First time there, the owner was great explaining all about the store…our family loves pretzels…and these are amazing…. Super fresh, not doughy and the dips are an added bonus… and the prices are sooo good… definitely our new go to treat

I stop by the store atleast once a week and get some philly cheesesteak bites. Love them! Pretzels and the pretzel nuggets are delicious too. Owners are always there and they are super nice people. Store is always clean. I like that you can see where the food is being prepared. Keep it up!!!

Very friendly and the pretzel rivets are okay but they are hard on the outside and dry inside. I prefer a soft pretzel.

Never been to a Philly Pretzel Factory store! Loved the rivots and the buttercream dip! Amazing. This store was so clean and staff was extremely friendly. Can’t wait to stop in again.

Freshly made everyday, extremely yummy pretzel bites or all beef pretzel dogs. Variety of pretzel dipping sauce.Staff is extremely friendly ,clean and fairly prices!

As a Philly native, I used the Eagles playing in the Super Bowl as the excuse for driving an embarrassingly long distance to have some pretzels for game day 🤣 Service was excellent. I preordered because I knew it would be slammed and their Facebook page even mentioned that pickup slots were filling up quick. The entire staff was very friendly, even when handling an upset customer because they were only able to fulfill preorders at the time. The pretzels were hot and delicious and even though the Eagles didn’t pull out a win 😭, it was still so nice to have a taste of home while watching the game.

Pretzels are warm crispy doughy greatness. Cheesesteak rolls are delicious and the branded mustards are very good. The owner is very friendly, as is the staff. Daily specials are nice as well.

The pretzel products are a full 5 stars, but they close so early that I can't help but wonder how much business would be captured by staying open at least as long as it would take people to stop in on their way home from work, at least on Fridays when it's really not unusual for families to opt for fun food for a treat dinner. Several times we wanted to pick up pretzels/stuffed pretzels for evening/movie night/snacks-for-dinner, but they just close so darn early. The weird hours earn 3 stars, averaging them out at 4 stars. Good product, strange hours.

I ordered a rivet box with half salt and half cinnamon just to try both. Honestly not disappointed at all. My general rule of thumb is if I can make it, I won’t buy it. The pretzels tasted freshly made, like they were made at home. I have no plans to make pretzels anytime soon with these guys!

Yum! We just tried the pretzel dogs and cinnamon pretzel bites and they were both outstanding! The hot dog had excellent flavor and the pretzel was cooked perfectly. The cinnamon pretzel bites were also perfectly cooked and the buttercream frosting complimented it perfectly. We’ll definitely be back again, and highly recommend it to all who love a good pretzel.
