I used to come to Griff's a lot many years ago and I am happy to see that they updated the building to improve the experience.

The drinks had no syrup just carbonation. They. Window service would just barely hand the food to you.Not impressed with this bunch.

I never knew that Griff's had chicken fried steak sandwiches. I have only been getting the BBQ chopped beef sandwich.The steak sandwiches are the best I've ever had.

It's an amazing burger restaurant. Old but classy with a great atmosphere and service. Takes around 5-10 mins waiting for food, but overall, great food.

Cleaner than the Lancaster location the the was good and the staff was quite nice and helpful. But the Lancaster location is much closer.

Great little joint. It’s really livened up after the renovation. It’s got a nice at home feel. The burgers are nice on the tongue and he wallet.

Haven't been to Griff's in idk how long the service was friendly an up beat they helped with the menu an everything . The establishment was very clean

I ordered a #4 burger. I didn't ask for much other than no onions and add extra pickles. I get my burger and it only has pickles. No tomatoes, no lettuce.I feel like my order wasn't really that hard.I might try again. Depends on how hungry I am and where I'm at. Definitely won't go out of my way to try again.

I grew up eating Griff's in San Antonio, Texas. What a surprise when I was visiting Fort Worth and it appeared on Google maps! The burger was just as I remember, big and filling. The edges of the meats were a bit charred, but in all a good burger. I liked that you could select fries, tators, or onion rings. The taters were delish!! I did have to wait for my meal. The place was packed for a Sunday evening, but it looked like somewhere to gather. It was nice!

I have been going to this griffs since i was a kid.then it was 35 cents for a burger... The place burned a few years ago but they are up and running now. The burgers arejust as good !!! GREAT PLACE TO EAT!

I suppose that Griff's is a sort of local institution around here. They went through a major remodel a few years back, and the building is nice, but basic. The burger and fries were the same. Nothing spectacular. Honestly, I was hoping for more. I will say that I was glad to be able to eat the burger without a mess, like other places. I'm glad I tried it though, and it was not expensive.

This is a local favorite from when I used to live down the street from this location. As I was traveling from downtown Fort Worth up 121, I thought of Griff's and immediately got off at Haltom Rd. for another taste. Everything was great. Fries were standard, but this is not the reason you go to Griff's. I got. Double with cheese and bacon. It was the best burger I've had all year. Yes, Griff's burger is better than in-and-out, Steak-n-Shske, Jack in the Box, or any other place I've been recently. I'm not sure I would go as far as to say it is better than Whataburger, though. I place these two at equal. But slightly different. You can tell WhataBurger patties are pre-formed and frozen for shipping, but they are hefty and don't lose size too much when they cook them. However, griff's are made from fresh ground beef on-site. Not from a frozen block. You can tell because the edges are not perfect and tapered off/beveled. Also, it's slightly cooked unevenly. This, to me, sounds of freshness, and it tastes that way too. This is as close to my own burger at home, as you can get. Fresh, made to order, down home taste, and not too expensive either. I do wish there were more locations out my way in Plano. BUT, I'm kind of talking my way into going there after work tonight, if I'm going to be heading out there. Anyway, if you're looking for a true, real, slightly greesy (but not to touch), handmade, fresh beef burger... GRIFF'S is the place to go. (If you can find one, even remotely close, it's worth it). Food is good and tasty and used to be nice time but recently i cant quite put my finger on if its staffs attitude or customer service but it has been on decline. Tonight is probably the last griff’s run for us. Paid extra for bacon and this is their sad excuse. Added bonus seems almost impossible to get a milkshake from them. Its always “were out of milk” just like McDonald’s “our ice cream is broke”If it wasn’t for food being decent it would be 1 star.

Amazing burgers! Cheap prices too. Been going here for years and the quality is awesome! The building is older.(UPDATE) The building has undergone a complete renovation and it looks amazing.

The service was great. It's the first time I have been there since it was remodeled. I wasn't impressed the cheeseburger and bun was cold, but the fries were good and hot.

Ive beem to the ones in dallas and in irving and i have to say this was the best the people where friendly and it was fast and omg it was hot not like in Irving where the people are rude and give cold old food

For the second time, the burgers were mislabeled and they were not even what I ordered. I ordered onion rings and got floppy fries, my large Dr. Pepper was a small. They are not the same and definitely not what it costs to eat there.

The restaurant was clean. The staff was very friendly. The food was ready quickly.BUT... I expected the greasy burger. It wasn't. It was a good burger. It's just not like the good old paper soaking burger. But it was good.

The best, i love griffs, i got a Giant Hamburger combo, it comes with 2 meats and the drink is big too, and its all only for $8The fries are always good and not salty, just right. I think its worth it. I ordered and got my food in total of 4 minutes . They are fast and your food is good and warm. And also they dont forget the napkins or ketchup, you dont even have to ask for it they put it in the bag.I think griffs is underrated and should be more popular then it is.Perfect Serviceee ✅Highly Recommend

Update:Had a great meal yesterday, with very good service. I'd like to mention that there was a very notthe young man working there who was very helpful. He noticed my limited ability to move and took the time to help me get settled and get drinks to my table. I appreciated that.Also, great 80s songs were playing. Really took me back. I'll have to visit more often!Original review:Excellent, old-school burger joint.I've been a fan of Griff's for decades. They provide reliable, yummy, made-to-order fast food.Cheeseburgers are my favorite, with a side of appropriately greasy French fries, plus a Dr Pepper to wash it down.Service is fast, efficient, and friendly.A recent remodel of this location (overdue, to be honest) has created an appealing place to savor the meal.See you there!

Good burger and fries. However, the burger was clearly slapped together. One of the patties was hanging half way out which caused half the cheese to be melted to the wrapper. Disappointing but good

Shout out to Griff's! Yes, they have equipment break, and are experiencing supply shortages like everyone else, but they still made my experience great. I asked for no bun for my burger, and they did just that. Also put it in a container so the cheese didn't stick, mustard on the side so it didn't make a mess, and gave me a fork because they knew I would need it. It's the little things guys. I have never had a wrong order here, and everyone is always super friendly.

The location has been around for a long time and is loved by many. My wife loves them. I found the burgers to be just so-so. The burger I had tasted like school cafeteria burgers to me. I have been twice over the course of 20 years and both visits were the same experience. They are certainly far and above the McDonalds down the road. The service is slow. The staff is friendly.

First time trying Griffs and I am glad that we did. The burgers remind me of homemade burgers and the fries are delicious. Going back again really soon for the experience. May add photos if the foodcan sit long enough.

I love coming to this place whenever I'm in Fort Worth. The staff is always so friendly. This trip Teresa was beyond helpful! The food is always cooked fresh to order. I particularly love their fries and the magical toast they get on buns.

I went to Griff's to get some kid's meal's cheeseburger's it would be nice to have the cheese melted and the burger's hot. I 've always loved this place and go there a lot but please work on that.

Went on a Saturday night, they where super busy, we hit the drive through, the awesome thing about these guys is their consistency, their burgers are on point everytime, keep up the good work guys and we’ll see y’all again in a month
