Bang Bang Burgers

I was in Charlotte for a weekend getaway and wanted to try a burger that wasn't a normal chain place. I got the Cowboy and it was very good. The meat was tender and juicy and was seasoned well. I loved the toasted bun which held up nicely. The fries were crispy yet soft but felt like they could use some seasoning to make them better. The ranch was very good as well for dipping and BBQ sauce was decent.

Delicious Burger. Fast & friendly service. Nice Atmosphere. My wife & I both tried the Hangover. The meat was flavorful, the bun soft & buttery & combined with an over easy egg, hash brown & some bang bang sauce, it was nearly perfect. The O-rings & sweet potato fries were good. The reason for 4 star was the meat on both our burgers was undercooked. I’ll definitely be back to give them another shot.

Outstanding burgers here with friendly service from the moment you walk in the door. The burger menu is fairly standard and the sides they offer have a couple of unique options. Definitely try the brussel sprouts, hella good!! There is a replica burger at the register to give you an idea of the size. I got a double and was not able to finish it even though it was mouthwatering good! Seating is a little limited for times when they're busier, but we had no problem finding a table on the Sunday evening that we went.

If you haven't tried a burger from Bang Bang Burgers, you are missing out. There are a variety of burgers to choose from in a single or double patty. And for the vegetarian, they have a black bean burger. The buns can be served gluten-free if needed. I tried the cheeseburger eggroll as an appetizer and the hangover burger. Absolutely delicious 😋! The burger was cooked to order with cheddar cheese, potato bacon hash, and fried egg to top it off. The food came to the table hot, fresh, and served quickly after ordering. I would highly recommend Bang Bang Burgers for anyone who hasn't tried it yet. It is worth the visit!

Had not been here in a few years and am thrilled to find that it is as good as I remembered! Not sure how we overlook it when we want a “quick and easy” burger option — but it is definitely back on the list. Serving size is fair (could have used a few more fires in the “side order”), but the team as nice and the food was good. Will definitely be back!

We wanted to find a good, crispy, but juicy burger with hand cut fries-- and we did-- but that is where it stopped. All food is fresh, staff is friendly, we really wanted to like this place, but it was just a burger with fries for $15. Katsup is the only condiment on the table, mustard is in the small, difficult to open packets. Fries were fresh, but def could have been cooked longer. We may give a different location a try, but the search for the best burger in CLT is still on!

Delicious burgers! Excellent service! Cool setting. Good beer too!We were in town visiting our son and this is what he wanted. Now we know why.The burgers are like gourmet or something - very cool combinations of flavors - not your average burgers.The sides are delicious too - even the brussel sprouts. I’m he and you gotta try the cheeseburger egg roll.They had some cool beers to choose from as well. I went with a local brew. It’s always nice to try something local.We’ll definitely be back.

Great burgers for the price…actually a delicious burger regardless of price. The fries were well done and I like that too. They cook your burger to your temperature, and mine came out with a warm red center. The team behind the counter were super nice, and for me that’s as important as the food. So close to the Charlotte Checkers, next time we go to the game we’ll be back. Ordered at the counter, and food was at our table fairly quickly.

Place makes a good burger! Would like to see some improvements to the atmosphere of the place considering its location, but I don't always need to be impressed.Toppings on a double hangover were a little lopsided, and I'm not a fan of the board - much rather have plate to be able to get ketchup on fries in an efficient manner.Good food though!

On my mission to try all great burger recommendations I ended up here today. Bonus is it's next to Sunflour Bakery for a little sweet afterwards too.First pleasant surprise was the presentation. I tried the Pimento Burger and my husband the Bang Bang Burger. Toasted buns, greasy and perfectly cooked at medium. Only disappointment was the meat itself wasn't memorable. If you get the proper dressings it's great, I just don't think the meat's flavor stands up well on its own. Fries were good, if not a little on the hard side, no salt. Ranch was 3/5. Pricing is tricky, because although I feel it was on the affordable side, all sides and drinks are sold separately so your mileage may vary in that regard.If in the area, we'll probably go back. It just doesn't make my Top 3 burger joints for Charlotte.

As long as we have lived here, we have seen many burger places come, and I try as many as I can, but none have ever bested Bang Bang! Burgers. These burgers have it all. The best meat, best bread, best ingredients. They're incredible.

First time at Bang Bang. My wife got the Bang Bang Burger and I got the mushroom Swiss. We shared fries. The burgers were fine, though a bit salty. The fries were ok and the atmosphere was cozy. The staff was nice.

