A top tier burger here in San Jose. Reminds me of what Burger King used to taste like way back in the day when their quality used to be good. If you like burgers that have a home cooked taste, you’ll love this place. I also really appreciate the DIY toppings and sauces bar. Don’t sleep on their fries. I usually don’t like fries since most places don’t do it right. But this place is great. Perfectly crispy, hot, and salted.

Juicy burger was too expensive for what it was. I paid around 40$ for two burgers, two order of onions rings and thats without drinks. The First red flag was the cook messed up our order. I order a bacon burger without cheese and they Blantenly ignored it. The lady chef had the audacity to say " just scrap it off" 😒. Second red flags was the burger itself, the bacon was definitely microwaved. It just had two thin strips of bacon, crazy. On a positive note the onion rings were delicious and the meat was fresh to order. I wish them the best.

Well all i can say is food was ok. Do not read there door instructions. Now they only accept cc for payment and expect a grautuie. Clean in side. No ?. Have.carrot sticks, and peppers still.

I doubt these guys will stay in business for too long. Regular fast food, just very overpriced.If you have such prices try to provide something special. For example French fries made of fresh potato would attract people without affecting your expenses too much.I'm picky about bread and bread is two starts out of 10.I visited them once. It was a last time for me.I can be wrong evaluating them low. Try it yourself.

Not the best burger you'll have and it's below in n out and 5 guys in meat quality but it's pretty good. Lots of customization available. Sides like the fries and onion rings are excellent. Price is a little expensive, everything is a couple dollars more than I think it should be. Small fries costing $4 is a lot and the portion isn't anything special. Their other items like the steak sandwich are actually more impressive than the burger. It's a solid place for a burger but far from the best. I only come a couple times a year but anyone could find something they enjoy on the menu.

I decided to stop by today for lunch for the firs time. The person taking the order was friendly. After cooking the patty well done you can choose the veggies to go with your burger. I will stop by again next month for another burger and fries.

The new business' owner downgraded the reputation this place had. Now it has become an average hamburger choice. Kalamata olives were replaced by black olives ??. I understand that due to the covid-19 the extra ingredients are handled by one clerk but they never ask you if the quality served is ok to you.

Cheeseburger was cooked as requested and fries cooked after being ordered. Also vegetables were fresh and kept on ice before being placed on burger. Recommend Juicy Burger

You know, I have to say that this little burger spot is really good. I’ve tried their Hamburgers, their steak sandwich’s and their grilled chicken burger over the years and all of it is good, plus they ask how you want your beef patty cooked. Also, their steak fries are good and as well as their onion rings. The best part of the hamburger is that they grill the meat, not fry it and then you get to pick what you want inside of the burger. So if you ever want to try a good tasking burger, check out Juicy Burger, I’m sure you’ll enjoy it!!!

The food was good, but much smaller than when I had it before. I went here with some friends, and they got our order wrong. The new owners need to train their staff better.

They changed. I moved out of state and came back today and it's changed so much. They don't let you put on your own toppings, which made them unique in my opinion. Now you tell them what you want on it so that personalized touch to your burger is out the window. Also burgers are a bit smaller than before and prices a alot higher. Darn these times!

The burger was pretty good but the two youngladies running the place could sure use some better listening skills as well as cleanliness. The one younglady performed several task with the same plastic gloves on, then proceeded to process food and take more orders when the couple/ gentleman before us had to insist that she changed her gloves before continuing to handle his food. Next, the other younglady proceeded to prepare our food the way she wanted to do it even after she enquired on how we would like it prepared... and to top it off, they didn't even give my co-worker his entire order after it was paid for. Found out after we made it back to the shop. ?

DO NOT BUY CHICKEN HERE. All of the chicken sold here is frozen and served cold. The chicken will be so cold your cheese won't melt to it. Also it will be severely freezer burnt. I like their burgers but if they have to sell chicken sandwiches for $11 each then they need to use not precooked over sized chicken nuggets. Basically microwave food at restaurant price. If they have to serve this chicken then at minimum please heat it up enough to be edible.

Went here today for the first time ever. We were just craving a simple burger. My wife had the junior cheeseburger (1/4 pounder) with grilled onions and mushrooms and I hade the mega (3/4 pound burger) cheeseburger and Curley fries. It was really good. Cooked to order, medium and really good beef and the bun was nice and fresh too.

