A little Meh in terms of atmosphere but good for families. The burgers were good not amazing. The vegetables were perfection. Good beer selection but not a descriptive menu of them

Love the crust not too thin not to thick and nice and crunchy. Good tangy sauce and the cheese is flavourful. Friendly staff and good service. The pizza takes a little longer to cook but...

Excellent Benedicts—the California (bacon ? ?) complemented an outstanding Hollandaise. Thank you, too, for the recommendation of Capitola Beach and on-point life advice: being kind and living wild are compatible ?

Incredible! This café serves the most amazing coffee and pastries. The aroma alone is enough to draw you in. The baristas are skilled and friendly, making the experience even better. The ambiance is cozy and perfect for catching up with friends or getting work done. Don't miss out on this little café!

This is such a beautiful little restaurant with charming setting. The food was absolutely perfect and the service was great. It’s definitely a place we’ll be back to when we come to town.

My partner and I enjoy the vegetarian breakfast burrito and the yogurt parfait! My partner especially appreciates restaurants with vegetarian / vegan options for a savory breakfast. Patio seating is wonderful and the heaters keep it warm even on chilly mornings.

Very good- we are from out of town and picked this place for breakfast. Good food , ample portions and friendly service. Decor was also inviting.

Food was still good, but we had to wait for more than 45 minutes for our food. Their excuse as that they got a big DoorDash order, but that of course did not make us feel more appreciated.

First time I have been to Belltower since the Pandemic. It used to be a great place to eat. I had the Pesto Chicken Panni. It was so awful tasting I couldn't eat it. With my sandwich basically untouched. the manager asked me how my meal was and then walked away before I could answer. Surprising! A waitress who I saw for the first time when she brought the bill asked if I wanted to take it home and I told her "No way" and started to explain when she walked away before I could say anything. She didn't ask if I had a problem. Just took my credit card.I will no longer recommend Bell Tower Cafe to my friends as I have done over the years.I'm giving two stars instead of one because my wife's sandwich wasn't awful.

Absolutely mediocre sandwich and panini.Sandwich bread was slightly burnt and stale. The panini bread had a weirdly soggy cornbread texture.Very disappointing, because the photos looked great.

Great food and atmosphere, but the wait was too long - it was almost an hour since I walked in until my order arrived

Phenomenal! We had the big burrito, churro waffles, and carnitas Benedict. Prices are reasonable, the atmosphere is fun, fur babies are welcome, and the flavors are amazing.

This is a Japanese review. I came to Saratoga for the first time and came to Bell Tower Cafe. I asked for Bell tower RAN?, which seems to be a morning set, and House salad. Both were delicious. The atmosphere was cozy and the staff were friendly. It is a wonderful cafe that I would like to introduce to someone and want to come again. it's recommended.

Decent brunch spot with variety of options from breakfast items to sandwiches. Food itself is ok, nothing special. The half sandwich & salad option is a good deal for $14. Would recommend avoiding the chicken and waffles - it was 3 chicken tenders (looked like ones you can get frozen) on top of a waffle which was also meh.

Such a cute café, love the ambiance here. They have a really nice, large outdoor patio too. The best item we ordered was the churro waffle.. Wow it was amazingly good! Santa Cruz crepe was okay, too small, I don't think I would order it again. My friend ordered the Mexican omelette, he said it was really good, it looked delicious!

This place was my favorite for brunch I really was enjoying it. The food ? was great. The viggie omelette is the best with the orange juice. I have been there last time different experience : bread ? is not that crispy and the omelette changed to be less tasty ? the mashed potatoes ? was dry. Anyways I hope this will be better for my next time. I feel bad and disappointed. The service is still good ? and I highly recommend this place.

This was our first time here, and unfortunately we were very disappointed. We ordered a French onion soup, chicken pesto panini and the all meat omelette, as well as the peach guava mimosa. The soup was just ok and the mimosa didn't really have a distinct flavor of either peach or guava (was not very refreshing either), but that's not the main reason why I'm writing. The chicken panini was really awful. The bread seemed like they had pressed stale bread. It was not flavorful and it was dry, which I think is quite difficult to do on a panini considering there are a lot of oils from the pesto. The chicken was extremely dry and the whole sandwich was flavorless. Half the sandwich was also missing the red bell peppers. I ended up ordering more pesto sauce and splitting my sandwich to be open face just to enjoy the fillings more. The omelette was significantly overcooked and gummy. The hash browns were dry and mushed together. No flavor either.I'm sorry to say that the ornamental fruits on the plate were the best part.On top of this, our waiter wasn't very friendly, but in a good note he was attentive. As a summary, the food had no flavor, and especially considering the price, it was definitely not worth it. It came out to about $30 per person.

Good food and not too bad of a wait to get seated. Only problem is our table was near s door so every time someone came on or out it was cold. Service was good and staff friendly

What happened to the music?Great place to have breakfast or lunch, pet friendly and great service. Food is great, I love the quiche and the crepes. Nice decoration and beautiful patio. The only problem recently is that they changed the music, I think nobody want to hear hip-hop in the morning. It used to be good and classy, I hope they change it back.