My husband and I gave this place a try when we were in town for an event last weekend, and overall, we had a really good experience. The restaurant was clean, and the employees were very welcoming and friendly and were able to answer any questions we had as newbies. The highest compliment I can pay this place was that the pimento cheese on top of my burger was among the best I ever had, and the combination of that and the fried pickles made for a really wonderful combination. My only complaint about my burger was that it was undercooked - I ordered it medium, and it was very decidedly rare to the point that at times it felt like there was raw hamburger in my mouth. However, the toppings more than made up for it. The onion rings were also excellent. My husband enjoyed his burger, but was a little underwhelmed by the fries, and I tend to agree with him. Overall a very good experience, and well worth checking out!

My burger tasted amazing, and my son loved his grilled cheese. They give you a good amount of fries as well. My only thing is their pricing. It wasn’t outrageous but for the amount of meat they give you I can get the same at Wendy’s or Burger King. And the menu is a la cart so they charge your sides and drinks separately. If you are going to charge $8.50 for a single patty burger alone maybe consider adding a little more beef to the burger.

I had the Guacamole Burger and my partner had the TNT burger with extra jalapeños. We both ate our own burgers and tried out each others and were very very pleased. I loved mine. He loved his. Had both the sweet potato fries and the regular fries. Both are de-lish!The staff was personable and gave us great recommendations for other places to explore given that we were new to the area. I want to try every burger on the menu! Will definitely be back!

Burgers were good but a little dry, decent selection, onion rings were awesome but expensive at 6 bucks for 6 rings. Why bother wearing a mask if it's just a chin strap, get over it.

I feel this is a place that has its loyal fan base. I have been two to three times. I love that this is a small business and not a big corporate one. Still, I am not a huge fan of the food. It's been okay. I would say, if you haven't been, go check it out and see if you become part of the fan base.

Food was delicious? Service was great for casual. The seating was fine but the the inside was overpowering with the smell of grease. You left smelling of greasey food so don't plan to go anywhere special after.

We have been in several times over the past few months. Some to eat in with friends, other times to grab “to-go”. Bang Bang is always great! Yet, I want to focus my review on an employee who has taken our order each time. This young man is the epitome of superb service! He should train today’s employees on what real service looks like… likely the reason we have chose Bang Bang more often this year, truly.

Have eaten and done take out at Bang Bang Burgers in Charlotte NC. When we’ve eaten there, the staff is super friendly and fast and the food is really good. I always get the Swiss and mushroom burger. It’s always cooked perfectly! I love their fries, sweet potato fries and onion rings! Always crunchy, not soggy! Their take out is always great too! Perfectly packaged and I never have to wait long. The food stays fresh too! Can’t wait to order again!!!

They were decent, staff was friendly. I feel like if they just seasoned the food a bit more, and either purchased better buns or made them in-house, if they don't already, it could really bring up the quality of the food. That being said, everything was generally good, the fries were cooked well, and I would eat here again, but it would not be my first choice for burgers.

Went here to meet up with a friend, got the double cowboy burger with the sweet potato fries, it was delicious! Definitely will be returning when I'm over in that part of town again!

I have gotten the Salmon BLT maybe 4 or 5 times. It is so good! I love that they have malt vinegar for the fries. Reminds me of the beach. Always friendly and prompt staff.

We stopped here after seeing it on Triple D, and we weren’t disappointed at all! We tried the weekly special (pictured), which was the Mac n Cheese Burger with bacon and sriracha honey—YUM! The fries and onion rings were also spectacular. We will for sure be back soon!

I loved it. Mainly because when they asked how I want my burger cooked, I gave my usual response, "as rare as you'll let it leave the kitchen," and my burger was still mooing when I got it. Just like I like it. Thank you. A lot of places rarest is like medium. A lot of tasty burgers on the menu and our food came out really hot and really fast.

I enjoyed a perfectly cooked burger and fries! I love how they use real meat ? and cook to order. The fries are made from real potatoes cut right there on site. The cost is a little high but worth it in my opinion.They have outside seating as well, if you wanna get away from the crowds.

I've had a lot of friends and my husband recommend this burger place. I'm always up for a good burger joint and let's just say.. this place did not disappoint!!! The pictures don't do justice but man was is good. Their sweet potato fries? amazing! Best I've had honestly! I didn't expect the meat patties to be so big and i got double? but it was cooked perfect and just so juicy! For me I wouldn't do take out just because i don't like when my bun gets slightly soggy but if you are in the area and can sit down and enjoy it for me it's better. The cashier was quick and sweet and the food came out fast!
