We had a wonderful time at the Burger Lounge. 🍔 All the food we ordered was delicious. My Burger was excellent and juicy... satisfying and my stomach was not big enough.. lolOnion rings and fries were on point.. crispy and juicy.🤔 I know.. unbelievable. but it's true.The staff was friendly and happy. They really seemed to be happy working there.I know.. unusual. but it's true.Washed it all down with a nice dry red wine.This is the "Ryans Bros" of the Burger world. Yeah....😋💯💞❤️‍🔥🖖

Absolutely awesome dining in or out. Service is always top notch and cashiers/servers are soooooo attentive, helpful, kind, generous, friendly. We decided to have dinner in the store one night vs. ordering take out and were blown away with everything. At the end of our meal, the cashier (who also happened to be the only one out there, was also prepping all the to-go orders, helping pickup order customers, taking orders in store, serving all the diners in store, and basically keeping the front of house running) stopped by our table with a box of cupcakes and offered us dessert on the house. It was just so surprising and sweet. I’ve always found Burger Lounge food to be good but now having dined IN, overall it has bumped up everything to “Great!”

Omg these are some of the best burgers I've every had! The bun has a nice spring to it. The budget is fresh and chock full of beef flavors beautifully caramelized and just a real good taste and texture. Everything is so fresh and wonderful.Oh BTW THEY HAVE THE BEST FRIES EVER and you have to try the Hibiscus Lemonade it's out of this world.

One of the best vegan burgers I've ever had (I got the Lounge plant-based) and definitely the best barbeque sauce I've ever had, it had a really unique flavor. Would recommend to anyone looking for a solid casual meal. I think I should have just chosen small fries over half and half with onion rings though.With a milkshake my order came out to about $27 so take that how you will, but again the food was phenomenal.

Fabulous gf burger experiences. I've even added the gf burger to the paleo option (there were leftovers). Wish there were BL's where I'm visiting from.Also I'm 8n love with the Korean- sounding sauce (hard to pronounce) sauce. Seriously, try some sauc es; they've also let me have 1/3-2/3 blends of the lavender lemonade & other fancy drink. It's a bit like My Burger (we have some of those where I come from), but cleaner & more inclusive to all kinds of eaters- and in light of that I think the prices are actually pretty great.

Tasty spot for a quick burger or chicken sandwich. The quality is nothing special and perhaps a bit pricey for the portion size. But overall, Burger Lounge is still a good spot for a quick bite when you don’t have time to wait in the In-N-Out line.

My friend and I have eaten here at least four times through a combination of in-store dining, pickup, & delivery options. Their delivery the first time had delicious vegan milkshakes but the vegan burgers were soft, mushy, and didn’t have great flavor. We left direct feedback, and decided to try again a few months later with the delivery option again. The milkshakes were again delicious, and this time, the burgers were much fresher and more flavorful. Really happy with the experience, to the point that we tried pickup & in-store eating - even more fresh & delicious, with really yummy made-from-scratch lavender lemonade (with free refills) and accessibility of Mexican cane sugar sodas in the fridge. The staff was really friendly and the store was clean and inviting. Thanks for some yummy, quick, vegan eats!

I stopped by today with my brother (visiting from Denver) and ordered the turkey burger. OMG! It was the most delicious turkey burger I've ever eaten. Seriously, the meat was flavorful, tender and juicy, grilled to perfection. I know it sounds odd, but I'm really at a loss for words to fully describe how absolutely wonderful this burger tasted. I ordered it with their house-made Thousand Island dressing on the side as that is usually not my favorite dressing. Honestly, it was really quite yummy. And, on top of that, the French fries were superb and served in this cute little brown paper bag. Rounding this out was the pleasant service by the young man at the counter. If you're looking for a nice change from your everyday fast food, definitely stop by Burger Lounge in Hillcrest and allow your taste buds to be surprised.

I have been here several times and have not been displeased either time. Very friendly people. Only thing I dislike is they do not have recycling... Maybe that's a first world problem but I am not taking a star away for that.

Great place for hamburgers in a perfect location. Close to Mo's. The hamburgers and fries are delicious. Got to try their sauce. The staff is very friendly and plenty of tables to sit at. This is a must qhen you come to Hillcrest!!! Best hamburgers around. Their lavender mint water is delicious. Top rated hamburger restaurant!!

Well it was surprisingly good. I had two Lounge burgers. And my wife had the Flora Lounge burger, and we shared the Half and Half onion rings and fries. Staff was friendly and we ate inside the restaurant. I will add, their milk and non-dairy shakes look good too! Next time. But go check em out.

Great experience. They had plant based and grass fed meat, along with a couple of chicken items and Keto/Paleo options.Good sized servings. The grass fed beef was very tasty and juicy and the natural cut fries were yummy. They offer several dipping options too.The dining area was clean and appealing. There was a small mistake on my order and they very cheerfully fixed it for me. It was more expensive than fast food, but it was better quality too.

