Sliders Burger

I’ve gone here for years and usually it’s pretty good. I went today with my nephew and the chicken wings were so over cooked you couldn’t eat them. My Waygu burger sat on the grill too long because it was so rubbery, dry and had no flavor at all. I spent 70$ for 2 people and it was NOT worth it.

I regularly order from here and I ask for my lamb burgers rare every time. They are always quite rare and cooked to perfection, so just take the time to ask the chef to cook your burgers they way you would really like them :) The main fellow who works in the evenings is who always takes care of me, I will have to ask his name and add it to the review later!So far I've tried the lamb, elk, wagyu, regular burgers and onion rings.The lamb is fantastic, my second favorite is the wagyu! The rare lamb comes out so nicely that I have it delivered with the bun and toppings on the side in case I ever have to reheat it and even then it's still rare and dripping with delicious lamb flavor.They are happy to include whatever you would like for toppings if you have delivery on the side, from lettuce tomato pickle and onion to ranch!

It’s really good home style hamburger, it’s a little pricey but so are all the hamburger restaurants now a days. You get a man burger instead of a child’s sized burger.

We have been wanting to try this place for some time. While I like their competition, I tire of having the same thing over and over. My better half is a vegetarian, so them having the Beyond patty us great. Having bison, wild boar, lamb, ostrich, salmon, turkey, and elk satisfies the game meat lover in me. The options are plentiful. I could eat here once a week for the year, and I am not sure if I would have the same dish twice. Swing by and try them out today.

Not using hyperbole when I say this is one of the best burgers I have ever had. Customizations can be added to make it your own and the DIY condiments are a great addition. It’s like eating burgers made by a grill-fiend family member at the annual cookout. Not to mention the crispy, ridiculously good fries and super friendly service! 10/5 ⭐️!

Always a good choice! The staff is friendly, food is quick (while fast, it isn't "fast food" fast food), and while there are always other customers, it's never so crowded that I turn around and leave. Consistently consistent and always a good choice!

New owners so dropping a star here - not quite what it was - different chef /cook - different buns fries and burger was a bit overdone so…….they’ve added lamb burger but I choked on the price - got a family recipe I’ll make first

We went for a quick dinner and exceeded expectations. Hubby got the bison burger and loved it! The fries are special crispy but not over done at all. Definitely will come back.

Good food and atmosphere. I like the pictures of San Francisco on the walls. My dad managed a few movie theatres in the '60's in SF, Alexandria was one of them.

The service was good but the restaurant is drafty and uninviting. The bison, pork and elk burgers we had were overcooked/tasted rubbery and lack of any seasoning, it also left a very unpleasant taste on our pallets, it may have something to do with the oil they used. Our fries also tasted like fish so they may have reused the oil from frying the fish and chips?

The staff were super nice and welcoming. I originally ordered pickup. It was raining that day, one nice lady cooking invited me to stay & dine in. I did and I’m glad I did. I got to sit and enjoy my food while it was hot. The I forgot which burger I ordered but it was cooked just right! Steak fries were yummy too! They have a little toppings bar so you can add whatever & how much of what we you want! They had a great selection of sauces to try on your burger. The jalapeño ranch was bomb! Hidden gem, check these guys out!

Everything was perfect. The meat is fresh and cooked perfectly. You add everything else on your on in the condiments bar, sauce bar just perfect I was very impressed the best burger place than any other burger restaurant. Definitely coming back. Great work sliders burger ?

Got the Big Messy Burger. It was very good and the price was nice as well. They have a ton of good options to put on your burger. If you want a good filling burger and dont want to break the bank, I recommend it.

The workers were very awesome and the service was great. The burger was very juicy and the fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They have their own topping table with vegetables and sauces you can put in your burger. 10/10 would recommend.

Everything here is delicious!! Never left disappointed or hungry. Must try Bison and Wild Boar burger. If you're not that adventurous, don't worry the beef burgers are just as delicious. They have a toppings bar with lots of options to load on your burger. Amazing employees, always welcomed with a smile.

Delicious flame grilled burgers and amazing sides this place is the bomb. Even though it was a decently busy day we still got our food quick and it was perfect. Chilly cheese fries were great and chicken wings were tasty.

I love coming here for lunch and I make sure ti bring as many of my coworkers as possible. The staff is very friendly, there is a great selection of patties and sides, food generally come out pretty quickly and I really like the build-your-own model. It's always a pleasure eating here and if you haven't, you should.

Burgers are so amazing here, also some great Steak sandwiches. I love that they have a great self-serve toppings and condiments bar that you can choose from. Also, some really good sweet potato fries. The Jalapeño Ranch is top notch quality and a must try, it goes perfectly with everything they have on the menu. This has become one of my favorite places to go and would definitely recommend!

The burgers here were fine tasting but nothing particularly notable. We also tried the grilled cheese and sweet potato fries. My daughter was very happy with her grilled cheese. The staff was very friendly and didn't seem to change the quality of their service even though a big crowd came in after us.

Been coming here for nearly 10 years and it’s just as good every time. We come here when we’re craving a home cooked style burger that’s crispy on the outside with a toasty soft bun. I always spring for the avocado, bacon, and cheese add on.

This used to be my favorite burger joint. A change in ownership and personnel unfortunately means changes for the worse. They've redone the toppings bar along with a possible switch in ingredient suppliers. The old grill chefs would always cook the meat and toast the buns perfectly. New, seemingly less experienced, workers either over- or under-cook the patties and brown the buns until they're no longer soft. The result is a less satisfying burger that I can no longer unconditionally recommend

Best value-for-money burgers in San Jose that I have tried yet, and I am very picky when it comes to a really good and "memorable"! Meat is juicy, tomatoes and lettuce are fresh, toasted buns are heaven.Nice & fast service, delicious food!

They have a great selection of different meats to try. Had steak sanwich.and frys was good. Clean inside. Menu is hard to figure out once you do it is great. Great Frye's. No pressure to leave.

Sliders is a great family run joint that truly focuses on the food and relationship with its loyal customers. Every single time I go I'm treated like a friend. Every time I go I see multiple people talk with the owners on a first name basis. It's a nice thing to see in this day and age.The food is not some revelation of burgers. They're not trying to reinvent the burger, or put some gourmet spin on the burgers and fries fair. It's a simple combo that they understand and have done an impeccable job of doing it. The prices are insanely reasonable for what I consider to be the best everyday burgers in town. They have a nice burger topping station with a great selection of things to top your burger with as well as add ons you can order, like grilled onions, mushrooms, and bacon. You can have a burger anyway you want there.The shakes delicious and made the old fashioned way. The fries and onion rings are on point, especially the fries which I give an extra shout out to because I'm usually not a big fan. This is one of the best places to go to when you factor in cost and quality. It's really hard to beat.

Cool burger joint with an eclectic mix of patty options. Wanting to try something more adventurous than the standard beef but not bold enough to try something like ostrich or elk, I settled on the bison burger. It ended up tasting pretty much the same as a beef burger which in hindsight I should have expected. So in the end, it was just a really expensive, normal-tasting burger. The fries were good though.
