Burger Theory Phoenix

Absolutely loved the burger. Biggest problem is that it falls apart easily. Onion rings are not as good as the fries but both fries and onion rings are delicious.

First Visit—it’s in a hotel. Food is pretty good. Seems Burgers are the thing Here. Lone Star Burger was decent. Firecracker Shrimp App was the bomb. Kitchen kinda has a bit of trouble getting orders out and getting them accurate. It’s kinda an odd place-hard to figure out how you get in-walked up onto patio and inside the bar from the patio. Atmosphere isn’t the greatest. Service is so so (at least this time). I’d return and would say you might give it a try. Especially if you’re in the mood for a decent burger. Patio is large and spacious. Not sure about parking. Could be more on the other side. I entered on the patio side and found a spot right there…but there might be more around the side or back.

Sam and her supervisor are fantastic! The food was great! The salad could be a little more chopped. The drinks are great! All in all a good place. Oh the door to enter could use a little sign saying pull.

Customer service was good and the waitress was really nice but we asked for no tomatoes and made sure we stated it a couple of times due to an allergy and the salad came out with tomatoes on it. Not only did it have the cherry tomatoes but one of them looked black and rotten.Usually the salad comes out before the food but in this case, it all came out together but unsure if the tablespoon of ranch would have covered the salad, if it could have been eaten.That being said, the waitress was extremely apologetic and did end up removing the salad from the ticket but in the same avenue, I would have thought this was due to being extremely busy and an over site BUT, only 3 couples were present during this time of the day we went.

We ate here twice during our Fiesta Bowl trip since we were staying at the attached hotel. Service was good, atmosphere was laid back and wasn't overly busy. We actually spent NYE here after the game watching the other CFP game. Only complaint was they do close at 9pm which seems early for a bar restaurant attached to a hotel.

The beef patty had a good taste. The sandwich was soggy because the tomatoes were old and soggy. Had to take the tomatoes off. The bread was soggy as well. Disappointed. The fries and seasoning used on them was also good.

This Burger place was Excellent! One of the best Burgers I had in my life and Definitely at the Top of the List in AZ. Bartender was super cool. I came in after a late flight we took homeTo PHX about 30 mins till closing. He was super chill. Beer was great too. Cold and Tasty.I recommend this place especially with the proximity to the Airport. The Place in Yuma is great too. Enjoy!

This is by far the BEST burger I've ever had, anywhere! (Besides at home) It was perfectly cooked, juicy, hot, and full of flavor! The restaurant didn't look like much from outside but from the giant barn door to the masson jar hanging lights the atmosphere and energy was awesome!Incredibly friendly and courteous staff. Good drinks, good food, good people, and good feel! Will definitely be returning soon! Oh, we had the sriracha burger with onion rings and the crispy buttermilk fried chicken salad ☺️

We came here after a Dbacks game, it was easy to get to, I just didn't realize it was part of tue hotel. The service was great, we even came pretty late to closing and they did not seem pushy or rushing us at all. The burger was great, the chicken burger was ok, a little on the dry side, but still flavorful. Prices were reasonable and they offered a military discount as well.

Best Burger I've ever eaten in my 45 years. Firecracker shrimp was amazing. I'd be there 3 or 4 times a week if I didn't live all the way across the valley and I've still thought about driving over there at least 3 times this week.

Placed a pick up order on Thanksgiving weekend. 1 server and 1 bartender. The place was busy enough to have more hands on deck for sure...the Bartender forgot my order was in need of wrapping up and omitted my wings all together. Spent $100 on 3 burgers and 2 fries and a couple of $5 desert things. No cutlery or condiments. Mediocre at best. Won't be going back.

First time visiting this restaurant. The server was great however the food was lacking. I ordered a Caesar salad with shrimp instead of the grilled chicken. What I received was a bed of romaine Lettuce topped with shrimp. The salad was not dressed at all like a Caesar salad. My husband had the buffalo wings which were over cooked. My fault for not reading more reviews 1st..

