Westend Burger Bar

I went here this afternoon with my two kids and had the best experience. Not only did they cater to one of my picky eaters without a blink of an eye but the food was delicious!! Rebecca was a doll and was extremely nice and helpful. Son got a chicken sandwich and my daughter and I decided to be adventurous. I got the Salmon and she got the Lamb and we halved both. We both enjoyed both burgers. We will for sure be making another trip!!

Great service. Our server Reka was super friendly. Our cook, TB made fantastic food that we all agreed was great. The option to get 2 smaller burgers with different kinds of meat was way more fun than just getting one. I will definitely go again if I ever visit Dallas again.

First time here in Dallas and was craving good food! BurgerIM did not disappoint y'all! Their chicken sandwiches are delicious and juicy! Their sweet potato fries are where it's at- the best!! This place was amazing, definitely my go to spot now whenever I'm down here again :)

This place is PHENOMENAL. They will make sure your order is perfect and do it with a smile.Please be patient as they are not your typical fast food place. I enjoyed my meal so much I had to go a 2nd time in the 3 days I was there.Grab a drink, place your order, enjoy the food then walk it off in the West End.

First time visiting Burgerim Downtown and I had a wonderful experience.. good burgers, fries and drinks.. friendly service from Shay she was very knowledgeable and attentive when I needed help.. I know sounds simple but I’m picky lol.. She took her time tended to others and still provided excellent service to me. Thanks Shay!. Will dine again!

The burgers were good. The staff was very helpful and attentive even though they seemed a little short staffed. Mostly outdoor seating which was nice on a beautiful evening, there are a few indoor seats and takeout available. Overall a positive experience.

The restaurant is decorated nicely (with a nice vibe), and they have friendly service. Also, their dry-aged beef burger is soooo delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant!

They were very polite and very fast. Good food as well as one might expect from such an establishment as the one of which I am now writing a review for. One must ask themselves if they are worthy of such food and honorable treatment as is provided at Burgers IM. If the answer is a yes, then you MUST try this place it’s good btw.

I was pleased the first time I came to place.The taste of the burger and fries surpassed other well known places and I thought of becoming a repeat customer. The second time I came with my cousin.We bought our food and decided to wait outside for out orders. The food was brought out to us in a reasonable time. But I go back into the restaurant to wash my hands and asked by some guy typing on his laptop in the corner of the dining area ,asked me."Where was I going?". I told him I was going to the bathroom to wash my hands. The cashier that took my order and the cook that guy that i ordered some food. I was allowed to proceed to use the restroom without any apology from him. I assumed that he was either the owner or the manager of this place.I don't know what his deal was. To put his mind at peace,I won't be back. Being a stroke victim must've weirder him out.

I love Wing Wednesday, the sweet potato fries ? and the Salmon burger ? The bartender is great and knows how to make any drink you name or could whip something up that will make you enjoy your night. I really love this place to just kick it, relax and enjoy the nice vibe ?

Had the best burger I've had in a very long time. Lamb. That's unusual for me to pick, because I don't like lamb as well as beef, but I was hunkering for a little variety. That patty was perfect. None of the gaminess you sometimes get with lamb, and perfectly cooked over a flame - well done but dripping juicy and perfectly seasoned. The Tzatziki was beautifully done and just the right amount to enhance the flavor of the patty without overwhelming it. The spinach was so fresh it might have been picked while they were flame broiling the patty. I could go on and on but you get the idea. Bottom line, if I'm having a burger in downtown Dallas, this is my place.

I just moved to the west end and tried out this place tonight. Food is great and the people are awesome. I met Reka(GM), and she was great to talk with. Told me about all the great food options and the story of the place. I will be coming back here a lot! They seem to do a lot of charity stuff as well, so you need to support!

Had the salmon burger cabbage pineapple slice. Perfect one of the hardest to make and the chef didn't disappoint, just the right amount of moisture not to dry or wet.

coming from a wisconsinite, BurgerIM, had very nice workers, and the food… don’t get my wisconsin food brain started, these burgers and fries were enlightening. i have transcended from this food. i also ordered a shake and haven’t even tried it yet but i know it is going to be some of the best handmade shakes i will have consumed.Recommend to anyone in the area - very good!update - drank my shake and experienced a new awakening life

We wanted to get a bite to eat before heading to American Airlines Center for our concert, and let me tell you, we were not disappointed. Our burgers were delicious and the service was GREAT! Ricka was super friendly and attentive. When in Dallas, we will be making our way back to Westend Burgers!

Really, really good burger! Interesting and varied menu. Love the “slider” option. Fries were standard but were tasty and crisp, as they should be. Prices very reasonable. Back and outside of the shop could use a little tidying to feel a bit more sophisticated, but if you stay in the front of the shop you’re good to go. Overall super yummy; would definitely eat again!

Delicious burgers for a decent price with a good selection to choose from - they even have a salmon burger. Front staff are quite friendly and the food came rather quickly. Seating is a bit cramped however unless you go outdoors - mostly just barstools and two tops inside.
