Excellent local burger place, has amazing food from shakes and ice cream to Burgers and fries. A little pricey but you are getting what you pay for!

We are regulars here but the quality has been going down. We went today abd the place was dirty (grease spots on chairs) & just seemed unkept. The fries were overdone & stale as were the onion rings. Paying $40 for 2 people, I think we can get better food & service elsewhere!

Did in fact like the burger, did not believe it to be fully reasonable for the price. The chicken tenders should have come with select sauce(Honey Mustard, BBQ, etc)so we had something to eat it with other than ketchup. Liked the juiciness of the burger, minus the fact you had to squeeze the burger to get it to fit causing all the juice to soak into the buns making it saucy. Overall really great, fresh food, but overpriced and not a well thought out eating experience.

I had several burgers from here when staying up locally. great burgers. The staff were preemptive with my beer which was great.Looking forward to going next time I'm back in Los Gatos.

Used to be my favorite restaurant and I would go all the time with my friends but they seem to have replaced all the staff and now the food is cold and chewy, forgetting items in orders, rude staff, the milkshakes are soupy and melted and bitter, and now they only fill the sauce packets to the absolute minimum amountIt should not take 4 packets to finish one side tray :(

Really good service, lots of seating indoors and out, and some really cool pictures on the wall. I ordered the double cheeseburger + grilled onions+ grilled shrooms and a side of tater tots. The place was not to Busy and not too slow either, the food came out pretty quick and looked amazing. The burger patties looked to be cooked Med “which is ok in my book” the patties have a good charbroil test but were on the greasy side also they were a bit on the salty side. Overall they make a solid burger. The tater tots were cooked on the well-done side.

Milk shake was delicious but they screwed up my son's plain cheese burger. It was covered in their specialty sauce and he refused to eat. Super disappointing.

Not at all bad, not great either.This place has fallen from grace. Original four ⭐⭐⭐? review read "Yum! The Nirvana, and the Green Eggs and Bacon are both excellent!"... but now that the magic has waned, service has slowed, portions have shrunk, and the taste has most definitely not kept up (the burger used to be big & juicy, but now it's normal-sized and adequate). This place is still very much OK, but it has gone from being a destination to a fallback option.

Great place to grab a quick bite. A couple of Microbrews can be found on the menu, and decent wine as well. Popular with teenagers and lots of families. Yummy grilled salmon salad, which is my go to all the time. Outdoor seating is rather entertaining.

Recently sold to new owners. Seems quality has gone downhill. Not impressed. Burger was greasy. Sweet potato fries were mushy and charred and bland. The restrooms clearly are not maintained to the same standards. Seems all the old staff has been replaced with much smaller crew. It’s too bad. Used to love this place but looks like they might be off our list of places to go.

Love the food here! Good service, friendly workers, very helpful! My favorite burger is either the bacon and blue or the Nirvana burger! Their milkshakes are a big draw for me as well.

Nice place to settle down on a Sunday afternoon for a really juicy burger. Had the double cheeseburger and could not finish it in one sitting. The ingredients were top notch.Fries were nothing to write home about, but they were pretty solid too. The house's signature sauce is very similar to In N Out's spread: tangy, savory, perfect on a burger.Customer service was impeccable. Pricey but reasonable. Washed it down with a cool ice tea and had a really pleasant afternoon in sunny Los Gatos that day.

They have halal beef and halal chicken burgers here. Tried both and I was really impressed. Not over cooked, not chevy, perfect taste!

Fresh and delicious every time. When it’s busy, sometimes they get the order wrong but it’s not often. Their taco salad is divine, the chicken fingers are a great go to, and honestly can’t go wrong with any burger on the menu. Shakes are a must!Outdoor seating with heaters is my favorite!

This is a great place to eat in downtown los gatos. The burgers have a great customization option where you can make your burger how you like it. I would reccomend this as a place to go to for lunch or dinner!

