Rosemarie's Burgers

Incredible. We were here early on a Monday evening and the space quickly filled up (around 5:30pm)- we soon found out why. We tried 6 different Sliders and I can't remember them all. The Rosiemac is amazing and now one of my favorite burgers in San Diego. We tried their newest addition, the soft shell crab, and it did not disappoint. The Elote Fries were so delicious and the portions are extremely generous. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is adorable. Nick, the owner, couldn't be a nicer guy.Get here as soon as you can!

If I could leave a 6 star review I would. Nick and his crew are exceptional and the food is amazing. First, the Bombay is so good that I went back a second time and ordered 2. The eggplant, which initially doesn’t sound like it should be on a slider , is the best switch up that I have ever had. Nice work Nick….you have something special here!!!!

By far the best slider I've ever had. They use quality ingredients that make the sliders taste like real food and not the cheap appetizer-type sliders served everywhere else. Truly quality people, food, and culture. Can't wait for the physical location to open up.

Rosemaries not only has the best sliders I have ever had, but the best burgers I have ever had. Flavor profiles were spot on, customer service was amazing and the options, well I will just say, try EVERYTHING. I can’t wait for the restaurant to open.

Some of the absolute best food I’ve ever had, prepared by awesome people who put a lot of love and care into their dishes. Pro tip: everything on the menu is great, but whatever you do get the elote fries as well!

Easily the best sliders in San Diego and in the running for best burgers in San Diego. Their sliders are so imaginative including amazing chicken sliders and (my favorite) the Korean beef and eggplant one. However they do straight burger sliders are fantastic smashed and cooked to perfection. They’re delicious and two sliders are a good meal. Do not miss the fries though, among the best in San Diego and the only beer battered ones I know of - and it’s worth it.

So I lived in Nashville for over 4 years and this food truck nailed it! Their Nashville hot chicken slider is legit!!!!! It actually was hot and their burger sliders are also killer!!!!

I'm still trying to come out of the food coma from this place so forgive any type errors... we were about to go to a fast food place but decided to try something new. The fries are not fries...they are a whole new experience of gourmet...just trust me on this...try them. The burgers are gourmet... like gourmet gourmet ... so so so good. I am usually not a fan of pineapple but they kept talking about the pineapple burger and it was hands down the best burger I have ever tried. I might sound like I'm exaggerating... you just need to give it a try.Other than the actual food which is exceptional... the owner Nick is the best kind of human... he's kind, funny, hospitable, and you'll wanna be his friend... the other employee that works there is also great. Sometimes you go somewhere for the food...sometimes you go for the ambiance...and occasionally you find a gem of a place that has both qualities. This is it.

I decided to try out Rosemarie’s because of the proximity excellent local night life and previous excellent reviews. I was expecting good food and quick service, but what I received was fantastic food, stellar customer service, and a memorable dining experience.I was able to have a conversation with the executive chef and founder Nick; his passion for putting a smile on the faces of his customers seemed to only be matched by the high quality dishes being served.I will be a returning customer with out a doubt!

OUTSTANDING! Not just the best sliders I've ever had but the best burger period. And the fries were incredible too, just really unique. Found this place on a Google map whim and so glad I did. The owner was so nice too!

The Nashville Hot Chicken was truly amazing. A very unique taste with the perfect amount of kick and a very satisfying crunch. I’ve had my fair share of chicken sandwiches all over the US and this is by far my favorite. Would recommend!Additionally, who I assume was the owner was very friendly and welcoming.
