Burger Lounge

Food was great at good price. It looks like a good business. I expected the sitting area was cleaner and more organized. It was not a buzy night on first say of 2024 that the mess could be blamed on beeing busy. I will go there again and i recommend this place. Did i say food was great? Well, it was.

Pretty fantastic burger joint. Burgers are very tasty with a great beefy flavor. The few burger variations we've tried have all been delicious. Fries and especially the onion rings are top quality. They've got a few craft beers on tap. There's a happy hour special afternoon Monday thru Thursday. Can't wait to come back soon!

We like several of the items on the menu. We always get the keto burger and the onion rings are good. But this location seems to always mess up our order. The milk shakes are expensive and they gave us the wrong milkshakes. I had ordered custom toppings and didn't get those either. It isn't horrible but I think I'll go somewhere else next time.

Good quality of food, presentation was decent. I feel like the assembly of my burger could've used improvement. Avocado was all clumped up. Menu didn't notated the burger had thousand island dressing. So had to scrape that off. Overall was decent but nothing too special, beside the fact that it's grass-fed beef

I paid ~$21 for a Lounge Burger, large fries and a Mexican Coke. They offer a half/half onion ring/fries combo, but I'm not a fan of onion rings in general. Kinda wish I did, because the fries were a bit disappointing. Decent salt, but a bad mix of soft to soggy texture.The burger, though. Boy did that burger make it. The paddy was flavorful and well accented by the cheese. Not overpowering, but a well choreographed compliment. The juiciness made me initially miss the fact that they use wheat buns. (I usually get a real dry taste with them, but not the case here.) The tomato was sweet, but not overly and nicely matched the wheat bread buns. Didn't detract from the meat and cheese, just added to the subtle variety of flavors in a bite.While a full lunch may be on the pricey side, fully recommend experiencing at least once. Great service and quality burgers.

The front end server, Ryan was so friendly & professional. His milk shakes are amazing. I highly recommend the strawberry shake or root beer float.

Goodness this place is exceptional.First visit yesterday and it certainly won’t be the last.Fountain Drinks taste like medicine but literally everything else from the table, to the spices to the bathrooms have every detail paid attention to.

I'm not a huge fan but my kids love the french fries at this place. The price is definitely too high when measuring against value. We stopped by for french fries and they were fine, but to spend over $10 for two servings of potatoes just seems extreme.

A big winner for vegans with great burger selections! Quality ingredients goes into all their menu items. Had the plant based Lounge Burger (with added avocado and grilled jalapeños), non dairy vanilla shake and fries. Thoroughly enjoyed this classic American meal. Great char like finish on the burger although a little dry, fresh produce and great buns (too small though). Fries were crispy, not oily, nicely salted. Organic ketchup was another nice touch. Shake was good, but little too sweet for my taste. Restaurant is clean and well lit. Rave reviews from the rest of the party of 5. Definitely a tasty place I look forward going back to again and again!

Love the grass-fed burgers here and especially the keto burger bowl. Was my fist visit and we loved it. Come during happy hour, 3-5p if you can since burgers are half off! Great ample seating indoors or out.

We used to enjoy the food here. However, they no longer offer the delicious salad that used to bring us here, leaving us without that healthy option. The burgers used to be good, but tonight the meat was dry and had burnt edges; barely edible. We were charged a hefty price for what we got, plus trying to find parking was a challenge. We will not be back.

Great place for a perfectly seasoned turkey burger, which is hard to find. The patty was juicy, cooked perfect, just the right amount of seasoning to be good, not bland and not over powering or too salty, and the crisp edges are a delight. Restaurant is counter style yet the employees still come to your table after to check on you and also to help clear away plates.Restaurant was very clean, including the restroom.Staff was very friendly and professional.

Service was great. From the time we ordered until the time we got food, < 8 mins. I ordered The Husky with bacon & Avacado. Perfect cook on the burger! A great medium rare! Burger was juicy & tasty! Great beers on tap. The Amber was good but the hazy IPA was better. Onion rings, this is the ONLY reason they don't get five stars. The cooking was uneven. The first onion ring, though tasty was soft. The next two were AMAZING! Crisp, great flavor & texture. Third and fourth were good but not as crispy. Would I go back? YES! The grass-fed burgers along with the beer pairing make this a terrific place to stop for lunch or dinner.

Service was excellent and we loved our food.I got the paleo bowl which was delicious. We also shared the cinnamon date shake, fries and onion rings which we all enjoyed.There's nice outdoor seating.Parking is the only thing that can be a bit tricky.

Edit: Even dine in they mess up your order so triple check before digging in.Best burgers in town. Ordered via grubhub due to having received a gift card thru my employer. Item was left out on meal. Called and CC said she would replace whole meal. When arrived at lounge for replacement felt a little weird they had to "check" if CC left a note. They ended up making it right but it is highly not recommended to use Grubhub and order directly thru lounge. Unfortunately they also use door dash drivers therefore the risk of your meal being brought wrongly is still high.