The food is pretty decent for an old style burger joint. Good prices and lots of place to sit. The sliders are bigger than expected. The fries are great 5 stars, onion rings and sweet potato fries are good 4 star also. The burger could have been better, the meat party was a bit over cooked and the cheese was too thin, the veggies were too cold compared to rest, the burger was overall 3 stars. One are that needs more work is the cleanliness of outside sitting, the tables outside had the sticky top which was weird to eat over.

Came here for the shakes and I absolutely loved it. If you love Oreo cookies and milkshake, try the outrageous Oreo! I also shared half of a cheese burger as I wasn’t really hungry but it was amazing.I will definitely come again when I come back to San Jose!

I walked by this place so many times and always saw it busy, so I wanted to try it. The atmosphere is great, classic inside with ample space, and nice outdoor patio. The staff is very helpful, courteous and nice, providing great service. On the menu, I liked that I could build my own. The toppings are fresh, and the fries are yummy. However the beef pattys aren't great, very dense, and not very tasty. Definitely not the best meat in town.Prices are just reasonable for the quality.

I went here again. Unfortunately my shake was already totally melted and it’s just a sweet vanilla juice, which I don’t like. Burger is OK, the atmosphere is also good, though.

Fun place for the rare times I eat a burger. Fresh meat, great buns and yummy fries. Outside tables can get sticky, but if you ask for a clean up they gladly comply.

I ate here with my entire family when Willow Street Pizza wouldn't seat us outside. Ordering was easy, done at the counter (inside), and the food came out really quickly.Everything was delicious. We got burgers, a teriyaki bowl, and a salad, and everyone was really happy with their meals. I had the truffle tots which were really good. One person in my party had the garlic fries, which were very garlicky.

Overall experience was good. Friendly courteous staff. outside seating was clean and comfortable, fries where fresh and very good, salad was a bit weak a few greens on the plate (but fresh) burgers where just ok for the price.

I ordered the California burger. It has all the stuff I like;Pepper jack cheese, mixed greens, red onion, avocado, lettuce, tomato, pesto aioli Lots of flavor and the burger cooked the way I like it! Next time I’ll try the Nirvana.

No doubt these are the best burgers at LG.Not giving the 5 stars due this is the 3rd time (in a row) that my pickup order is not complete, ensure to check what you receive.Altought I have received reimburshment of the missed items it is a bummer someone doesn't receive their food

We live up in Tri Valley but drive down to Los Gatos for this place every so often.Customizable menu, friendly staff, excellent hand made shakes - mango, banana, vanilla are our favorite.Very happy with covid precautions as well. Love placing order online and pickup.

This place is run by high schoolers and there appears to be no management at all. They burn food and mess up orders. Pretty sad cause it could be a class A spot with some management improvement.

Looking for traditional burgers? With the fries? And shakes? This is the place to visit. Order online and pick up within 10-15 minutes!They have a selection of burgers but we ended up with -Main St Original - good cook on the patty, juicy, and satisfying - but needed a kick. Always feel the toppings on any sandwich need to be balanced as well, it either enhances the bite or overwhelms the whole thing.Spicy Chicken Philly - had good flavor, and was completely packed. Great concept but felt with the smaller pieces of chicken, the sandwich fell apart and was really watery. It soaked through the bun, created a slimy situation and wasn't pleasing after a few bites. Could have used a fork.Fries are generous - and great while they're hot! Just the right cut and fry which made me think they would taste great smothered in cheese! Or as loaded (instead of their tots). Something I'll try next time.

If you like charbroiled burgers, this might be the place for you. I am not a fan, so found the burger to be dry. The menu didn’t say they were either... The sweet potato fries weren’t that bad, and the portion is large. The garlic aioli was tasty. Costs about $15 for a burger and fries. To go service was quick.

The burger options here are amazing. They serve great sides and beer. Easy place with a large group because you order and pay separately. Nice indoor and outdoor seating. Close to Jazz on the Plazz on Wednesdays.. so you can hear some great live music also. They are also very community minded and support the community!

The Impossible Burger Main Street Original Style with swiss cheese is truly the best impossible burger i've had to date. After my first time trying it, i thought for sure they accidentally gave me a real beef burger. Today was #3 and just as amazing as #1! Its like finding the Holy Grail! Nice work
