we stopped by and got burgers before we went to the Ballantyne Lights. The food was so good and the service was great! our food was served quickly and was delicious. love their special sauce. will definitely be back!

Décor was odd. The burger patty was bland. The fries were excellent (the ranch pairs well), for the most part, quiet in the inside of the restaurant.

This was my first time going to this restaurant. They had delicious burgers and enjoyed both sweet potatoes fries and French fries!! I also liked their sauces a lot. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was a little expensive though.

Was craving a veggie burger and was out doing errands, so I searched for the closest place I could find. I've heard of Burger 21 before, but I've never tried it. I'm so glad I did! Placed my order and got there a few minutes before they opened. They had my order out in less than fifteen minutes, and it was delicious! Very friendly staff too ☺️

I love this place. The burgers are good and seasoned well. The fries and onions strings are a must! Place is nice and clean. Staff is friendly. This place satisfies my burger cravings for sure!

Every time I need a good burger restaurant this place has not failed to deliver. Just about everything on the menu has been a hit with me and the service I've received has been top notch. Even when I snuck in 10 minutes before closing they STILL managed to make a delicious couple of sandwiches for me and I appreciate the fact that they were able to help me when I needed some food after a long day even though it was so close to closing. I sadly only get to enjoy them when I'm in town but I try to make it a habit to visit at least once during my stays in Charlotte.

Loved this place. This was our first time visiting and the party melt was sooo good. The fries are my favorite kind. Everything was fresh and tasted really good. Probably going back for the s’mores milkshake because it looked incredible.

Incredible milkshakes. They don't make you feel gross afterwards. Has a retro-50's & modern blend anachronistic atmosphere and style that's fun to look at. The burgers themselves are delicious, and the fries are excellent too. A tad pricy for the portions, though.

Shrimp Burger was delicious. 21 Sauce was pretty good as well. Definitely recommend. Customer Service was good as well. I'll be back.

I really like the burgers here, specifically OMG Burger.The sweet potato fries are really good too. They have a good selection of milkshakes and loads of different sauces.We've been getting curbside take out recently too, ordering through the app is quick and easy and theyre really efficient at bringing out the food.The app is a little buggy when re-ordering a previous order but it is possible and saves a lot of time.

We ordered black bean burger and kids meals. It tasted really good. my kid enjoyed the cheese burger a lot. The quality of the buns , patties and veggies was really good. And tasted great.I recommend it to anyone who wants a burger.Adding, service was excellent as well ☺️☺️. Unfortunately I forgot to click pics. Next time for sure.

+best burger in Charlotte+accommodating staff+amazing for gluten free-kitchen is inconsistent with how they cook burgers. 1/5 of the time cooks smash for faster cook time which leads to dry burger.

It's not bad but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here. The sliders were on the smaller side and the fries were really salty. Everything was cooked fine and came out quick enough but for the money I would go elsewhere.

Too expensive. At these prices I might as well buy a steak. Two small burgers, a small fry and a regular soda came to $28. The food is good but not that good.

Very nice service on Friday at lunch time. The food was great, and done quickly. The place is clean and in convenient location with a big above-ground parking nearby if the one right outside is unavailable. I'll come back again.

Had the absolute best experience at Burger 21 tonight. The employees made the difference! Everyone was very friendly and happy and someone was singing in the kitchen. It was the best! Keep it up!

Love this place – never had a bad experience. Employees are always sooooo nice and knowledgable / helpful if you have any questions about the menu! When I order pick-up, they repeat the order back to you willingly and ask if you want the fries to be made now or when you get there (like where have you ever heard of that lol).Delicious food and always very speedy, pick-up or if you're eating there.Thanks for being one of the only consistent places I eat at, Burger 21!!

We were coming here to celebrate our oldest son's recital. We parked our cars and then I noticed I was parked a little crooked. While I was parking again a girl came out and put a pickup sign on my spot. So then I had to go to another spot. She was very rude to my wife and inlaws. We were there 20 mins before they even opened. I heard the food was good but your rude employee cost you our business. If the spaces are meant for mobile orders keep them there all the time, don't bring them out when someone is already parked in the spot. No need to be so rude

Great food.... way over priced. Their burgers are sold alacart so no side item included. My dbl cheese burger was $12.39 not including tax without fries...come on?? Order of fries 4.09 these were sweet potatoe fries and a large basket of them but still $4.09? And top the tasty meal off with a $6.19 shake. Dumby me I left a 10% tip for counter service. for my wife and I that was a $50.00 dollar meal. Like I said good tasting but well overpriced. :(

SO good! Always made fresh, cooked to perfection, and the friendliest staff. Their Tex Mex Haystack with Sweet Potato Fries is hands down the best burger/fry combo on this side of town.

Was looking for another burger place as beef is my favorite food. I needed a place that had a gluten free option. This place did not disappoint at all! The most delicious gluten free burger I've had in Charlotte. I've been living here for 19 years and this place did not disappoint. The cashier at the front George was awesome at helping me decide what to get and even helped me make my burger and even asked how everything was.I have found my new burger place and will definitely be coming back!

Man listen. I got the vegan burger and it was the best I ever had. Its even better than mikes vegan cookout. I will definitely go back. Too bad I think there is only one location for Burger 21. Either way, it's 5 stars and I'm a fan. Oh and I'm not even full vegan. They have regular burgers too ?

Burger was mid... burger had little flavor although the toppings tasted good and I could tell the meat was high quality. There were more onion strings on my burger than burger tho, so it was a little rough. The shake was the best and I got the chocolate hazelnut. Wasn't much shake for the price but tasted delicious. Maybe it's just me but the fries were good not great. I would go back tho! All in all the place was clean, ingredients do taste fresh, and service was very great and prompt. I might try a different burger next time. Same shake because it was amazing!!!

Burgers were fresh & tasty. Service from the cashier to the young lady who brought out our food to the manager who checked on us was excellent. Chill place, not too crowded tonight. We will revisit in the future.

Great plant based options in South Charlotte! Black bean burger was delicious, and the sweet potato fries were amazing!Little guy loved the kids burger, which was a good size for a 9yo. Teen ordered the special steakhouse burger and said it was top notch.Lots of sauce choices to suit your flavor cravings. Small detail but it can't go unsaid, they have the big straws that make Coke taste even more delicious. IYKYK!

Always have a great experience here. Food is great. All the specialty burgers are good and their sweet potato fries are thin and crispy.All the staff are always polite and the restaurant is very clean.Prices are reasonable. I recommend downloading their app to get rewards.I also like that they support the local elementary schools for spirit night.Good family friendly place to enjoy burgers, fries and milkshakes

Love this place so much, you can always count on their milkshakes for just that ice cream crave! There’s never something wrong and the sauces with fry’s are the best. Along with their service is really nice! I also like their choice of a hand station and clean bathrooms!

Well, fast food yes, it very healthy yes but everyone liked it. It was clean, food was good and the stuff were polite and service oriented. We have a bunch of picky eaters and they all would come back anytime. I might not just because of the nutritional value though.
