The manager was so caring yet hardworking. I really enjoy being there and having delicious burger! The manager also treated us the coconut ice cream. This place made my day!

Sehr sauberer Laden mit freundlichem Personal. Sieht alles sehr einladend aus. Die Burger mit Pommes waren echt gut und frisch zubereitet. Einzig den Preis fand ich etwas zu hoch, daher gesamt 4 Sterne.Very clean shop with friendly staff. Everything looks very inviting. The burgers with fries were really good and freshly prepared. I only found the price a bit too high, hence 4 stars overall.

The keg of beer ran out and the guy who served me promptly changed it up and bought me a free drink. In addition, a lovely lady offered me also an extra potato and chicken for no reason. The food was decent. I got their chicken sandwich (which was a little over fried therefore quite dry). Thankfully additional sauces were in the bag. The service was quick and the milkshake was delicious. The restaurant was clean and the staff were very polite. The prices are what you’d expect for its location. I thought it was a little steep, though.

They forgot part of my order. I called them and they not only refunded me, but offered me a gift card. Absolutely incredible attitudes, delicious food, and a welcoming environment. Would recommend to anyone, even with the mix up!

TLDR: Good service; but go somewhere else expensive for no reason. Staff was nice but got my order a tad bit wrong not all the fault falls on them maybe there was miss communication between us. It was pretty mid meal. $50 for 2 burgers, 1 shake, 1 float and 1 order of fries.

Our host, Tahyler, provided excellent customer service. He was very helpful when explaining the variety of burgers available. The resort of the staff was also attentive and the location was super clean. Can’t wait to go back.

Honestly one of the best burgers I've had. These restaurants are always trying to overdo it with lettuce or oversized buns or putting too much on a burger. This is a simple, perfectly seasoned, will put together burger. The quarter pounder was perfect if you're not too hungry go ahead with the third pound burger if you're in the mood for a bigger meal. Oh and the hibiscus lemonade is amazing.

My wife and I ate there today and I was shocked. The burger was a 6 out of 10 the fries were served lukewarm so we asked for fresh fries which were replaced, without seasoning. And the vanilla shake was worse than Mc Donald’s. I watched them make the shake in a blender. I was expecting so much more, after all my friends talked this place up.

Gute Burger, aber auch nichts besonderes. Ich finde über 10$ für einen Burger und 4$ für die Pommes nicht gerade günstig für die gebotene Qualität.Good burgers, but nothing special either. I don't think $10 for a burger and $4 for the fries is cheap for the quality on offer.

Loved our experience here on a late Saturday night looking for dinner where you can't get a reservation in San Diego's Little Italy to feed your family of four. I have two teenagers so waiting for 45 minutes to eat can be a disaster. Service was friendly and very attentive when you least expected probably because they had a good manager/team leader that night. I ordered the Lounge Burger with bacon and avocado which was perfectly executed and very tasty. My daughter ordered the Classic which was drier without the bacon and avocado. The Paleo Burger meal good but hard to eat because it had no buns to hold it together as you eat it, hence Paleo. You could try try wrapping the lettuce around it though so contents don't fall apart as you eat it or eat with the utensils that it comes with. Fries and drinks (mostly sodas) were also good. The friendly and attentive service we received there that night made our meal even better. Thank you to the Burger Lounge team at this location. Walking half a mile back to our hotel was worth the walk back as our stomach and heart were filled with goodness.

I love the burgers at Burger Lounge. When I was in San Diego for work, I stopped by for a quick bite and ordered the Lounge Burger with avocado. They have a really nice out door seating area.

Victoria’s been amazing. She’s very professional and friendly. The reason we came here they have Impossible Burger, they serve it with vegsn cheese too ( which is rare and great) it was very well cooked, prepared. Overall we’re very happy with our experience. Thank you for providing vegan options.

Friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. However there's only so far you can go in the upscale Burger Market before it becomes just too expensive. Over $20 for a burger, onion rings and a soda is simply too much. Also, from the time of my order until my food came out was 28 minutes, so definitely not a quick place to stop in for a bite.

Excellent service. Literally just came here to use the bathroom, but ended up staying because the staff were so chill. Not only did they let us use the bathroom no problem, they offered us refreshments. Bought a burger and wine cooler too, and it was delicious.

I dined in at the Little Italy location. I had the Paleo burger. It was awesome. Delicious, juicy, had a slight char around the edges. A perfect burger served with fresh lettuce, tomato, pickles and grilled zucchini. Also came with avocado and a few sprigs of watercress, I think it was watercress, lol. I reccomend this place for a great burger.

Libette is the best!! She’s so spunky and friendly, she makes this little restaurant feel like a family owned place. EVERYTHING taste amazing! But my favorite is fires with ranch and a plain cheeseburger! (You can really taste the meat & flavors) the chicken is very very flavorful !!!!!!

The workers were extremely busy due to high volume online order but the manager was super positive and friendly when dealing with customers. They made sure everyone's experience was enjoyable despite the long wait time. The burgers here are always great and I love the lavender mint lemonade.

Easy ordering and a great burger overall. Add some fry’s or onion rings to complete the meal. If you can make it during their Happy Hour, the burgers are half off. A must try if you want to escape the $20+ plates of Little Italy.