You can spend more -but, You can’t find a better burger. Prepared as You wish and followed by a fabulous fresh condiment bar. Forget 5 Guys or In-n-Out. Get Juicy ~

What every burger place should beUnfortunately there is only one of these gems left in the area. I can’t imagine why! The burgers are hands down the best anywhere. Juicy ,fresh,Customizable and fair prizesMine is the super juicy medium rare with cheeseThen I add mayo, mustard and A1sauceOnion ,tomato, lettuce, jalapeño then pickle, carrots and celery on the side with a mountain of fries, if left to my devices I’d go every day but I gotta display self control and only go once a week.

We got there 5 mins before they closed and didn't refuse to service us. They even let us eat inside! Such great customer service! My burger was juicy and yummy! I also liked that we can pick our toppings!

This is the first time that I've been to the one on Blossom Hill Road but there was one on Bascom the only difference is there a little bit expensive but they make your hamburger right there on the grill you fix up your own Burger and there waffle fries that give you a lot of waffle bright and they're very good I recommend that

Was in the neighborhood and was craving a cheese burger so I stopped by Juicy Burger for the first time. The name speaks for itself!Everything is made to order so it's fresh. I ordered the 1/3 lb cheeseburger with a side of onion rings, which came out to $14.84.After my order was ready in about 10 mins, they have it set up where the customer places all the condiments/ toppings themselves.Wow, it was delicious. I ordered it well done and it was perfect. The onion rings were so crunchy and tender! Great neighborhood find! I'll be returning again.

Love this place! The burgers are just what they claim to be. Juicy! What I like the best are all the fixin's. They have everything laid out and you put what you want on your burger. Plus they even have fresh celery sticks, carrot sticks and black olives that you can dunk in Ranch dressing and are delicious! Also, the servings of french fries are humongous. The onion rings are great too.

They've got pretty good hamburgers (a step above most fast food) real onion rings, and a toppings bar for lettuce, tomatoes, onion, pickles, etc. . I'm not usually there at peak lunch time; off-peak it's rarely crowded.

I really wish there were half stars as I'd give this place a 4.5. The store is easy to see from the street but parking can be a little lackluster as it shares a small lot with 3 other businesses. Inside, it was clean and simple. Nothing extravagant. A good number of tables and chairs, and a station to both throw your food away, put away your trays and get your napkins, straws, etc. The menu was pretty standard, a variety of burgers, fries and to my surprise hot dogs. The burgers are cooked to order, and are served "plain". Once you receive your burger you are given control of your toppings. Shredded Lettuce, romaine, mustard, ketchup, BBQ sauce, tomatoes, pickles, you name it. There were even toppings for the aforementioned hot dogs. After you've built your burger, it is time to out the beef to the test. I found my burger to live up quite well to the juicy moniker. It was delicious and the cheese was great as well. I'm sure it was real cheese and not the fake stuff you find on fast food burgers.I did also get the fries, but they were nothing to write home about. All in all you can expect a great burger from Juicy Burger at a price that is a couple dollars more per person than you would at most fast food spots. Definitely give this place a try if you're a fan of burgers.

Hands down one of the burgers and grilled chicken sandwhiches (marinated chicken sandwich on the menu) in San Jose. They have a lot of fry options with curly fries and regular fries both being top notch. Indoor and outdoor seating with the outdoor seating being dog friendly.

It was good but it has changed since the last time I was there a few years ago. The meat isn't as tasty as it used to be. Still better than fast food but not the best burger. Very nice, efficient staff though. They were a 5.

After they changed ownership and managers, the quality of the onion rings and zucchini dropped, creating a lesser eating experience. At least the cook is still the same so the quality of the burgers is consistent. So months later, we tried again. They finally figured out how to do the sides. All are made properly now. We enjoyed eating here again and will be back.

I love this place! Their burgers are great, thick and juicy! I also recently had the turkey burger and it was actually really flavorful and juicy. It's nice because you get to customize your burger yourself, which I appreciate. They grill your burger to order and once it's done you can choose from a variety of toppings and make your burger yourself. I also love their waffle fries, a must in my opinion. The service is always friendly and it is very reasonable priced. Lucky for me it is right around the corner from my house!

A great burger cooked in front of you with fresh toppings and condiments that you choose yourself. I love condiments so that's a major plus. Sides are always super yummy. I love breaded zucchini