I think this local American diner-style joint is a must-visit destination if you happen to be in Saratoga, but not inspiring enough to visit Saratoga for it.We had brunch after a hike nearby and in general were really happy with the food we got. Orange juice was freshly squeezed, the steak omelet was decently tasty, and the churros waffle... did taste like churros. But this place could've been so much more if the chef really prepared the dishes with a bit more discipline in the food. Everything was more neutral blending into one another. It almost felt like the chef had forgotten the recipe or wasn't sure how to shape the flavor. Also other than the orange juice, the ingredients didn't come across as high quality or extremely fresh.Don't get me wrong. We had a great time at the indoor patio. Lovely place for a local brunch. Just not worth seeking after.

Great food with lots of space both inside and outside. Dog friendly on the patio. Nice location close to Saratoga hiking trails like Montalvo and Quarry. Parking across the street in public lot.

Crispy Chicken Sandwich was of the quality you’d get at a ballpark concession stand, at even higher prices ($19 total w/tax). Patty tasted like it was from Sysco foods. Chose to go here for lunch to try and support what looked more local than the burger joint up the street. Will do that next time.People working there were nice enough (I did pick up), but hard to overlook the food quality for the price. Oh, and a can of Diet Coke cost me $3.29. I get inflation sure…but yeesh. I guess that’s one way to get me back to drinking water and keeping my dentist happy.

Food was really good, service was quite excellent. Very clean, very friendly. Prompt and kind service from all the folks. Incredibly fair portion sizes and also an adorable patio. Good central location in town, with it being a historic building from the 1800s I was really interested in going here. It was well upkept and had sweet energy.

The service was excellent -- friendly, pleasant, courteous, and just generally top notch. I can also recommend the avocado toast which is splendid with lox AND bacon. So so lovely. And the coffee was both strong and plentiful.Only food miss was the garlic fries which were a bit shirt on garlic and long on potatoey starchiness. Small note, otherwise an excellent dining experience.

Extremely disappointed. Food is not that good as before. Burger is a joke. It has a huge piece of lettuce in it and I can’t even chew it. Cubano sandwich has very few meat…haha or almost no meat.Salad doesn’t taste fresh. Also waiter still gave you a dirty look when you tipped 18%.Recommend to go to other places for a better mood!

Great food, but slow service. Loved their garden omlette and paninis. Would have liked the freshly squeezed orange juice to be cold or served with ice. Their sweet potato fries served on the side of paninis was ?

We had a lovely breakfast. The patio seating was ample and comfortable. Menu choices were plentiful and varied enough to please most palates. Being from Texas I had to try out the biscuits and gravy. Divine! The biscuits we're a good size and perfectly baked (moist and dense). The sausage gravy was salty and sagey, also perfect. The egg white omelette was surprisingly big with a generous portion of feta cheese. My wife also liked her veggie omelette.

Went for a Saturday morning post-hike breakfast/lunch. Got a couple of bloody marys, seafood crepe, veg burrito. Drinks were decent, food was a little pricey for quantity but good quality. Staff was nice & following regulations, though the outdoor tables were a bit too close for covid era. Heater lamps helped. Parked on street.

I have come here for lunch with my colleagues several times, and every time it was a pleasant experience. Food is great, service is too. The building is very unique on its own- it is very old building with beautiful architectural details. They also have a beautiful outdoor area surrounded with greenery. Unfortunately I have not come here in the evening; I suspect it is very nice there later in the day.

Standard brunch food—the smoked salmon eggs Benedict was good but not great. Think some contrasting texture could take it to the next level. The country potatoes were standard but would’ve preferred some more favor and crisp. Fresh fruit was not very sweet. Food is more like a 3.5 but rounding up because the service was great. Overall, an ok experience.

I mean c’mon just look at the pic. ? was super yum. Did a hike at Castle Rock SP right before, ate here, the Bloody Mary was excellent although light on the vodka...still great flavor though. Service was inconsistent where we had like 3 amazing servers and 2 others that were distracted but you could tell everyone was making an effort to deliver great customer service. Would go back! Plus the patio was so warm and cozy.

Bell Tower is one of my favorite places for breakfast. Their prices are so reasonable and the service is terrific. My favorite omelet is the Californian - organic eggs, fresh mozzarella, chicken apple sausage, avocado drizzled with homemade pesto aioli. Yummy!

The Gooogle listing incorrectly indicated the place was not open until 8:00 AM. Bell Tower Cafe opens at 7AM. I think this might be the reason we had the place to ourselves. We had a very nice breakfast. Parked on the Oak St. Server was friendly. The cook was very good, crafting a simple breakfast which exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful location. Chicken caeser salad was blah. Chicken tasted greasy and reheated. And I hate when they use the white part of the romaine. Chicken salad was a nice portion, but all you can taste is onions. Service was like the food. Blah

WONDERFUL staff...attentive to every need. Great food. Though an "eat-and-run" atmosphere, (does not promote lingering); really who wants to view techy tables doing e-tasks while enjoying delicious food.