I love this place. Their turkey burgers are amazing. They taste great and are very juicy. I also enjoy their lounge burger so delicious. They staff are always very friendly and helpful. Dara is one who definitely stands out. He is always friendly and has great customer service. He is awesome.He always has a smile on his face and is very attentive to the customer. The place is always clean and if you haven't tried this place I highly recommend it. Service great and the burgers are delicious.

The burger was okay, nothing spectacular, a bit greasier than what I like. Onion rings were soggy, in a cup and all separated.Minimum 18% tip option on the screen, which would be okay if we didn't have to wait 25ish minutes after ordering.They do serve beer which is a good thing, but the food and service isn't for me.

Really great burger joint. The burgers are very tasty, portions are just right, and you can taste the fresh ingredients. They are not greasy and feel just right. The staff is also super friendly.

As far as the burger goes, it was excellent. I had the double with fries and a drink. The thing is, this place is expensive. They don't offer a combo. So everything is a la cart. Twenty two dollars for the burger, fries, and a soft drink. The staff was friendly and polite. The restaurant was clean.

The burgers here are awesome! Great fresh beef flavor and they really try to make sure my order was gluten friendly by informing the kitchen. The gluten free buns are good too. Came here twice in a week lol ?

Really nice staff. Good fries but the burger was lacking savoryness. All visible staff were wearing masks. They had a wonderful man wiping down counters and everything the guests usually touch. The food is reasonable prices as well. Overall it was a great experience.

Savory burger, not a smash or char burger. Fish and chicken options but I haven't tried those yet.Flavorful onion rings with herbed breading. Eat the twice-fried fries before they get cold! Plenty of good dipping sauces.

Walked around the Pruneyard shopping center, and this place looked the best choice so decided to have lunch here.There was a small line to order, nothing crazy. I was tempted to get their special holiday milkshake (some kind of peppermint flavor), but unfortunately they don't make these with non-dairy option so that's out. That's fine... saves me a few hundred calories. Decided to get their lounge burger with a small side of fries.Food came fairly quickly, and it was pretty yummy. I don't eat burgers enough to be able to say if the grass-fed beef tasted better, but it was tasty nonetheless. The fries were fresh, I personally prefer McDonald's crispy fries, but these weren't bad.May visit again if I'm in this area!

The burgers are still good here, but management has bizarrely decided to try to stuff onion rings into a tiny little cup.First, the only way to do this is to completely destroy and break them all. I ordered onion rings, not "broken and busted pieces of smashed" onion rings.Second, rings used to sensibility be in a open box, now you get 1/2 what you got before. I'm nkt interested in payong a dollar per onion ring, especially not smushed and smashed up.Whomever decided that shoving those rings into a cup acceptable, should be fired.Next? The rings were just dripping with grease, as if the fryer was too cold, and the grease was clearly not the newest.For these prices, I expect better.Customer service was excellent.I doubt I will return, old grease and smashed food are not what I am paying for.(I suspect they are not profitable, but this will only make things worse...)

I’ve lost count how many times I’ve been here because I cannot get enough of this place. The food, 5 stars. The quality, 5 stars. The service, 5 stars. The options, 5 stars. Everything is exceptional. Their gluten free bread is amazing. Their vegan options are great. My girls love this place and it is always our go to. Don’t think twice about coming here you will not be disappointed. I love this place. Their customer service is consistently amazing. Thsnk you Burger Lounge staff!!

Love coming here! The workers are so nice, and even more attentive then some sit down fancy restaurants. I had the "Son of a butcher" which was sooo good. We also tried the "Truffle burger" and that one was even better! (It's the one the arrow is pointing towards) It's only for a limited time so get it now. Last note, get the cold brew milkshake! I wasn't to sure about it but I loved it!

A little pricey for what is essentially a fast food experience (order at the counter & have your food delivered to the table). I ordered their standard burger, which was well made with fresh ingredients. The bun they use, though, is not robust enough for all the toppings. By the time I was half way through, it was a sodden, unruly mess. The "nice little side salad" is a great alternative to fries or onion rings. The dressing with it was a thick paste, green and gooey.

The fries and onion rings were good. They were crispy and tasty. But, the burger was dry, dry. It was cooked to well done. I should have listened to the counter, when he said to ask for it medium, but he said medium well was how they cook it, so I ordered it how they make it, how bad could it be? Not juicy at all, very dry, very firm, bottom bun was soggy, It is up there with some of the worst burgers I've had, but I was hungry so I ate it anyway. I spent $16 on a fries/onion rings 50/50 pretty good, $10 on a forgettable burger. Will I go back, maybe to try their milkshakes, not for a burger though.

Delicious lunch & top notch service! I went on Meatless Monday, got free fries with my amazing veggie burger ? 3 different staff members came to check on me in the period of my 45 minute meal. Everything came out hot... Would go back!

If you have dietary restrictions and want a GOOD burger, this is THE place to go. The vegan cheese is actually melted and tastes good (IMO). I often crave Burger Lounge!
