Mo's Campbell

Near empty mid-afternoon Sunday. 1 or 2 tables occupied. Plenty of staff. I stood at the door/kiosk waiting to be seated. I wasn't even acknowledged. The waitress directly to my left was visiting with patrons. After 5 minutes I finally went to the kitchen counter and asked if I should seat myself. I would have left but I was waiting for a friend. I had to request menus, water, beverages, to order, and the check. It was 20+ minutes before we received our beverages. Our server tried to leave w/out taking our order, but I stopped him. I wanted to leave but my friend was too embarrassed to do so (whatever). The only saving grace was the delicious burger. Seriously some of the worst service I have never received. The place was damn near empty and the staff just stood around talking and joking with each other. NEVER again!

I ordered a Chinese salad. It comes with both grilled chicken chunks and grilled marinated shrimp on a bed of crunchy greens with peanuts and wonton pieces. I loved the bright Asian flavored dressing. No complaints here and I'd order this again any day.

Dead, dead, dead atmosphere! Hamburger was a cylindrical patty that looked like it was made with one of those old fashioned Tupperware hamburger makers. Too thick, and undercooked. Bun was too thin for the greasy mess and fell apart. Uneatable. Very disappointing good, but staff was nice.

Food was good & served quickly for our lg party. Karla & Bella were the best! The hostess seemed annoyed & overwhelmed with her job. Overall good dine in experience bc of the wait staff.

Food was ok but service was horrible. I understand they're busy and probably understaffed, however, they completely forgot about our table. Took them 30+ minutes to acknowledge us after getting seated. Our food was cold when it arrived and getting our server's attention was almost impossible.

I gave it a 3 star for the waitress who provided great service. However food was not good at all. Unfortunately, menu changed, but not for the best. Did not have a good selection for kids either...That's too bad. Used to be my go to, but not anymore. Definitely not a place I'll ever crave again.

We live 8 minutes from Campbell so we go very often, we like to have lunch and stay for the afternoon and work online. This summer we went many times and discovered Mo's: the service is very attentive and friendly, specially Melvin, my hubby forgot his credit card after we pay, so he look for us on the street until he find us and return the card. The menu has many options: On our first visit I ordered the asian chicken salad with grilled chicken breast and noodles topped with peanuts. and my husband the american classic hamburger. Second visit I ordered The frenchy: Caramelized onions, arugula and creamy brie cheese, served on a brioche bun slathered with mayo / dijonaise spread. Oh la la =)The third time's the charm: the big surprise was the hangover hamburger: topped with cheddar cheese, bacon, canadian bacon or chorizo, mayo and an egg. Served with a side of hash browns. Soooo yummy.The terrace is a favorite place for young and noisy people, many with dogs, but this is part of the charm of the place. I highly recommend Mo's for a fun experience with good food.Very important: Bottomless Mimosas $15 ?Update : Today we went for lunch ? I choose the Cobb Like No Other Salad ? and my hubby the Hangover Hamburger ? Excellent both ?

Eh, place is always super packed & wait time is rediculous. Service is not that great as it is, and their menu is very limited. I guess if you just want to go have mimosas & wait 2+hrs this is the place?

Came for Easter brunch with group of 4 families lots of kids. It was very nice service was perfect considering the holidays rush. The food was creative and yummy. I had eggs Benedict with a twist the girls loved it as well.

Great place to get brunch! Got some bottomless mimosas for $15 per person and it was definitely worth it. To eat I tried the tomato soup with grilled cheese sandwich. It was delicious especially when I dipped the sandwich into the soup. Definitely going back for brunch again.

This was my first visit to Mo's in my old home town of Campbell, California, and let me tell you, it was a great experience from start to finish! Pleasant atmosphere, superb service, and fantastic food for the soul. Head on over to downtown Campbell, and go see for yourself. You'll be glad you did!

Not bad, but nothing to rave about either. The service was excellent in spite of it being a very busy time on a Saturday, and the food was fine if not a bit bland, but the vibe was just somehow off... like without being told to leave, we got the feeling it was time to leave before we were finished eating. Maybe that's just us, but that's how it felt nonetheless.

It was a very nice and quaint experience. It was not busy at all when we went. The service was very nice. The food was great, the burger and boneless wings were really amazing. The Benedict was good, a salty, they give two pieces of ham which may be why but overall everything was great!