Walked in and we’re promptly greeted and told we could select our own seats. Jessica was our waitress and provided great service. We ordered burgers and fries and onion rings. Everything arrived promptly and hot! Restrooms were very clean. An enjoyable experience.

I can't understand why this place is not full every hour.My burger was excellent. So juicy, cooked just like I ordered. All the ingredients I ordered on it. I ordered the make your own burger. The fries were fresh and hot, just out if the fryer. So good and yummy. Gabriella, our server was fantastic. On the spot, Taking care of us. I will be back. Such a great burger place. You've got to go.

The website will not add pricing for menu items. So you will not know what you will need to pay for till you order for pick up. Very frustrating.

Restaurant attached to the Holiday Inn. Drinks are hotel prices but decent pours. Bartender seems like a cool dude. I made my own burger. It was good... not great.

This place has so much potential to be an awesome little spot but the service was absolutely terrible. The servers basically wandered around aimlessly and ignored us. They would all disappear into the back somewhere for huge periods of time and they never returned after dropping off our order to see if we needed anything or to ask how the food was. Honestly I would not reccomend this place. Don't waste your time, there are too many better places in the area.

Disappointed in Burger Theory. Waiter got the order wrong trying to use memory only. Chicken was overcooked and flavorless. Fries were decent. Service was slow and the place was freezing.

They can do lettuce wraps for us keto peeps. You can custom make your burgers and make them as huge as you want with whatever you want on them. We just got the single patties though. Very yummy and great atmosphere. They have veggie burgers and chicken breast too if you don't want regular hamburger. We brought a chicken breast sandwich home for a friend and she said it tasted wonderful.

Wednesday night, not too busy. Waited 10 mins to get seated by the only server available. Waited another 15 for a water and coke (they were out of two other sodas requested). Menu looked fine but prices werent making up for anything. Would like to give another chance based off of other reviews, but overall not impressed enough to give another chance based off of tonights service.

Way WAY over priced and extremely greasy. Really small menu. There was also water coming in from somewhere and it was flooding part of their dining area but they didn't say anything about it. It smelt like a bathroom or mold. But the service was really good. Our waitress was on top of everything and super nice.I will honestly say we will never go back though because it's not worth the price at all.

Burgers were great, but I would say my chicken strips were better. I got seated immediately and my server was extremely kind and helpful. Only lost a star because of how pricey it was. It's good but not worth the price.

Professional staff that know how to properly take a phone order. Friendly servers promptly greet you as you enter. Food was ready within the time specified over the phone. Burger and fries were boxed up in a way that kept the fries crispy and the burger bun did not get soggy. They seem to really know what they are doing. I appreciate the attention to detail.

The burgers where good tasting but the service sucked. I think the waitress was new, but it is establishments fault for letting her serve customers without proper training. They got our order completely wrong. But at least they took our food of the check. So customer service manager made up for the mistake. But it was just awkward experience and probably wouldn't return because of it.

I went in for a burger and was ignored. I sat long enough to notice Bulleit bourbon on the bar. I stayed for that. The double was a good price.Conversant? No.Friendly? No.Fast? No.Attentive? No. I eventually went elsewhere for the burger.

Ok nothing overwhelming sandwich. Had the chicken farm fresh. No one else was super impressed with the food. Server auto gratuities a party of 7. It was a hefty amount for very poor service. He's lucky for the auto amount.

Great little spot next to hotel but not that hotel bar/restaurant feel. Small menu with very tasty bites. Save a little room for dessert which are served on the cutest tiny jam jars but have the flavor of a whole cake. Carrot cake was heavenly served warm with whipped cream and cherry. Started with carne asada fries which was a nice size to share. Sangria was fresh, bright and surprise of fresh fruit at the bottom. Burgers and onion rings perfectly served with excellent kgb (house made 1000 island dressing) sauce. Do yourself a favor and give this place a try.
