AT Bistro | Au Troisiéme

We thoroughly enjoyed our evening at AT Bistro! The ambiance is upscale, classy, and comfortable, without being stuffy. We arrived earlier than planned and had a drink at the bar before dinner - the bartenders were great and the wine list was phenomenal. At dinner, the zucchini appetizer was an unexpected favorite, and the steak tartare, escargot, and foie gras were all quite good. Without a doubt, the service and level of attention we received was unmatched - our waiter, the manager, and the owner all went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to ensure we had a pleasant experience. We were truly impressed and can't wait to return again soon!

Super fantastic and cannot wait to return. Perhaps this week!Bartenders were hustling for both bar and restaurant patrons, serving creative, delicious cocktails and wine. They were ready to make suggestions that were perfect.Biscuits recommended as a starter, which did not sound great - boy was I wrong. I don't love biscuits and I LOVED these..definitely special.For dinner we had the first Tuesday Fried Chicken Special - Yes, it was special. Probably the best fried chicken I have ever had. Sides included my now favorite mac and cheese and Cesar salad along with pork-laced greens and peas. Desert was cobblerHighly recommend!

Fantastic food, service, and atmosphere. Steve was our server and made sure we had a first-class experience. Fried green tomatoes, bang bang shrimp, veal lasagna, pork chop, and poke are all delicious!The Christmas decorations are amazing too!

I tried At Bistro and I thought it was mediocre French foods. This place supposedly says it’s French restaurant and the service was okay not as atrenetive as Lavendou Bistro Provincial in Plano, TX. Try it out, you will love the food and service!!

This place was recommended by friends and it delivered! The short ribs did not disappoint and the chicken dish was wonderful. I debated whether or not we should celebrate a special birthday there .. attentive staff , great ambiance !

I had my birthday dinner here on Saturday night. It was absolutely wonderful! The tuna avocado starter, burger, and trout were delicious. Karim was so attentive and made sure everything was perfect. Thank you!!!

Walking around looking for a place to eat after a miserable day of traveling, we looked at the menu outside and went in. We started with Wild Mushroom Toast and were blown away. Delicious meals, friendly service, restored our spirits like Babette’s Feast.

Absolutely phenomenal food. Each dish is so authentic to its history. Some with a slight twist but always in sync. It’s feels like you are dining overseas with fresh ingredients and a talented chef, The menu is like a trip around the world. It’s one of the best meals in DFW right now. Super cool place as well.

Our experience at AT was a little bit of a mixed bag. Overall the service was impeccable, our waiter was eager to explain the dishes and our drinks were meticulously filled. The appetizers got glowing reviews: we split the biscuits, mushrooms, octopus and crudo (which was the daily special). Our only eyebrow raise is when we asked the lady who set down the octopus what was in the sauce and she flatly replied that she didn't know and it was on the menu.Our mains ranged from the sea trout , fish and chips, steak frites and port sugo ragu. Each dish ended up being fine. While each had good components (for example, my steak was excellent but the frites were ok at best).The desserts were not our favorite and seemed like an after thought but the waiter did note that they were not on the menu because they were still working a few things out.I want to end with the one thing that bothered me the most about the experience. The manager both greeted us and said goodbye which was lovely, what I didn't appreciate with the amount of touch and back pats/rubs that came with it. I do not feel that this is either professional or appropriate with someone you have never met before. I did not mention it at the time that this occurred because I did not want to change the mood of the evening and I was not comfortable with the words that I was going to use at the time.

Absolute hidden gem of a restaurant. The level of service and quality of the food are top notch. The host, Kareem, somehow manages to make you feel like you're in a high-end Paris bistro, while also relaxed enough that it feels like a second home. There should be a line out the door. Don't hesitate. Recommend the octopus and the pasta ragu.

Wonderful food, drinks and service! Everyone here is incredible at what they do. All of the staff goes above and beyond to make sure guests have a great experience. I've enjoyed all of the food I've tired so far. The biscuits are a must have!

Just incredible! We had the most amazing meal here when we were visiting from Denver. We ended up coming back for brunch due to the recommendation from the people at the next table over during dinner. SimplyCan not recommend enough!!

Great place to eat, we really enjoyed having something different on our trip to Dallas. The food was good and the service was ok.The biscuits small plate were so good and the peach jam it came with was VERY delicious. I also had the Sausage Ragu that was VERY tasty! I wasn't sure about the lemon ricotta in the ragu, but I was pleasantly surprised!!

We had a memorable evening on Saturday! The service was amazing, and the food was scrumptious. The sauces on both of our dishes had such a rich, well-balanced flavor. We were blown away and will definitely be back. Thanks for a great night!