The food is quite good. Their burgers are tasty and not overcooked like many other places, and other items are also good. They have interesting (ie out of the norm) combinations. Their breakfast/brunch selection is creative and tasting good. Their staff is also very courteous and friendly. I had a couple of bad experience in the past with some managers being rude compared to the wait staff, but lately it has changed for the better. Service is still hit or miss, you could be waiting 20 min before anyone acknowledges you, or you could get fast and attentive service

Wish they had a better menu and a better manager. We left Marco a tip on the table and he picked it up counted it and threw it back on the table then said I'll need a better tip if you want another mimosa...(they're bottomless mimosas btw) very rude unfortunately.

Sad to say this place has gone downhill. Used to love this place before we moved a few years ago.We were visiting and were excited to visit again... But the presentation, taste, and service seemed to have dropped off. This went from a must do to a can't recommend.Maybe we just got a bad batch. But the Nutella french toast, Apricot French toast, and Cluckin Waffles were all half the quality expected.

Experience - We made a reservation same week for a Saturday at 12:30pm Brunch for a party of 9. Four of us arrived early but we were told by a man we could not be seated without the rest of the party and would lose our reservation if the whole party was not ready to be seated ten minutes after the reservation. The rest of party was absolutely not going to there for longer than that. Went back to ask to just go ahead and add us to the list which the girl at the front said she really wanted to seat us and she was going to see what she wanted to do. This girl talked to the same man I had talked to and they agreed to seat us but our two hour clock would start ticking. We said that is perfectly fine. Super appreciative they sat us when they shouldn’t my have! After being seated service was initially slow because this place is PACKED for brunch on Saturdays. I observed several large parties amongst their many normal sized tables. Mo’s offered bottomless mimosas for $17. Everyone at the table ordered one. Drinks took a while to make it to the table because the restaurant had ran out of glasses and had to collect unused cups and sanitize them for new use. One guy in my group ended up with a 12oz mason jar. Hilarious.Food - so so. I’m vegan and the menu was not very vegan friendly so I ended up ordered the prosciutto + fig avocado toast with NO prosciutto and NO Parmesan. I ended up with some pretty boring overpriced toast quite frankly. The bread they use isn’t special. I also ordered Mo’s country style potatoes which were super seasoned! These had a nice texture. Crispy and soft. Should have ordered five sides of country potatoes. You can never go wrong with fried or roasted salty potatoes. (Please, consult with your doctor before mass consuming Salty oily potatoes. Known to cause health risks in many.)

It takes a lot of not so good for me to give a 3-star rating. I hadn't been to Mo's in awhile and won't be going back.I visited for brunch and was on the early side so the restaurant was not busy. Sadly, the food was subpar and the staff gave me the impression that they didn't care if I was there or not.

Food was pretty good, it just lacks sauces (for the Chicken sandwich a sauce would make it golden). Service was pretty good, needs more friendly and energized waitress/es. Overall I would give this place a 7.5 out of 10.

It is the second time that I visit this place and both times they make mistakes with the dishes or something they do not send it as requested, apart from that one of our dishes arrived when we had all finished eating and not according to the bill there were two more meals aggregates that no one had consumed or ordered. I always recommend checking your account before paying.The taste of the food is not bad, it's okay, but these things do not speak well of the place at all.For my part, I won't come back.Inside the place it is too crowded and outside it is very cold, their chairs are metallic and several of their heaters do not work.

The Sriracha cheese melt is absolutely delicious! It's not too spicy either. This is going to be my new go to Mo's meal. The service was also amazing! We sat outside with our dog and the server brought him some water. She was so thoughtful and helpful. Amazing dining experience!

Servers walk around ignoring you, took 15 minutes for a server to notice me, there was another lady as well who was sitting in a table in front of me, and no one even acknowledge her as well.Need a manager to teach the team how to work in sections, and be focused. Host was walking around, not informing servers of tables sat, really poor experience

Wonderful restaurant with food that is just… ok. Came for a brunch mid week because it’s PACKED here on the weekends. I usually give places like this 3 stars, but the staff was very attentive and friendly, the atmosphere was really nice eating outside, and they were very k-9 friendly. I just wish the food tasted better!

I met my sister on a Tuesday morning at about 9:30 AM. We were greeted quickly, and sat outside, they had the heaters going on the patio. After we were seated, the drinks came fairly quickly but after that EVERYTHING was painfully slow. They never checked if we wanted more coffee or mimosas (we had to flag them down). If it wasn't for the food being good I would have left one star due to the service. We sat close to the front door, we could see everything inside (only one other patron inside for a good hour) they were not busy at all. Took awhile to get the check and even longer for them to collect. Once he/she did that, we watched them run our card then promptly take everything somewhere else. We had to ask for our cards to be returned. My cheddar bacon tater-tot waffle (that was definitely 5 stars)
