauce & brioche bun!Nice place with also few tables outside. Small parking at the back of the restaurant. Fast service!

Food was good but the girl that was at the register had a very nasty attitude. Not sure why and really don't care but she needs to get it together. If you want food of the same style go to Harriets in Optimist Hall it taste better anyway. No parking and in the hood.

I really wanted to knock off a star from this place just because the prices are a little bit expensive. The burgers and fries are really good I would still return even at the current price.
