Armadillo Willy's Texas BBQ

The brisket was dry and the seasoning was bland. The smoke was good. The pork ribs were dry as well. The seasoning was okay and the smoke was good. It seemed as though the brisket may have been sitting out for a while and could explain why the meat was so dry. The atmosphere was good, and the service was very good as well. The BBQ sauces were good.

It was so yummy that I forgot to take pictures. The pulled pork is tender and flavorful, the tater tots were crisped to perfection and the cornbread muffin was sweet and tasty. Had to get a brownie for the road.

Great BBQ food. Soft and delicious corn bread. A must have. Dinning area gets crowded and was a bit of a wait for food but definitely satisfying and yummy.

I have eaten here twice, usually St. John's is my go-to place for amazing burgers, but they haven't been too good the last couple of times.I had an ultimate burger with steak fries and oh my, this was soooo good!

Their brisket sandwich or plate is really fine. We lunch here when the urge for Barbecue arises. Fast service and reasonable prices.

My brother was craving a burger so we headed to Armadillo Willy's. They have a nice selection of BBQ ribs and meat but their burgers are done well and tasty. We chose garlic fries for $1 extra and a side of onion rings. We found an open table, picked up our sauces and drinks and waited for a text for pick up. The burger was pretty large so we split the meal. It was juicy and fries and onion rings were crispy. Service is nice, if you have leftovers, you can request a box at pick up counter.

Great sports bar where you can watch European soccer. Was crowded when we arrived, but only 2 tables were watching the game, so be aware of many other customers who may not be happy about the game 😅 the dishes were ok, tried Texas brisket which is cooked for 18 hours. The portion was really really tiny, but the price was quite expensive. Bottomline: the place is good for watching game but too expensive for the provided meals.

The BBQ is good, but it's a bit pricey. The sides aren't worth the price, in my opinion, so I'd recommend forgoing the plates and just getting a tasty full rack of ribs for the best value.

Decent barbecue restaurant in Sunnyvale that has a country Texas atmosphere, great meats and sides, beer, and ample seating. You order food at the counter and then wait to be called. The food style is typical of a Texas barbecue and many of the entrees have a barbecue base which I would describe as a sweet, smoky, and spicy mix. They have dipping sauces for the food, plenty of hot sauces that will test your pain level, and an impressive amount of side dishes.The meals here are usually meat based plates such as ribs or sausage. They also have burgers such as pulled pork and other selections. I would say the food here is pretty good (if not just a tad bit dry), but still worth a visit!Parking is abundant since this is a large shared parking lot. Access is easy because it’s right next to el Camino. There is limited outdoor seating.