It had burger and it was tasty, more pricey than I would usual buy but was good for what it is, got the lime lemon drink and thought it was gonna be sweet like a soda but it was just lime lemon mineral water, which wasn't bad, still would've wanted it sweet but was still good, might try a milk shake with it next time if I ever get the chance to go again

First time at a Burger Lounge. The food wasn’t terrible. Just overrated and definitely didn’t live up to the hype. Nothing wrong with this location just in general.I feel that you can easily get a grass-fed burger just as good from virtually any restaurant.

I had originally driven to a different food venue when I passed this 1 and saw their menu. So I decided to try their spicy chicken ? sandwich ?. I was not disappointed at all. Let me warn you though, do not wear a white shirt while eating this thing. It was dripping with Buffalo sauce and my drool ?. Staff was very professional and nice (it is refreshing as these days people seem grumpy to get back to work or something) Anyway, parking is a challenge, but it is California so, good fortune with that. I recommend grabbing a drink from 1 of the feed venues that have the large parking across the street free for 1 hour if you venture into their establishment. Next time I am in this area I will order from the Burger Lounge again. ?

Grass fed beef has more vitamin K2 then other types of beef. Had some extra time after a doctor's appointment and as I was driving down 4th, I spotted an open parking space that was easy for me to park my large truck and get my burger and the vitamin K2 I wanted K2 helps the body process vitamin D.

My go to Burger joint, 9 times out 10 they get everything right. Some days are better than others, but I never get tired of these awesome burgers. Pricey indeed, treat yourself once in awhile!

One of the best burgers ever! My only issue was that their floors are very slippery, especially near the grill area. Also, the one female employee on duty kept complaining about working, saying that the store should have just closed after their catering event. As a customer it made me feel as if my business was unwanted. I understand her feelings, we're all of us overworked right now myself included. But it's not fair to the customer to keep complaining to your co-workers in earshot of the customer. Just my opinion. I'll definitely eat here again!

There was an odd smell when I walked in which made me almost leave but I didn't which it turned out to be a bad decision.The fries and onion rings tasted like they had been cooked hours before and the burger did not have much flavor. And, the ranch dressing and the barbecue sauce tasted a bit off. The chocolate milkshake tasted like it was just milk and chocolate syrup without any ice cream. I don't know if Burger lounge has changed hands but this visit did not live up to the previous experiences.The staff seem to be very laxidasical and not very customer service oriented.

It closed early today so I didn't get anything unfortunately, but this location is one of my favorites outside of Adams Ave in Kensington. The people are nice and the food is good, and I've never had an issue at either location.

Everything - burgers, onion rings, and fries- were very good. Lady gave me a free small glass of Shirley Temple. They weren’t serving any of their salads, which were still on the menu. Small bummer.

Always had a good experience with the food from burger lounge but the quality wasn't up to par last time I ordered. Ordered a full size burger and it was a little overcooked and had a junior sized bun (the patty was a lot bigger than the bun). Also the Sodas were mostly ice. The food wasn't bad, but at 15$ for a meal, you expect better

I was super excited to try the new Flora (vegan menu) and the impossible burger and vegan milkshake I got did not disappoint! (This impossible burger is much better than the grain burger they had beforehand.)I recommend giving it a try!

I left my wallet on the counter here. This was during the pandemic of course so it was only take out. I went home enjoy my burger which was awesome as usual. Notice I don't have my wallet. anyway long story short they had my wallet there gave it back to me it was full of credit cards and I really appreciated the honestly.

Election night, after listening to the back and forth from the left and right, it was time to eat...Order was a custom double cheeseburger, plain with pickles and lettuce,...a side of fries coke and also if you love chicken nuggets but don't wanna support a gay hating fil-a place... Get them Soo good...What ever the results tonight, I won. Thanks for my burger guys.. sooo good... I almost had to remind myself to breathe between bites!

They forgot to give us our two sauces :( even tho I mentioned it twice and it was acknowledged after the second time during my order placement (in person). Other than that, they were friendly and quick. Would rate 3.5 if I could, so rounded.

We ordered takeout at the Burger Lounge on 4th and University in Hillcrest. I got the ancient grain vegan burger and my husband got the chicken sandwich. As can always be relied on by Burger Lounge, the food was delicious, fresh, and prepared quickly and accurately. Definitely try them out. ♡

Burger Lounge in Hillcrest is perfect. There I said it. You must also know the struggle for parking is real, but worth it. Staff is always patient and friendly. The meals are A M A Z I N G ! The place is sparkling clean. Since we are vegetarians, we so appreciate the quinoa burger: all the flavor and none of the guilt! Onion rings, YES! Fancy lemonade YES! Keep up the great work.
